One of the few parks in the area that has a baby swing. This is why we come here. I used to go to this park as a kid, and the play area I feel used to be much more entertaining back then than it used to be now.

This is a great park facility as long as you pay your membership for living in Tampa Palms areas 1 and 2 only and is regulated as private property, Note Not A Public park

Nice little park, very clean and has different levels for different ages. Noce pic nic and bathroom area and some basketball and tennis courts on thw other side, i bring my tot here to play after i drop my husband off at LA fitness across the street

Great park for the family and even for those looks to host out door events such as birthday parties or family functions. Only thing is I think they should look into adding more play area for youth and younger kids.

Great Park for parents with kids. There's a basketball court right next to the play area for kids and it makes it easy to go play basketball while the kids play at the playground or just sit at the benches in the shade while the kids play.

A good place to go with your kids and have some fun, two full court basketball, 2 small baskets for kids 4 court of tennis, playgrounds, grills... Its just a lovely place

Very nice, fairly quiet park. Basketball Court,Tennis Court,Sand Volleyball Court and picnic areas with grills. Also soda and juice vending machines.

Nice tennis courts and can book 24 hours in advance. Staff is very friendly.

This was such a great experience! Overall, it was a very clean and safe place to play. The inside, such as the bathroom, was quite dirty. It had a nice tennis court with a cool basketball in addition. It also had some little things for little kids in the center. One thing that's a little upsetting is that CDD members only. Even the neighboring community, Mayfair, isn't their park! The park in general is just great.

The security is very rude, no wonder this place has less people nowadays and looks deserted after 8PM.
