I
had
superb
A1
top
notch
service
back
in
2019,
so
I
thought
I
would
take
my
car
back
there
again
for
some
AC
repairs.
Well
that
was
a
big
mistake
on
my
part.
I
originally
went
to
a
Firestone
location
in
Tampa
to
have
a
compressor
put
in
last
summer.
Over
the
year
my
AC
wasn't
working
that
well,
thinking
it
was
something
wrong
the
compressor
that
was
installed
last
summer.
I
made
an
appt
a
week
and
a
half
in
advance
at
the
Pinellas
Park
Firestone
location.
I
dropped
my
vehicle
off
the
night
before
so
they
would
have
my
vehicle
first
thing
as
my
appt
was
for
7am.
A
technician
called
me
approximately
around
930am
and
said
he
couldn't
find
anything
wrong
with
my
AC.
I
asked
him
to
check
again
and
went
into
detail
on
what
was
happening.
He
said
he
would
take
another
look
at
my
vehicle.
Approximately
around
1145,
I
received
another
call
from
the
technician
saying
he
still
didn't
find
anything
wrong
with
my
AC.
I
asked
him
if
it
could
be
faulty
compressor
that
was
installed
last
summer.
He
said
it
could
be
but
I
would
have
to
take
it
back
to
the
Firestone
where
I
had
it
installed
at.
I
mentioned
that
all
Firestone
locations
honor
each
other's
work.
He
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
he
doesn't
deal
with
those
vendor's
and
he
also
has
several
other
vehicles
that
need
AC
work.
I
said
well
that's
the
reason
I
made
an
appt
so
I
could
have
it
fixed
and
not
waste
6
hours
without
any
outcome.
I
told
the
technician
I
would
pick
up
my
vehicle
within
a
few
hours.
I
picked
up
my
vehicle
and
started
driving.
The
AC
was
still
blowing
warm
air
intermittently
as
I
described
to
him.
I
also
had
an
AC
temperature
gun
and
the
AC
was
blowing
80
degrees.
Pictures
will
be
attached
to
show.
I
immediately
called
them
back
and
told
them
the
issue.
I
was
once
again
told
I
must
go
to
the
location
on
where
I
had
the
compressor
put
in.
I
explained
I'm
not
driving
all
the
way
to
Tampa
when
I
lived
here.
I
was
also
told
I
could
bring
it
back
to
them
to
diagnose
the
issue.
I
said
I
already
went
6
hours
without
a
vehicle
and
you
couldn't
be
bothered
on
trying
to
fix
the
issue
so
I'm
taking
my
vehicle
somewhere
else
where
they
would
want
my
business.
That
same
afternoon
I
called
the
location
on
9th
Street
and
made
an
appt
for
the
following
week.
I
dropped
my
vehicle
off
and
within
2
hours
I
received
a
call
back
from
the
technician
diagnosing
the
problem.
I
will
submit
invoices
from
both
location's.
I
do
believe
the
location
in
Pinellas
Park
didn't
want
to
be
bothered
because
they
didn't
want
to
eat
the
cost
of
the
new
compressor
if
that
was
the
issue
and
deal
with
the
problem.
They
lost
my
business
and
a
great
transaction
because
I
had
the
service
done
at
the
9th
Street
location
with
no
issues.
