I recently stayed at Luna Apartments in the lovely area of Viera, Florida. The location in Viera is truly amazing and safe, and it's also a great place to watch rocket launches. The apartments themselves are well-maintained with solid concrete buildings that add to the overall appeal. However, I faced a significant issue during my stay – a complete lack of phone signal reception within my apartment, hallways, and even on the back porch. The only place I could get minimal signal was near the parking garage. This posed a major problem for handling important issues and working from home, making it necessary to run to the parking garage or even drive down to make phone calls. It's important to note that I am an AT&T customer. I imagine the reception issues is related to concrete construction. The leasing staff was somewhat professional, but communication was lacking when I had concerns or objections. Furthermore, the cost of living at Luna Apartments seemed quite high for what they offered. After moving in, I was surprised to see a $100 "garage fee" added to my expenses, per month, which I had never agreed to in my lease. Despite disputing this charge, I never received any response from anyone in the leasing office or management. Despite these challenges, the apartments themselves are generally peaceful, with minimal noise from neighbors, except when they wear loud shoes or heels. However, one drawback is the limited access for visitors, making it somewhat challenging for them to come to your home. In summary, Luna Apartments offer a great location, are well-maintained, and provide a unique opportunity to watch rocket launches. However, the lack of phone signal and communication issues with the leasing staff were notable downsides. Additionally, the unexpected and unaddressed garage fee was frustrating. If you can overlook these issues, Luna Apartments might still be worth considering for their overall appeal and relative tranquility. Great place to stay if you’re building and looking for temporary place.

Base on the surrounding competition in the area I think the Luna at Viera is the BEST apartment for the living and price. The welcoming from Anthony & Lindsey was again THE BEST apartment experience I have ever had. All the staff members have and accuracy and professionalism that shows they take Pride In their NEW Apartment. Things you should know before renting here is: Because of the Concrete construction, hallways and rooms are quiet! Not to mention it is good for storm protection. All amenities at the apartment as far as I know are 24 Hour Access. So, if you need a place for coffee or studying you are good to go. Unique workout areas are great. Security cameras are in every corner of the hallways. If you look at other Apartments, you will notice. They are more strict, bigger but not better built, and more expensive to stay. You won’t be disappointed with the room quality a year from now or even 3 years from now. What I would like to see in the future google assistance thermostats, event for golfing, small parties and cookouts, workout for yoga and CrossFit with trainers. The Luna is always Improving, and I can’t wait to see what the apartment has for the future!

If I could give 20 stars across the board I would. Lindsey has been FANTASTIC!! She has made this stressful move across several states easy as pie. She's super responsive, professional and her customer service is A1. I can't wait to move to my new place. The apartment is so beautiful. Update: I've been here for about 5 months now and I still love the place. The only things that I would change are 1) You can hear thumping from the garage as the cars drive through(can get annoying). 2) Might be a me thing but the apartment doors are heavy and you can clearly hear it inside your apartment when people slam their doors shut. Very loud and sometimes annoying. That's apartment living though.

I ultimately did not end up moving here, but still felt compelled to leave a review because of how great my experience was. Everything is extremely clean and the amenities are awesome. The apartment units themselves are probably the nicest I've seen in the entire area. Also, a big shout out to Mary for giving such a great tour and making the process so seamless.

I recently had the pleasure of doing property photos, aerial drone, and professional headshots for Luna at Viera and their team. This experience was nothing short of outstanding. The property itself was elegant, innovative and luxurious. The interiors were chic and the exteriors and amenities were jaw dropping. Tammy Langenbach and her team were fantastic to work with. They were professional, responsive, and friendly. Would love to work with their team again soon!

I usually don't write reviews as I am a chef and really hate Yelp, Google, and all other platforms of reviews. But lemme tell ya that Luna is an amazing place to live. Everything from the ladies in the leasing office to the amenities, the superintendent (I think that's what he's called), quality of living, the almost sound proof apartment, my neighbors and everything in between. Yes, they are a little bit pricier than other apartments, but you get what you pay for and then some. Not to mention that every other apartment around here is going up in price, too. It's definitely worth the upgrade. Plus, you can not beat the location. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to step up their living game. Thanks for the awesome experience so far! Chef

Tammy and staff are remarkably. They go over and beyond to help and support the residents. My wife and I just lost our little Yorkie and the overwhelming support from the Office Team was a blessing. We are grateful and thankful that we live here. The parties are also Fabulous 5 Star! 👌

What a beautiful property!!! I had the pleasure of going on a tour lead by Mary, one of the leasing agents. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions. The leasing staff made me feel very welcomed and at home before I even signed a lease. I would recommend Luna to anyone looking for an apartment in Viera!
