    I'm just here because as I was reading ALL the reviews and seeing the pictures and videos. Even though there was alot of positive feedback, avalon I have a question. Will you consider getting 24 hour surveillance so that peoples packages wont get taken? And how about the garbage pick up? Why was there trash piled up in the garage area? I see everyone gives 5 stars for your maintenance team, mainly Alex but why are there so many plumbing issues? I was considering this place when I decided to move but I was doing some research first. Good thing I did. I love the layout, love your amenities, it's even a easy commute to catch the bus/ train . These things I just mentioned are a concern. Someone even mentioned the walls are thin and can hear your neighbor. Why is that?

    I moved 6 months ago from Manhattan to the Avalon here in RVC. My experience was amazing from the beginning Nicole and Bryanna were absolutely wonderful helping me with the lease and the move in, always available for any questions and going beyond to help, be it getting a petsitter, be it finding a vet etc etc. when you go to the leasing office you are always greeted with a smile and helpful hands. My apartment is stunning and the community itself is kept beautifully in order, the gym is amazing and so is the pool and all the other amenities - after having lived in Manhattan for 10 years this was the best decision of my life - love it here!

    Alex in maintenance provided excellent service!! My toilet was not flushing properly, and after replacing some parts, the issue was still occurring. On a Sunday , Alex took the time to go to Home Depot to purchase a new toilet and installed it in a timely fashion. He always makes sure the job gets done properly! Thanks Alex !

    I can't say enough about the service provided by John K. in maintenance.He arrived within a few minutes of reporting a problem, and he could not have been nicer or more professional. He showed concern and dedication, not only to the Avalon, but also to us as residents. He thoroughly explained the problem and how it would be addressed. He genuinely cares about doing a great job.

    The Avalon staff is amazing. They are very professional, courteous and always willing to resolve any issue promptly and efficiently. From Gina who is simply fantastic, Sergio and Nicole at the office to the entire maintenance team (Alex, Carlos, Humphrey, and Mike), these professionals really know how to provide high quality customer service. They listen attentively, propose practical solutions and make sure that my family and I are satisfied with the results. Without doubt, the absolute best and most thoughtful service we have had in any apartment we have lived in. Thank you!

    If you can find another apt just do it ...elevators constantly out of service. Appliances in questionable repair. Trash service that is lackluster. Management that is minimally responsive.Renting is already hard don't compromise. I'm sure there will be a generic response to this and little to no action. Just learn to live with mediocrity and you can deal with this place just fine.

    Alex continues to be the best maintenance lead I have dealt with. There was an emergency situation last week where the sprinkler system was triggered and Alex responded in minutes. After the first responders gave the green light that unit and apartment building were safe for reentry, Alex immediately jumped to action. He worked all night to clean up the initial the damage, organized for the restoration crew to begin working the next morning and provided on going updates as well as empathy during this traumatic accident. The around the clock support and quick response is more than we could have hoped for and we are so grateful for Alex going above and beyond.

    Since I’ve moved in this past Feb 2023. My apartment has had 3 random nights of fire alarms going off for over an hour each time. The fire alarms are in every room of my two bedroom and it’s blaring. If you have little ones, you will 100% be running out of the apartment to your car because they will be screaming when they wake up to this alarm. Also their is no freight elevator and elevators broken around the building. So when someone moves in… if you are old or have a baby… hopefully you live on the first floor. God speed

    Just want to mention what a wonderful staff person Derek is . He's always there to listen and offer help to all our questions and needs. Also, Rashi,as part of the maintenance crew, never fails to fix whatever needs fixing.

    THE WORST MANAGEMENT. The ongoing construction has been affecting mental and physical health of some current residents for three (!!!) months now, and management did literally NOTHING to prevent, reduce, or address discomfort associated with it. I have been sick from all the dust and particles from construction site outside my window and had to finally go to the doctor to have him tell me that the reason is dirt and dust that I constantly inhale! Sergio calls back only to “close the case”, nothing- I repeat nothing has been done to address the issue. When I asked if windows cleaning service would be organized after construction is done, Sergio said he would try to make it happen. Seriously??!! Wouldn’t it be on top of your list as the least you can do? I’ve heard a lot of stories about bad management companies but Avalon beats them all. So disappointed.

    I have been living in Avalon Rockville Centre for a year and1/2. I can seriously say I am consistently met with smiles, concern, and help when needed. It feels like family. I would especially like to give a call out to Derick Victors, Dana Litterello, and Sergio Lopez. Jacki Kaplan Apt 223

    This corporation was very kind when I called. If you're looking for an apartment, the patience that Daniel took for me was what I was looking for. He answered all my questions, was very professional, answered all my questions, and tried to work with me financially. A great worker. I'm looking forward to getting an apartment with this corporation whenever my finances are better! Thank you so much to all of you! Very impressed with interior and exterior!

    As I enter the garage, the sign Welcome Home reflects how I feel about the Avalon. The grounds and the buildings are extremely well maintained. The Leasing Office, especially Sergio and Bryana, are always available for any problem or question that arises. The Maintenance Staff is dedicated and are always willing to help the residents with any problem that may occur. I also want to acknowledge Gina for her assistance and help. The Avalon is an exceptionable place to live.

    Staff is exceptionally reliant always. I needed my car jumped, called the office & Derrick immediately came to assist. Whenever there’s an issue or concern; it is always timely addressed with absolute professionalism.

    Alex from maintenance was super helpful in fixing my broken washer which caused all the water to flow out and flood my apartment late evening. I was worried I wouldn’t find help on time but Alex went out of his way at to dry my apartment and followed up to make sure everything was fine. Great service ! Thank you :) John Kruck from maintenance provided excellent service with fixing our bathtub which wasn’t draining, our window blinds, some other hardware issues! He responded and took care of the problems within 24 hours. We were extremely satisfied with his work. Definitely recommend him :) Rishi has been very proactive and responsive towards all my repair requests. He has helped resolve them seamlessly and within a short span of time. Thank you ! Roberto from maintenance exceeded expectations with his service in getting my kitchen cabinet doors fixed. They were broken and needed to be replaced or repaired. Same with some of the pluming bathroom issues! He did a neat job! and I am very thankful for his services! Charles took care of the heating/cooling issue in our apartment quickly and a few other minor repairs too! Thank you so much:)
