Nice looking single house...but not really worth the price...seriously over price

My family has been in our home for over six months and we love the house. Builder has been responsible and professional throughout the closing process and with any warranty issues. Overall, great quality.

A great quality builder. As you walk through the model homes you can see the difference. The use of space is well thought out and functional. Builders allow you to pick you tile, paint etc but they go a huge step further. They allow customization of your floor plan which is very unique.

Very sad to see a blatant fair housing violation before my eyes and to be a victim of it. Walked in and was told the models were closed today. As we were about to walk out another couple walked in raving about how beautiful the model house the primrose was. Lol. so we went to go to the model and the employee kicked us out!! As someone who works in housing this was shocking to see. This individual seemed to have no fair housing training and displayed clear and embarrassing discrimination. Most likely will pursue legal action because this experience was unacceptable.
