The staff here is very nice and the apartment complex is very beautiful. Previously i did have concerns of the walls in the apartment are not soundproof and the two exit doors were very loud and noisy and you could hear everything through the walls. However, the staff and maintenance were very helpful with trying to do the best to resolve the problem. Maintenance came out and fixed the door and it sounds a lot better. The wall is still not soundproof however it’s a lot better from what it was when we first moved in. This is a new review due to the event that happened this morning. Im actually shocked this has happened, out of all the apartment complexes I’ve lived in, including not so good looking areas my car has never been raided. This morning I walked out to my car and it was raided, everything was everywhere in my car, papers, documents etc. everything was open. I was so shocked that this happened especially where i am staying. I’m not sure if it’s a resident or a person who is not a resident. It’s very easy to get in the community. The gates are always opened and the back gate is not built so you can come right in. There’s no type of security, even the buildings you can come right in. Residents that live here just be careful because it’s seems that it’s not safe out here.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS & FANTASTIC STAFF!! Let me start off by saying how beautiful the apartments are, as well that the complex as a whole. They have the exact color-ways and setups that are perfect and fit my style. I also want to thank the 3 lovely ladies at the front office; Emma & Marissa were super kind and professional, and had a ton of patience with me trying to search for the right apartment for me, and we can’t forget the vibrant Cassie, she was a ton of help and did not hesitate to assist me in any form I may have needed. Thanks again, you guys are great!

I did a tour with Marissa and it was such a great experience! She really went above and beyond to show me as much as possible. One thing that stood out to me was how confident she was in her knowledge on the property & that made me feel like I was in good hands. The property is SO gorgeous & I definitely recommend anyone to take a tour with Marissa & check it out!

Hannah made this experience so relieving for me! She was so great at assisting with the application process and was so great with communication via all forms!
