This was my first time visiting Balanced Life Spa. I went to get a massage to reduce stress levels. My hope was that I was able to schedule a massage every two weeks if my experience was good. It was not only good, it was one of the best massages I have ever had. Charity could read my body and knew exactly what I needed. I went in for a Swedish massage, but she suggested a little deep tissue work after 20 minutes of working with me. I agreed and it was the best decision. I left feeling like a new person and booked a massage every two weeks. I highly recommend going to Balanced Life Spa and having Charity work with your body to give it what it needs.
