Nothing express or urgent at this facility. Probably could have seen primary same-day with less hassle. Spent 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting to be seen. Checked in on-line as requested. Received message that request was stopped as I may have a life-threatening condition. Wasn't feeling well and didn't realize how long I had been waiting. When I asked how much longer, I was asked if I checked in. I said yes. No record of me checking in. Took me back to check in. Advised check in process didn't work that well. Confirmed I had no co-pay with my insurance. Was asked to provide a card for payment. Said I was not comfortable providing a card when my insurance covered visit at 100%. Told that was their policy. I walked out. So much for Urgent Care and a check in system that is flawed. Will not return. After waiting an hour and a half to be seen and then be told they wanted a way to bill me when my insurance covered the visit at 100%, not sure what kind of care they actually provide, or if it is common practice to bill for services not covered by insurance. I could have gone directly to an ER for care. No need to contact me to discuss. Nothing you can do to correct and don't need flimsy excuses regarding company policy.

I have untilized this location's services due to the fact that when I tried to call my primary Dr they weren't available for another week. I appreciate the short notice being a new patient that they were able to see me. It's very important when you are dealing with either an uncomfortable or uncertaint situation health wise. The staff are kind and professional. The communication of results were very appreciated. This is a reliable location if you need care now unlike primarily appointments. If anything else arises in my future I will definitely be returning here for my medical care. Their available is impressive. The whole process is easy to deal with from registration to leaving.

Honestly I don’t know what all the fuss is about but I’ve been here 2 separate occasions and the staff have always been upbeat, whist staying professional, thorough and kind. This place has offered me the most positive experience I’ve ever had with a health care related experience. There have been a few small mishaps but they always fix the issue promptly when brought to their attention. Seriously consider this place for any non-life threatening health issue you may have. Super affordable also. Thank you guys!

To day my daughter and I both Woke up feeling poorly. My since of smell was not working properly and tasty not working so great either. We are both stiff and in pain. My oldest son was exposed to covid so we got tested today. Phil helped us get setup in our private waiting Room for the doctor. Phil was easily able to pick up on my daughter's nervousness. Being the kind and gentle soul he is he did everything he could to help make her feel better. He did a great job and I appreciate him. Jennifer took things From there. Between both her and Phil I feel like they covered all the bases when it came to both my daughter & my medical care. Both of our 15 minutes tests came back clear. My daughter was allowed to go back to the car With a clean bill of health. Jennifer ask me to stay and take a EKG because I'm experiencing pain around my heart and chest. Which came back looking good thank you. Jennifer ask me to take another covid test as because of My loss of taste and smell are very distinct kovid indicators. She informed me that sometimes the 15 minute test don't work as great as the test that take 2 to 5 days ones. Because of several things that I mentioned in The visit and my low blood pressure she asked me to please take a secondary test which I did. It will take 2 days to get the results. Jennifer Is so sweet she looked into temporarily getting me some medication to get me some pain relief. Unfortunately it would mess with some my prescription medication so I wasn't able to get it. She gave me a doctor's note excusing me from work Until I got my new covid results back. I personally think Jennifer is a wonderful medical practitioner. She understood that I have fibromyalgia and that was causing some of my discomfort and pain but she still treated me like any other Patient. She didn't write-off all my symptoms just as Fibromyalgia pain. Miss Davi help me check out she was also very kind. I have no complaints only positive things to say about the people working in this medical office. Very kind very professional sweet people were here. New Update the 2nd covid test come back negative too. I do not have covid no one in my family has it.

Worst customer service ever. The one lady with the long braids at the front destroyed is very rude. The older lady was very kind and tried to accomadate a flawed check in system. They tell you to come in, then say its not your turn. She claimed to have called but I can assure you she find not. When we did come in and sat for am hour she did not bother to let him know she tried to call until the older woman saw that he was taken out of the system. She continued to check in others even though he was sitting right in her face. She SERIOUSLY need training in Customer Service.

Hi guys! I recently had to take my son in for a sprain ankle. This UC was very clean and accessible. Here's a quick summary of our experience. FRONT DESK STAFF.... Amazing, warm, welcoming NURSE ASSISTANT (dark hair with ponytail, glasses).... Extremely dismissive, short, not welcoming at all It maybe a culture thing. You can be the judge. Overall, I would visit this business again and just ignore the NA.

The hours online and on the door as well, say “8am-8pm” everyday supposedly - but the staff actually decides they stop working at 7:45 I guess. I drove all the way across town in rush hour traffic after work for antibiotics - to treat a cyst that’s become painfully infected, I have cellulitis, and I could become septic -it’s pretty important. I told the front desk this, and they told me oh well they stop seeing patients at 7:45 - lovely. I was going off the hours say have posted which say they’re open until 8pm, not that they stop seeing anyone beforehand, and I literally walked in the door @7:47pm - it would’ve taken all of 10 mins to get me a prescription to help treat my ailment, but instead I was told they already “packed up for the day”. I love that I drove all the way across town, in the pouring rain, for help and got turned away because the staff decided they’d rather leave early than actually work until the close of business. No worries though, I won’t come back to this location.

Went in for an Asthma attack and finally after I could get the girl behind the counter to wait on me I was taken back to a room . Before I could get properly diagnosed by a respiratory therapist a guy by the name of Tom Pleasant shouted to the girl who was assisting me that I didn't need any oxygen and told me to take slow deep breaths. Are you kidding me? If I could take a slow deep breath I wouldn't have needed assistance in the first place. I walked up to this guy and asked him if he was a respiratory therapist or a doctor and he said no. Then laughed . I wouldn't recommend going to this place at all. Will report them to their risk management or other department if they even have one.

My wife was turned away due to this facility saying they no longer accept walk ins. Despite having that advertised all over the building as an option! My family WERE frequent patrons of this facility but due to today’s experience, that will change. I’ve never had experienced a facility making a change to policy and still leaving signage displayed in contradiction to that policy change. When asked to speak to a supervisor, none were available. This seems to be a reflection of poor management and a lack of commitment to taking care of patients. Since when did the Urgent Care become only an appointment only? If that’s the case then you need to change it to a Dr’s office.

I’ve been to this location a few times for Covid tests, etc. but the last time I was here was when I felt ridiculously ill so much to the point that the 5 minute drive there was hard for me and I was SO tired that I hesitated on pulling over to sleep. That sounds nuts, but I felt HORRIBLE. The staff was friendly and kind and ran a few different tests to see what I possibly had whether it be Covid, the flu, etc. but when the doctor came in the room with my results, I was told that this was something I needed to go to a primary care doctor for and he really stressed that I needed to take vitamins… I was so uncomfortable and felt so unwelcome to the point that I could have cried right there in front of him. Mainly just do to how bad I felt, the fact that I woke up and arrived before they opened so that I could be one of the first to be seen (despite how hard it was for me)… just to be told that what I was feeling wasn’t really “urgent” and like I wasn’t taken seriously or just an inconvenience. Sucks, because now I personally question what actually is urgent.

They are deceitful liars! I had a UTI and was in extreme pain when I went in. Paid my Co-pay & was told they keep cc on file or won't treat you.... no big deal, knew what I had, just needed Rx for antibiotics. Urinated in cup & when I walked out of bathroom the nurse said "you need to sign this for the lab". No mention that they were sending it out & that there would be additional charge. Saw the attending Dr or whatever he was; he said yep, UTI, we'll call in Rx. Going to have results verified to make site there aren't any other problems, okay? I said sure, again, no mention there might be additional charge. I was in pain and just wanted my antibiotics and to go home. The next morning after thinking about all that was said I called and spoke with a Brianna. I asked about what they had said and asked if there would be a charge and she assured me that "no, your insurance covers it." Thirty one days later they charge $125 to our cc! Charged my insurance $255 for less than 10 minutes of service! I will NEVER use them again and will tell EVERYONE I know how deceitful they are and how they lie. No stars for liars! Had to do one just to be able to post this! They are based out of Dubai in case anyone wants to do research on the company!

This place is horrendous, after requesting a script for blood work, and them telling me my piece of paper I got from them would suffice for the lab, turns out it wouldn't, and when I went back to ask for the script they told me they don't write scripts for bloodwork at all. None of my conversation with the doctor or the check out lady ever said this. Total waste of $60 stay away from this place at all costs. Complete hacks!

Walked in and wait was 2 hours. I asked if I could make an appointment and come back later instead, and was told to make an appointment online. Came back at my appointment time and STILL had to wait TWO AND A HALF HOURS while all the walk-ins with no appointments were STILL helped before me. Wasted so much time. They need to just say appointments mean jack and to just wait, its all the same. I hope no one else makes this mistake. This is a management error, not a remark on the employees- they are GOLD and every one of them, on the phone or in person, treated me very nice.

Check in was quick and easy. The service provider could hardly be considered professional! Wanted to take a Xray to confirm I had a small sliver in my foot, then consult a podiatrist for performing the extraction, also offered to prescribe antibiotics. Waste of time and money. If one is too squeamish to cut away a little skin and squeeze out a sliver, then they shouldn't be in the medical profession.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I started running a bad fever and was feeling horrible, so my mom took me to Medexpress. I had to wait forever in the waiting room, then when I was finally called back all they did was a flu and covid test and then they were like “oh you just have a virus”. Well days later I feel like my condition is getting worse! So come to find out I had a kidney infection the whole time and I needed antibiotics. Thanks for nothing med express.

The ARNP Brett I believe his name is, was helpful, caring and understanding. The intake nurse which was an older lady was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She asked why my son who has autism why he wasn’t on medication for it. I truly hope you can train her and all staff to be understanding of children with disabilities.

The wait was terrible. I left after a 2 hr wait. I took my 88 yr old mother for repeat covid test. They told me it would be at least another hr. I left and went somewhere else . If you are really sick do not go here.

I went here today and was impressed with the cleanliness and genuine care from the clinicians. Malorie at the front was so nice and personable. I will go back here when needed. I did have a couple minor gripes . I went in for stomach flu symptoms and nausea. The doctor asked me “have You been drinking?” I never once in my life have been asked this …. I was honestly taken aback and told him that was really strange and why he asked. Mind you I haven’t been able to keep water down. He said it’s routine to ask which I find really strange , but can understand in some situations it may be necessary. The other thing was that my script didn’t get sent as promised , I called an hour after I left and they resent it. Like I said minor complaints and it won’t stop me from going there. I would just like some education or better understanding of why I was asked that question

Last visit during mid November was met with friendly staff all around from front desk to the friendly nurse that saw my child to this super handsome practitioner that gave us his time without making me feel rushed. Just super chill and attentive and did I say HANDSOME!? I digress but that was a bonus LOL. I was told a 2 hour wait and was called back inside in literally 3 minutes of sitting in my car. I had been a few times before starting last year, which I don’t know if the same ladies that worked there is still there but she was kind of rude/condescending in nature, I would have given 2 stars then but this time around, all smiles and good vibes.

For four days I’ve been dealing with an abscess. The hospital is just not an option for me. My wife’s car had transmission problems and it’s running me $1500 for repairs. Which was the money I had set aside to fix my problem teeth. MedExpress literally saved me from a huge hospital bill. Professional and courteous. Very thorough. Even with my follow up visit today. Gave me a stronger antibiotic and a steroid shot for inflammation. After two sleepless nights..the swelling is gone, taking the pain with it. Thank you SO VERY freggin much. You guys at the facility in Brandon FL bought me time so I can save the money for my dentist. Sincerely.. THANK Y’ALL!!

2nd time going to MedExpress Brandon and second time getting 5 star service. Both times I arrived, registered, had vitals taken, saw a provider and was on my way home within 2 hours. Not bad for a walk-in urgent care on a weekend! Thank you all again ❣️

Truly wonderful experience, even though I had pneumonia. Latisa was absolutely amazing. There was absolutely no wait either time I was there. I will definitely rely on this office after my family physician on a weekend.
