Very unique, and the king suite was much larger than I expected. It was quiet, but also a Sunday so probably not too busy. Plenty of room for me, my husband and some friends to hang out before a concert. Beautiful building with interesting history (I'd recommend the Pabst history tour across the street). High ceilings and tons of natural light. A quick walk to Fiserv. There's a pub style restaurant right next door with take out available. Staff was polite and informative. Parking is also close but they offer valet service. Breakfast was simple but good: bagels, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, and fruit. I'd definitely stay there again.

My husband and I traveled from Michigan and stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. We absolutely loved it here! The historic aspect was what made us choose this hotel, but aside from that everything was great! Employees were pleasant, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the mornings were filling and yummy! The location was right down the road from the Fiserv Forum, which was the purpose for our trip this week. We actually were able to walk almost everywhere we went, with the one exception being the train station. The restaurant inside the hotel was really good, and not nearly as expensive as I assumed it would be. The only cons for the restaurant is the service was slow, the menu really didn't have many options, and it closed before we got back to our hotel after the concert, which was a HUGE bummer, as we were starving and ready to drink! Aside from that, our stay here was fantastic! The room was beautiful and included a small kitchenette with a fridge, stove, sink, glassware, and a dishwasher! For being inexpensive this place was AMAZING! Next time we travel to Milwaukee we will definitely be staying here again!

The building itself is worth visiting! They've done an amazing job remodeling the old PBR brewery. I loved the exposed brick and looking up into the copper kettles. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a fan in the bathroom but it was also clean. Front desk was friendly and knowledgeable about the building and area. Discovered after leaving my (extremely sentimental) necklace fell off while sleeping and they found it and mailed it to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT!!! You'll never know how much it means to me to have it back. Positive experience, would stay again.

We loved our stay. The environment and the room were fantastic. On Tap service and food were great. We walked to the Pabst Theater from here in about 20+ minutes for a performance. If there was a downside, breakfast offerings were disappointing, but that wasn't enough to dampen our stay.

Loved my stay here, loved the aesthetic. It was quiet and peaceful. It felt very home-y✨ What to expect: - continental breakfast - amazing water pressure!!! So random but I was so surprised - silverware, plates, cups, pots are included in your room which make the experience very fun if you’re staying for more than one night - photos are accurate

Amazing rooms! Much larger than expected and all the accommodations you could need. Plus the history as to how this place was before it became a hotel is absolutely amazing. Definitely buy one of their books if you get the chance! It will show you so much more about the hotel!

Unfortunately the Brewhouse Inn didn’t meet our expectations. To start valet parking outside is not clearly marked, so we parked on the road, and walked to the hotel. When we arrived inside the hotel there wasn’t anyone at the valet stand, we waited and no one came so we then waited to in a line to get checked in. The person checking us in was not focused on us as the customer, and he was focused on training someone. He then let us know if we lost our key card there would be a 25$ fee. Which seemed pretty odd to us. We went to our room to learn it was a room for someone who may need extra space, or has a disability. When we went downstairs to let them know we don't fit this need, and wanted to make sure the room was available for someone who does it was obvious this wasn’t important. The front desk person was not focused on helping us. He was focused on what wasn’t working which was their entire computer system being down and not knowing when that would change. He then went on to say that they were completely booked and would only know about any room changes once that was back up and running. I wasn’t convinced. I didn’t even bother to ask when we got back. Overall, the room was average, no view. The breakfast in the morning was average. Skip the coffee. Overall, customer service, and efficiency of the staff was very disappointing. I won’t be returning.

The building is beautiful and holds lots of history and character. The rooms were great! When we arrived the front desk person didn't greet me or give me her full attention. The phone kept ringing and she didn't ignore it for me. Being the paying customer, I would have expected more of a warm welcome. Being from out of town, I was not informed ahead of time the need to pay for valet parking each night of $32. We were lucky enough to find meter parking in the street instead but very frustrating, especially when you aren't expecting it. The rooms were beautiful, comfy bed, and a lot to offer in the room since it comes with a full kitchen. The hotel itself doesn't include a pool or Jacuzzi but does have a workout room. Given we were there for an anniversary trip, we would have preferred the pool/jacuzzi. The location was ok but not very close for walking to places. Overall, a cool place to stay but not totally worth it.

We stayed on a game night, so parking was a premium. We have stayed before when they first opened and my niece who was visiting from Boston wanted to stay. We had a nice sleep and will stop to stay again.

Excellent stay! Staff were attentive and welcoming. Room 302 was quiet with great view of The Malt House. Pillows/mattress were extremely comfy, great night stay with two teens for concert at Fiserv Forum. Plenty of food options within a few minutes. Room clean, great kitchenette and roomy. 10 minute walk to Fiserv. Excellent historic district in Milwaukee. The history and industrial decor of building is beautiful. Bonus continental breakfast in am. Valet was $35 or park on your own for $20, I used valet very friendly and accommodating. Staff at hotel were excellent. Front door is locked at night so you have to use a side door for secure entry right around the corner, easy!

Was pretty disappointed in the actual room we got. The lobby is very cool and it's in a convenient location. Front desk was friendly and professional. However, there is no way I booked a Full size bed. It was a queen minimum but I had already asked to be moved bc the first room he gave me was literally right in the lobby and would be incredibly noisy. It was super busy due to baseball games and weddings etc. So we just stayed in a meh room at $370 a night.

Highly recommend! Customer service here is Five-Star! Rooms are spacious with several sitting areas and great views. My room had a full refrigerator, stove top, sink, and dishwasher. Very family friendly! Walking distance to restaurants and museums. Offering great rates is what led me here for my travel. I'm so glad I stayed here in this restored and reclaimed space full of architectural details and spaces. Thank you for a great stay in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and I will stay here again. See photos shared here and on their website.

We really enjoyed our stay! I loved the fact that the building used to be the brew house for Pabst and that they kept part of the vats in the hotel. We also went to restaurant next door and did the historical beer tour and highly recommend both.

A really cool hotel! The old Pabst brewery covered into a hotel, there's some brewing equipment left inside. The rooms are large and comfy. Great location, especially if you want to hit up some local breweries/bars.

Perfect location for events at the Fiserv! Our room though was a tad smaller than expected and we certainly expected the cleanliness to be topnotch which it wasn't. There were cobwebs and previous vistors hair left in the bathroom. We were double charged for the room causing several NSF charges to our account. If things get fixed would certainly give them another try.

Man, what a piece of history. The architecture, the mash tins, the stained glassed window. Felt like you were in a time capsule. Rooms were amazing with a kitchenette, clean bathroom with a giant walk in shower. The restaurant downstairs was great. Friendly staff, bartenders were great. Highly recommend the Mac n cheese.

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was huge and having a separate sleeping space was perfect for our little ones early bedtime. The history of the building was so fun and I loved seeing the old kettles when leaving my room. It was super quiet overnight even though there were multiple weddings. The breakfast leaves something to be desired but nice hotels don’t usually have free breakfast so I’ll take it! :)

My mom and I stayed here overnight after touring some local places (the old Pabst brewery, the Frank Lloyd Wright Burnham Block, and the Mitchell Park Domes). I can honestly say this is one of the absolute best hotels I have ever stayed at in the US, and I have traveled quite a bit! This hotel is a neat piece of history in a lovely area with so much going on. Our room was impressively spacious, beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was great. The decor fit the theme of the hotel-I love how many pieces were made from repurposed bits from the old brewing company. Valet service was wonderful and prompt. Breakfast was nice, too. Everyone we spoke to who worked at the hotel was very nice, too. I absolutely hope to stay again! My only complaint is that I have an event in Milwaukee coming up in August that I can't seem to get a room booked for 'cos the site has a mandatory two-night booking to get in on the 12th, and I just can't swing that. Alas!

I love this place. So much history and an amazing transformation on a pretty much destroyed shell of a building We had outstanding service from everyone we came in contact with Much different experience than a standard chain hotel. This place has soul!

Booked and paid for a room a month in advance and the hotel cancels it a week prior to arrival. Claim is that they were “over booked”. Gladly took my money and hold it for 10 days for a refund. No recourse other than to book a room else where at another hotel with last minute higher rates. Proceed at your own risk, they will leave you out to dry.

Although I would have loved to stay at this hotel for my wedding and for my guests, because it looks like a great place, I was unable to reach anyone to block off rooms for the wedding. My fiancé called and left 2 messages. Then I had called, left a message and sent an email maybe 2 weeks after he called. I called the following day and spoke to someone at the front desk who asked me if she could send me to the manager because he needs to be aware of the situation. I thought sure that is fine. The manager never even responded to my call. The women who sent me to the managers voicemail was great, she said we may not have enough rooms and that might be the reason for them not responding to me. However a call to at least tell me that would have been appreciated if that was the case. A simple sorry we are full would have sufficed. I was greatly disappointed with the poor communication and poor customer service. Hopefully I will be the only person who experiences this. The place looks like a fun stay.

Very friendly and professional front desk people. Awesome hotel in the old Pabst Brewery. The copper vats are still there! A must stay if you are visiting the area. Located within walking distance of sports and entertainment venues. Check it out .....very cool place. Management (Danelle) will make sure your stay is enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely, historic area. Employees are helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. The restaurant inside had incredible food and good service. Only deducting a star because a hotel that nice should have a pool!

My husband and I stayed at Brewhouse the night of our wedding. I also stayed the night before our wedding and used our room as the bride & bridesmaids getting ready room. This is hands down the coolest hotel in Milwaukee! It’s full of charm, character, and tons of Milwaukee history! The hotel is picture perfect which is why we used it to get ready for the wedding! I would not only recommend this venue for newlyweds, but also anyone staying in Milwaukee! You’ll get a one of a kind experience and a super comfortable stay! 10/10 recommend! Book a room and you won’t be sorry!

Pros+++The room was spacious with a large kitchen area with a full size fridge. The hotel is so unique. All staff was helpful professional and friendly. The valet service was super speedy and friendly too. The attached restaurant was a great place to eat and drink. Cons --- the towels may not be the most luxurious or the fold out couch in the living area may not have the most comfortable mattress, but the few cons are far outweighed but great overall experience.

Place is beautiful, and has a great ambiance - yet it was shattered by the extremely poor guest services. The front desk staff during check-in was uncomfortably rude, and had I not been staying here for a wedding, I would have immediately asked for a refund and to stay elsewhere. First impression from the team: they were too busy to be disturbed in their conversation. Super disappointed in the lack of care or concern for a place which is $300+/night.

Booked here last minute for a couple days through a discount website. We got in rather late front desk attendant was almost angry we walked in. After some frustration he finally gave us a room. Not the service or attitude I expected from a "luxury" hotel. They basically said "we have your reservation but I dunno how to work it." Not a good start we realized we did this all last min so our expectations were low. Front desk attendant asked me what kind of room I wanted then told me nothing about my options and just got more angry with me when I said literally any room would do. The room itself was okay but not nearly up to par with a basic things. Dirty dishes One singular hanger in closet Very small bed with one night stand ( I had to lay my phone on the floor to charge it overnight.) A very small TV Weird room layout If I had to pay $300 a night I would be angry the value wasn't here by far.

I stay here when I travel to Milwaukee for work, I book others in the hotel too. It's a good place to stay. Parking isn't the easiest but they do have valet parking which is very nice. The on site restaurant is pretty good. Saw a bit of mold in one of the showers recently but that's easy to fix.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Milwaukee. I have had corporate guests stay here, friends & family as well as myself. The staff is friendly & the design & aesthetic of the place really makes it unique. The rooms are all spacious & if you get one with a balcony the view of the city is fun at night. It’s also not far from things downtown.

I am so glad we decided to stay here on our trip to Milwaukee. The hotel was fantastic. We loved all the repurposed items throughout the hotel, especially the brew kettles. The rooms had a modern vibe with high ceilings. Great location with very friendly front desk staff. Valet service was prompt and excellent.

Amazing customer service! It started as we checked in. I had emailed the General Manager Keanen asking about the availability of distilled water for my steamer. She had a gallon bottle waiting for me! (And we used almost all of it for steaming the bridal party dresses!) We also needed housekeeping a few times (due to wedding party prep). Very prompt and friendly staff. An altogether great experience. Will recommend this hotel to friends for sure!

The Brewhouse Inn and Suites was the perfect place for our bridal party to stay for our wedding. Our suite was beautiful with exposed brick, large windows overlooking the Pabst sign and plenty of space. It was great for the women to get hair and makeup done and for getting ready photos. It was also a romantic suite for our wedding night. Our guests were blown away by the aesthetics of the hotel and we even used the second floor and outside areas for our main wedding photos. The antique furniture and distillers on the second floor made a unique and beautiful backdrop for our first looks and bridal party photos. The location is ideal. It was across from our venue, walkable to other attractions and we used the nearby green areas and old fashioned brick walkway and buildings for more wedding photos. Their staff were very helpful that weekend and during the prep and booking process. They were very responsive over email. I highly recommend staying here for any trip to Milwaukee but especially for planning an event!

Beautiful building, lovely wonderful staff I loved exploring the building, it's beautiful and the architecture is breathtaking. A great place if you're into photography or history. Breakfast was super limited, but there's other options close by. Valet parking was $32 a night but honestly not a deal breaker for the level of convenience they offer. All around a great stay!!!

I love what you've done with the place! Kind of a cool theme with some history behind it. The rooms were okay. Clean. But the mattresses absolutely suck, especially for the rates they charge. If you're there for a good night's sleep, you likely won't have it. On the other hand, if you are interested in staying at a historic landmark, this place is for you.
