I have found the staff to be pleasant and encouraging. If you have questions they take time to answer them or ask you to talk to the Doctor. I have had Dr White and always found him to be pleasant, friendly and professional. He always makes time to answer my questions. They need to use another answering service company. Each time I tried calling Quigley Eye Service to check on a referral status, it took me over 19 minutes the first time and 31 minutes the second time... That's a bad reflection that isn't their fault but can be corrected...Other than that, I had the privilege of being referred to Dr Aaron Judd to determine how to treat a tumor that developed on my optic nerve. The discovery of this was an unsettling situation; however, upon the moment of meeting Dr Aaron, I felt relief. I could tell that Dr Aaron had investigated my MRI and other test records very thoroughly. He had a game place in place. I had no idea how well Dr Aaron Judd was already rated by his patients until I took the time to write my own positive review of him. If it takes you a while to get an appointment to see him, because he is very well booked, IT IS WORTH THE WAIT. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, up to date in his field and one of the most personably connecting doctors I have ever met. I hope it continues... I'm sure it will. Thank you Dr Aaron for just about perfecting your field as you have. Now let's get this taken care of : )

Great! I was seen on an emergency basis. Dr. Timothy McCan, O.D. was awesome. He expained the problem and showed me the imaging. I am a Registered Nurse and appreciated the plan of care and prompt follow-up which was needed

Ongoing, very positive treatment of a chronic eye disorder. Everyone involved in my treatment is highly professional. Couldn’t ask for greater eye care than Dr. Judd provides.

The office was excellent and the Dr. that saw me was excellent, Kacie Kreifels. The only knock was that they didn't set me up with doing the peripheral vision test so I had t come back and then they charged me a second specialist fee. That is wrong and should never be the case.

Good experience. The only thing was I did not know that Community Eye Center is now Quigley. I would have thought I would have gotten communication on that. Other than that, my appointment was quick, Dr. Batzer was awesome, and I will continue my eye health with them.

I’ve had Dr Billings as my eye care specialist for over 20 years and I refer everyone to her and her staff! I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else. A true gem and we are lucky to have her in our community! Her smile is always on!

They don't care about the customers. Twice I went to pick up my glasses with no sucess. First time the glasses girl was out and was I told to come back, next time she was out all week and they had taken my glasses to another store 13 miles away. Can you believe they would take to a different location without notifying me?

I have been a patient of Dr. Campbell for a few years. I am very pleased with the care received by him and his caring staff. Everyone is friendly, respectful and professional. I never wait long to be seen. The team is very thorough in the care they provide and my questions are always answered. I am a new Florida resident and This was my first time at Quigley Eye Specialists. I enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be returning. Everyone from the office staff, technicians, and doctor were great. The lady who initially took me back and checked my eyes and performed the tests really stood out. She was friendly, personable, and took her time to answer any questions I had. The doctor was timely, knowledgeable, and also took her time with me. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out like I feel at some doctors offices. The only downfall was that I was not expecting to pay $130 for my appt. they told me that my insurance did not cover one of the test performed and that was frustrating because they did not inform me of that ahead of time. Had I of known this I wouldn’t of opted to get the extra test done. Overall my experience was great and I definitely recommend this business to anyone.

I recently had eyelid surgery, great results! Dr. Lewis was awesome, explained everything very well and great follow up. I have experienced a major change for the better in my eyesight as a result, impatiently waiting another six weeks before I can have my eyes tested to update glasses and contact lenses. Very happy.

Very pleased with the service

I went for a routine diabetic retinopathy exam. My eyes haven't been the same since they were dialated. Now they are dry and iritated. They claim it's from my cataracts but they were fine when I went in for my exam. Now I have trouble reading or watching tv without squinting.

Dr. Judd is wonderful. A very rare human in the medical profession now. I hesitate to say more because I don’t want it any harder to see him!

Dr. Judd has been seeing my husband ever since his stroke 3 years ago. My husband always says after we leave "this is my favorite doctor". Dr. Priest-Allen is the only saving grace for this company. She was great. Quigley Eye however need a lot of help. They do not return phone calls, they do not inform your referring doctor of the status of your surgery, they do not respond to your pharmacy for refills, the do not respond to your insurance company to confirm your medication. I will not refer them to an enemy.It's a shame such a good doctor is associated with this company.

I've been a patient of Quickley Eye Specialists, Dr Michael Lewis and Dr Kai-Lewis (cataract surgery) for many years. I trust my eyes in their care and have recommended them to others.

Excellent service and professional in every way. I feel I better understand my eye condition better.

I had cloudiness in left eye two and one half years after cataract surgery. The five to seven second laser surgery seems to have cleared that eye perfectly. I do not believe the examination at the office or the St John’s Surgery Center is possible to be more efficient.
