This is a HUGE fancy place - but it is everything else you need to have an amazing time. It's small, cozy, friendly, and clean. The rooms have all been updated recently and have all the items that you need. It's close to so many attractions and shopping. The entire staff is wonderful and always greets you with a smile - and not the forced it's my job to smile kind of smile - they really care about you stay. I've been here several times and will be going back again.

This is definitely a hidden gem. The first time we were there and hopefully, not the last. Every staff member was excellent, the resort is immaculate and there is plenty to do. We had a two and five year old with us and they loved it as well. Thanks for a fabulous and memorable stay.

We greatly enjoy staying at Magic Tree Resort in Kissimmeee, Florida. Good location, relatively small facility and quiet. This is our second one-week visit in two years and we have already agreed that we would stay again next spring. Would strongly recommend Magic Tree for seniors who want a quiet resort with a swimming pool and don't need lots of extras. Kitchen is small but provides everything we need to prepare meals. It is next door to Wal-mart which makes shopping convenient. (Try to shop before 10 am or it will be crowded with long check-out lines.)

Generally when I stay in orlando, we dont spend much time in the hotels/ time shares. The One thing that is noticaly at Majic Tree is that it was well maintained and stocked. We we were checking out, we notice in addition to the cleaning people was maintenance personel with simple thing like light bulbs and AC filters. Never seen that before.

As a timeshare owner for many many years now Magic Tree is hands down the best! Staff is awesome, rooms are always clean, heated pool, walmart right next door, access to onsite grills, movie theatre, & gameroom for the kids. Few miles from Disney. You will love it here! 5 Stars

We had a 2 bedroom/bathroom unit. There were 5 in our group and there was also a sleeper sofa that one of us used. When we walked in the place was immaculate. The Keurig machine and coffee machine looked as if they were never used. The kitchen was fully stocked with pot, pans, dishes and appliances Just as if you were at home. All of the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. We did use the hot tub and pool several times and it's a salt water pool. ( no chlorine no chemicals). Warm and very clean. More than enough lounge chairs and tables. There were also a few outdoor games in the area and we used one of the several grills one evening for dinner. There is also a playground and a miniature golf course which some of our family played. There is a huge "Super Wal-mart" next door and you can even walk through the parking lot to get there. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir stores close by. The Magic Tree is a small low key place with a great staff unlike many other large timeshares/resorts. It is very close to all Disney properties. We were going to Universal Studios for the week. It is about 20 miles away but would definitely rather stay at Magic Tree than some big chain place that may be closer. We met several of the timeshare owners at the pool. They were very friendly and couldn't say enough great things about Magic Tree. I would definitely recommend Magic Tree

Enjoyed Magic Tree Resort. Very close to Disney but about 20-30 mins from Universal. Walmart across the street which was very nice. Staff kept grounds and grill clean. Someone was always cleaning up. Laundry facility is 1.75 for wash and 1.50 for dry. Both worked well. Pool area clean and enjoyable. They also have corn hole, shuffle board and ping pong. There are other items that we did not use. Staff is great. Would come back.

It's a pretty nice place for a motel that has been changed into a time share resort. The rooms were comfortable and had the needed amenitites. However, if you are looking for the luxury found in most timeshare resorts, this is not the place for you (small bathroom with one sink, no storage). Pros - Close and convenient to Disney Parks (we went to three of them). Walking distance to large Walmart (food and anything else you need including inexpensive Disney souveniers). Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Cons - $150 resort fee which is listed on their confirmation (after you've already made your resevation) but not listed on RCI so surprise! Limited office hours during the week (open till 7) so if you want something from the office (dvd rental - they have a large library) or just toilet paper, you have to wait until they open at 9 the next morning.

Great place for families. Only two(2) floors to contend with small, right next to Walmart within walking distance right across street. So if you want to cook in you can easily get groceries. Staff is attentive and courteous and a pleasure to be around.

Love the location and the cleanliness plus the water pressure was great and the staff thank you. Ana at the front desk that had a great smile that was there to greet us that night late check in after a bad day having a car accident just 15 minutes after we arrived in Tampa. Cici thank you for your help with the living room TV very nice, we didn't get to use the amenities at all was a very busy week was there for the world cup of Paintball until next time keep up the great job

Stayed at magic tree 3x (2 this year). Great location, quiet, next to walmart which is great to grab groceries. Beds are comfortable. No housekeeping which is fine with us. You have to get your own towels from 8-10am for replacements. It feels like you’re in a secluded area although you’re location right in a main area. Shower water has a weird smell but that might be Florida water I don’t know. Overall great place definitely stay again. Sometimes parking is tough at night especially if your on the back side that only has 1 row of spots.

this is my fourth time in the last 5 years i have stayed at Magic Tree (sorry Covid year). Each time I was greeted by a welcoming staff. Even the few things I needed help with (yes, I did leave my door card in my room and walked out). The location is perfect for me. Looking forward to many more years of fun at MT. Mike K

Our second vacation at Magic Tree & we are now owners! As wonderful this time, as the last. Alot of new upgrades have occurred since our last visit. New appliances & backsplashes in all kitchens, sofas reupholstered & new area rug. Outside propane firepits, new playgound & mini putt putt. Did a round with my kids (who are 20&23) lol, had alot of laughs. Thank you again for a "magic" experience. The Cormiers Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada

Magic Tree is a hidden gem!! From the time I entered the resort office and talked with Ms. Joanne to entering our room, we were greeted with amazing customer service and accommodations. The grounds are incredibly clean!! Our room had everything we needed to feel at home except food, which was a very, very short trip away. We used the pool everyday, kids played with other kids, all families were nice and friendly. The grounds are small, but big enough to enjoy your stay there. We grilled, played on a human checkers board, corn hole and sat at the pool and listened to music that are played on the grounds. I will always return to Magic Tree when I visit Florida. ✨️

We were here in October 2022 and have 4 weeks planned for this year. We have owned here since 2008. It is close to Disney and Walmart shares an entrance and is walkable. The sofa bed is comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed except COFFEE FILTERS and Walmart was out of them. We brought our small coffee pot with us, otherwise we would have been driving around after driving for hours. It's a small resort which means better customer service. I have never had an issue. Looking forward to bringing the grandkids.

We love coming back to Magic Tree as often as we can. We come at least 4 weeks a year. It is a wonderful place for a quiet get away. Close to everything Disney and Orlando has to offer, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle! Staff is friendly and always helpful. Nice clean suites. We love it!

Air conditioner would not get the room cool enough to be comfortable. Management put a block on it to not go lower than THEY wanted it to be!! Bath fan did not work, one kitchen light out. Helpful front desk employees. Beautiful courtyard.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool area is very attractive with beautiful palms and shrubbery. We were able to relax and barbecue in evenings. The staff were very nice and helpful. We will return to stay at Magic Tree

Loved this place. Clean and Very well taken care of. Service was great and helpful. Pool and outside court yard was really nice. Location would be great for family going to theme parks. We went to beaches on east and west coast. A little of a drive to get to them but nothing to bad.

Just returned home and wanted to share our experience at Magic Tree Florida. If you would like a vacation to relax, the landscaping and pool side are fabulous and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, after a stay you will feel well rested. If you want a vacation with action, there is an assortment of world class entertainment venues near bye. The resort is conveniently located near well-known restaurants and a grocery store. Above all the staff are very polite and helpful and assist in making your stay memorable.

Great relaxing time, comfortable and not too much driving from home. I’m familiar with the area, went to many Mecum auction, however too busy to enjoy the area. Which I did that week, even though Ivan visited us, but no big damage to the resort, thankfully. Loved the pool and the DVDs, all good!

Magic Tree is a hidden oasis. The staff is friendly and eager to to assist you in any way they can, The room was great. The pool is heated and there is also a Jacuzzi and baby pool. If you want a non-stressful vacation, this is the place to go to. Very family oriented.

There was no tennis courts or real nice place to enjoy outdoor activities with my son. The pool was a bit small and the hot tub smelled a bit funky. But the property itself was kept clean and the room was set up a little strange but it was clean. It was Convenient to Walmart. Smoking areas are extremely far and the threat to charge someone $1000 for smoking in their car is ridiculous. We fortunately found things to do around town that we didn't have to spend much time at the resort itself or it would've gotten a bit boring. The pictures online vs the actual property did not match up. We enjoyed put stay but wish there was more to do on property.

The rooms were nice and clean. The complex was quite. AC seemed to not work as well in one of the bedrooms but it was still tolerable. We booked thus off of a military site for a good price for the week. But, when we checked in we were told there was an additional 150 dollar fee the resort charges for booking off the site. We did not know that until check in. Otherwise staff was awesome and a great stay.

Really nice front desk service. The resort is really close to everything so that is a plus. Place isn’t loud and seem really chill. I wouldn’t mind booking here again.

We're members and come here every year. The rooms are always up to date and clean. The grounds are tidy and kept up so it feels like you're walking around in a garden. The location is close to many things, like Disney, Universal, and many great restaurants. Try the lake tours--there are multiple, and they're very relaxing. Also recomment the airboat ride at Boggy Creek.

Everything we needed including a laundry room and an iron. Room was clean and comfortable. Especially loved close proximity to Walmart and so many restaurants not to mention the theme parks.

If you are looking for a luxurious stay, this is not it. Instead clean and basic stay for the traveler who wants easy breezy. The staff was excellent especially Cece at the front desk and Richard on the grounds. Walmart is next door for extra convenience . Hated that I couldn't smoke in certain but all in all awesome stay!!!
