Office manager is ignorant. Can't walk away when resolution is achieved. Power trip kinda Karen for sure. The Doctor and staff would receive much higher reviews, unfortunately it starts with management and she has some training to do. Prior to her encounter I would have recommended this location, now not so much. Because of political lies they are still enforcing mask that do not protect you and are just adding more 🗑️ to the 🌎. Can we just stop the insanity please.

Took my 2 kids for exams and glasses today and had a wonderful experience. We've been going to this location for a couple years now and always had great experiences. Today was exceptional because Cynthia went above and beyond to help my kids get the glasses they wanted and get me a great price. Also witnessed a very rude customer and how the whole staff came together to support each other and give that customer great service despite their extreme rude behavior.

I accidentally stepped on my glasses and bent the frame in an odd direction and also one of the lenses popped out. I thought they were ruined it first, and had to wear a 3rd generation pair of my glasses just so I could see, but I needed to do something to see if I could have them fixed. I went to the original place of purchase to have them fixed, but unfortunately, they moved from where they were at The Shops At Park Place and they would have closed before I found them, so I wound up going to America's Best and I am so impressed, truly! I wish I could remember their names, but the young woman up front was wonderful and the gentleman that works there fixed my glasses. They're great, they didn't charge me and after getting prices, they absolutely offer the best deal on eye exams and progressive lenses. I'm so happy I went there, I will be getting my eye exam and my next glasses there.

America's best, is the best place to get your eyeglasses. I have shopped all over and their prices are the lowest. I was AMAZED by how good the customer service was, Christine was AMAZING. I expected to get poor service since the pricing was so low and Christine really surprised me. She was attentive to my needs and really cared about me as a person not a customer. Thank you

Cynthia was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I needed my glasses in a hurry because my pair broke. She was able to have the lab put a rush on and I received them in just a couple weeks. Thank you Cynthia and thanks to America’s Best for great service and beautiful frames.

My experience at America's Best was excellent! We were helped by Gavin and Lisa at the Pinellas Park location. The first day I went Lisa was very professional and located our insurance and answered all our questions and set up my appointment. The next day when I came in, after my eye exam with Dr. Micah who was awesome, I was helped by Gavin and he was just extremely fantastic and helpful! He made shopping for glasses a fun experience and just helped me with everything and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received there.

Excellent service at Pinellas Park location!!! Cynthia took extra time with me and helped me get great glasses. Lisa the lovely manager has been helpful and attentive every time I’ve been there for the past five years. And the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. I was thrilled by the selection of frames and the low price. This is the place to go!

Appointment easy to get. Very pleasant receptionist. Waiting time minimal. Doctor very nice and informative. Check out was easy. Was hoping to meet the Owl on the way out. Didn't pan out.

The customer service I received in the Pinellas Park store from Mo was phenomenal! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful! She priced out three different options for me and I went with the Transition progressive lenses. She was also helpful with picking out a frame! These days it is rare to find someone who is really there to help! Thank you, Mo, for helping me make this very important purchase. :-)

It was a good visit. The doctor was friendly and answered all the questions I had with no problem. Lisa was good too, she helped me to choose a new set of lenses. Laura, the girl at the reception desk, was super sweet, I like her :)

My husband and I went for eye exams and new glasses. It was a great experience from start to finish. The young lady who did the pre-exam testing was very nice and professional, Dr. Tran Luong was very nice, professional, and detailed. Then when we went to look for glasses, Mo was amazing! For my husband and I both she immediately picked out the best glasses for us and on the first try. She was very sweet, professional and knowledgeable. Their prices are much better than previous places we used. We will definitely be using them from here on out.

I am incredibly impressed with America's Best in Pinellas Park, Florida! Last year I had my eyes examined here and filled the prescription at this location. I bought a warranty with my new glasses. Last month I moved to North Carolina and I am unfortunately hundreds of miles from the closest America's Best store. Yesterday, one of the arms broke off the glasses and they cannot be repaired. I called the Pinellas Park store, and they have gone out of their way to both honor the warranty and to make sure that I will get a new pair of glasses under the warranty. I am inordinately impressed with the level of customer service I have received from America's Best in Pinellas Park Florida and I highly recommend this store.

Great Service! ...I would definitely recommend this place. Staff was very friendly and professional. The Doctor was easy to talk to..The service was fast and efficient .. Mo was just amazing!!! She exuded professionalism & is just so adorable :-). She broke down the prices and even helped select the frames that was a good fit for my Dad . Two thumbs way up!

I had wonderful service from the receptionist, to the eye doctor, and to the person named Raven that helped me order my glasses. The store itself is clean and organized. There is a great selection of frames. Very thankful for the great experience since this was my first time at the eye doctor and picking out glasses.

Absolutely love this place!! $100 for 3 years of appointments. I've never been told of a limit if there is one. You truly walk in and out with an appointment and your glasses fitted and pay nothing! It's a wonderful peace of mind.

Regina was super helpful with finding glasses that I would love! She gave her honest feedback and worked with me to find shapes and colors that worked best for me. The other doctors were also super friendly and we were able to crack jokes and laugh!

I didn't realize until I was picking up my glasses that I definitely needed high-index lenses. The ones I had ordered were just way too thick with the regular plastic. Then I found out that the frames I had picked out wouldn't work with the high index lenses because of my pupillary distance. I was quite embarrassed by that point, so I just went home with the glasses as they were. But before I left, Ward encouraged me to come back if I changed my mind. I came back the next day, and he and another employee patiently helped me pick out different frames and they ordered the new glasses. I am very grateful! Also the initial eye exam process is a breeze and the doctor was very nice and extremely knowledgeable.

They'll let a random stranger buy and pick up your contacts with your prescription clearly displayed on the boxes, but they won't tell you your prescription over the phone because it's a hppa violation. But apparently it isnt to give random strangers your info as long as they're willing to pay for it. More than half of the time, my contacts were expired, warped, old, etc. They overcharge. They mandate mask wearing when the mask law was lifted.. The list goes on and on

I am 100% unsatisfied your team member lied to me and told me my glasses are supposed to look like this when I questions the lines on both sides of the glasses. Here’s a picture of it. I’m very disappointed. This is my second time buying glasses from this place. He sat right in front of me, took my money and told me the glasses are normal that line is supposed to be there. I spoke to three different people to confirm this and they said those glasses are cracked. I want America’s best to fix this problem. I’m a very disappointed customer . I gave America’s best minus no stars. also, in order to post this, I have to highlight a star I still give America’s best minus no stars…..

We shopped around online but chose AB because their process was smooth from making our appointment to final fitting. Gavin was great to work with!

I got a call for my glasses pick up yesterday and came to pick up today! Lisa welcomed me with open arms! She got my glasses fitted and made me feel at home. Thank you sooo much for your time and kind words. What a great experience!

I made an appointment online. They called a day prior to my appointment to not only change the time but to also get my health insurance information. When I came in for my appointment they again asked for health insurance, which was fine. But then proceeded to tell me that I was not eligible for an exam which is false considering I haven’t had one in 2 years. Why when they called prior to the appointment they didn’t say my insurance would be an issue? I don’t know. But I will not be rescheduling an appointment. They handled the situation very poorly.

Visited this location on August 15th 2022, everyone here-- literally every person working this day-- was so incredibly sweet! Like everyone was in a good mood and extra helpful! Mo is probably one of the best humans in customer service. She was so patient and helpful with my spectacle selection and I get TONS of compliments regularly. I tell everyone to come to you guys to get the best glasses for their face.

Every time I get glasses here, I have to come back at least 2 times to have glasses adjusted, because bifocal cuts into my vision. This time, i brought my old frames in to have new lenses in on July 8. They were promised to be done July 22. Today, August 10, frames are still sitting in store waiting for lenses to come in. I demanded a refund, and my glasses back, and made sure they notify my insurance company so I can go somewhere else. America's Best? Don't think so....America's Worst is more like it. However, two stars are because the staff was very cooperative.
