Update: We were able to speak with the Property Manager and things were worked out. We are happy to say that Camden did right by us and truly valued our being a part of their community. If we were to come back to Tampa, and needed a temporary place to reside during our house search, Camden Westchase Park would be our first choice. It is a beautiful community. I will surely miss it! My family and I truly enjoyed our time at Camden Westchase up until it was time to move and we were completely screwed over. We paid well over the monthly amount prior to our move keeping in mind the last monthly bills per the guidance of one of the Leasing Agents(Jacob). Then maybe a couple weeks later we received an email with excessive charges that didn't make sense. In addition, I contacted the main Leasing Office for an explanation and neither Sarah nor Cindy would take our calls as the Property Managers. This is really unfortunate as the relationship we thought we built with them over the course of the time we lived in the community was great (so I thought), but apparently it was one sided. Again, this is unfortunate for me and my family that we had to pay this excessive amount when it is unjust. Plus, the Property Managers would not even take our calls. This is a SAD situation.

Chris was a pleasure to work with. He made the entire process as easy as could be and was always so pleasant and patient with our questions. The complex is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The maintenance staff is always visible and friendly. The area is great-good walkability to stores, restaurants, parks etc.

Chris at the management office at the Camden Westchase property is amazing! From my very first visit to the property he made me feel welcomed. He was very thorough, informative told me everything I needed to do. It's because of Chris that I decided to lease with Camden. I had a choice of 3 other properties to lease with. Chris always has a smile and willing to assist in any way he can. It is rare that you find truly professional and caring staff. Chris is the iptiamy of excellence at this location. So far my leasing experience has been amazing, flawless. Chris has been so knowledgeable, friendy and patient with my many questions and concerns. I don't move in until June but I am excited. I have not come across another office staff that has been so accomodating, responsive and kind.

FABULOUS COMMUNITY! We relocated from out of state after owning a home for 30 years. Finding the perfect apartment was getting a bit stressful. Ended up driving by Camden Westchase Park and immediately fell in love with the community. Our leasing agent Renee was outgoing and personable but most of all she LISTENED to our needs. Our tour of the grounds, amenities and the apartments were amazing. I loved having different floor plans to see and could envision this being home. But once I saw the pool I felt like we were moving to a resort. We loved that it is a gated community with with ponds, green space, community gardens, and dog walking paths all tucked away in a quiet community. Moving is STRESSFUL, but moving to a Camden Property made it so much easier with their welcoming and friendly staff. I would highly recommend any Camden Property because of their commitment to serving the community they live and work in and always doing the right thing for their residents. Come home to Westchase Park, we love it.

This is a great place to live! I have been staying for a few months now and I absolutely love it! Plenty of parking space, great community and amazing staff! I was in India for over a month and during that time I received many packages. The staffs were friendly enough to put them inside my unit with my permission. The best part was they even watered my plant in my unit. Camden Westchase goes and beyond! That's the reason they have these 5 stars!

My partner and I recently moved to Camden Westchase Park Apartments a few weeks ago and we are very impressed by the service and professionalism here at Camden. Cindy and Jake G. at the front office are always friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns that we have. Jay, who has helped with repairs in our unit, has also provided awesome service every time. In regards to the apartments themselves, the quality of the unit upon arrival was exceptional; it is beautiful, well-kept, and we enjoy living and working from our new place. Likewise, the grounds and community are very well-maintained and look great. Overall, from our experiences so far I certainly recommend Camden to anyone seeking an apartment in the Tampa area. We are so pleased by not only the community, but the high degree of care that the team here has been putting into the community to make it the best it can be.

I have been living in Camden with my family for almost 8 months. This is a wonderful place where you have everything you need for a comfortable life - a green and peaceful area, modern apartments, and responsive management. Just nearby is Deer Park Elementary School, which has a relatively high rating. And that fact was quite crucial for me as for a parent. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Chris for his exceptional skills and support. I wanted to provide some formal feedback in email about the service that Leonardo provided today. The ac thermostat stopped working in the evening and Leonardo checked his requests and saw that it was an AC issue in the summertime heat in Florida and came and fixed it the same evening. Work ethic and empathy like this must be highlighted and recognized. Thank you for taking such good care of the residents.

Our family moved in to Camden Westchase which was an extremely smooth and easy process for us. Renee and her team were transparent and super helpful which made it easy for us to decide on our ideal unit, which is beautiful and perfect for us! I had an unusually stressful move to Camden Westchase. I was scheduled to be in Europe on my move-in date. My belongings were moved in a week before I returned. This was really scary. Thanks to my leasing agent Kaleb Williams everything was arranged in advance. My movers were given the proper access. When I returned Kaleb was in constant contact with me to answer all my questions and to make sure I got settled in. It was a smooth move after all. I have been a resident of Camden Westchase Park since April 24, 2023. I know that’s not a long time, but it is a milestone for me as I lived in my former complex for 18 years. I called Camden Westchase Park about 3 months ago and made an appointment to visit and see some available units. I met with Renee Hedding, Leasing Consultant. We discussed what I was looking for and she showed me two different units. By the time I left that day, I chose my preferred unit, and I signed a lease within two days. Renee went out of her way to make sure that I was happy with my choice. When it came time for me to move in, she spent a lot of time with me explaining the various amenities and access points into the complex. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I have seen her twice since my move-in date as she was leaving the office for the day and I happened to be walking by her car. She stopped to talk and ask how things were going and again encouraged me to call her if I had questions or concerns. I am so happy that I made the move, and I love my unit and the other amenities that this complex offers. It is pet-friendly which was an important concern of mine. Our experience at Camden it’s been amazing. Since the first day we arrived here the attention From Kaleb Williams and all the staff at Camden was absolutely perfect. Great apartment community: surrounded by trees, clean, and quiet; very serene here; important stores and infrastructure are nearby; neighbors seem decent, balconies are neatly decorated, feels like a little magic village. The leasing team is phenomenal, I specifically want to acknowledge Renee and Chris for setting me up with the perfect apartment and guiding through the application process.

My boyfriend and I could not say anything better about Camden! We originally were living at Camden Visconti and we had such an amazing experience over there but unfortunately the drive to school in Westchase was becoming unbearable. We decided to transfer our lease to Camden Westchase! When we first came for our tour, Renee was so very helpful. She gave us the whole rundown on how to properly transfer our lease, she helped us every step of the way. She made sure we understood all the steps and forms we needed to complete our transfer. Upon move in, there were a few things in the apartment the renovation crew left behind. She was so apologetic and made sure everything would be handled accordingly. This being my 2nd Camden experience, I can confidently say I will never find a better living company. The staff and employees are amazing, educated, and so welcoming. The apartments are always stunning with beautiful landscaping. This is your sign to book your tours now. And request Renee, because she deserves a raise!!

I just moved to Camden after years living at The Sedona / Richman where the manager is incompetent and runs with a lazy office team who does the bare minimum there. I'm loving this Camden property. Chris and Renee went above and beyond on my move in day! Great neighbors and nice amenities. I highly recommend it here!

Such an incredible company! I've worked with their community managers, specifically, Renee - and i've have nothing but incredible things to say! It's such a beautiful community to live in, and everyone who works there is like family! Highly recommend if you're looking for a overall high quality complex to live in!

My mother lives here and I have been to their pool on numerous occasions with her grandkids. Today I was on a call with my mother while at the pool. Sara from the office came to me and told me that my phone conversation was to loud for the pool area. My children and I were at the pool like we were last weekend and today I was approached by Sara from the office. We were the only black people at the pool. She proceeded to the office to tell that I was a disturbance then she packed up and left. Mind you I applied here and they been holding $300 of my money since July 12, 2022. I was told a 3 week wait for a refund because I was denied. Now they are telling me that its 30 days. I have more to say….. look out for my next review

Love being at Camden. Have been here for 2 years now and cannot say anything bad about this community. Any concern that I have a team members always listen and take care. Valet trash is always picking up trash on time, any time that my ac was out,maintenance team resolved an issue with in an hour. They accept my German Shepard witch a lot of different apartments cannot afford that. Manager Katrina is always amazingly professional and helpful and now manager Cidny always helps. Yes, this community has rules not to be loud after 11 but that is understandable and well professional. They help you out as much as they can even in the COVID times. Pool and gym area is always clean and well maintained. Love the community and have nothing bad to say about it.

I moved in about two weeks ago with my boyfriend. This place has been so amazing. The quality of the apartment itself is excellent and very well built. The management in this place is the best management I have ever seen anywhere I've ever lived. They truly care about your worries if you bring them up to them. Jake Gonzales is what I would call "resident service excellence." Jake makes you feel at home from the moment you tour the place and it hasn't changed since. Jay is their repair technician, and he is such a great guy! So very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Every time Jay has come in to repair something it is always with a smile. I don't think I have yet to meet ANYONE in this community who hasn't been friendly at all. Lastly, I want to congratulate the manager Cindy for having such a wonderful community. She is top management. I have lived in other places where the management have been awful to us. I have lived in places where you bring up a concern and they really don't care at all. Cindy responded to every single concern I had with care and patience. If you are looking for an amazing place to live where you can feel safe and at peace, I urge you to come and check Camden Westchase Park Apartments. I guarantee that you will be just as impressed as I am.
