Not a clean place to stay. Smelled like mold when I arrived to my room. The room was left open. Ended up buying al knew sheets and towels due to the fear of things not being clean. Several other guest that were with us did the same. Will never stay here again. Would pay the $1300 to stay at the resort up the road to have a good nights sleep. Only good thing was the A/C was cold.

Stayed with my best friend for am event about 30 minutes away. All of the staff that we met was amazing! Super nice and welcoming and gave us good recommendations of other things in the area. Location was great, tons of food options along the main road. Although on a main road it was still very quiet inside the room. Inside of the room was very clean, great space and it was cozy. Beds were comfy ! Nothing was dirty. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again for future trips to CT

This place is a dump. The rooms reeked of stale cigarettes and damp moldy nastiness. I am appalled that they offered this room to us. They should be ashamed and embarrassed for offering a room in this condition to anyone. We left in the middle of the night because none of us could sleep through the stench. It was honestly awful. Anyone who claims this place is clean has to be a staff member, because there’s no way anyone could actually like these rooms. Staff was polite to me and the outside area for pets was nice. It’s too bad they don’t care about the rooms.

Don't stay here Room was dirty, smoke filled and mold. Also front desk employee Jackie and Manager they call Slim are horrible to guests. Had a room booked for weeks very specific room put us in another not even the double ordered so one guest we had could not come. They offered no apologies. We drove four hours home after scrubbing room for fifteen minutes. It was still not a room I would put anyone in.. Then they charged $25 cleaning fee for nasty room. There were dead bugs in fridge and other people's garbage in pail. Again treated horrible by Jackie at from desk who seemed to think it was funny. Horrible experience. Owner should find better help she and nasty rooms ruined planned vacation.

We’ve stayed here in the past and it has been pretty good, but this year seemed off. Maybe it was the room we were in (104)? Bed was not comfortable, room smelled at first, staff was just okay. In the past we really liked staff and found our stay comfortable. Maybe new ownership? It’s never been a high frills place, which is fine. But with the price going up each year I would expect more of an effort.

Very nice hotel with a very homie and cozy feeling. Clean, quiet. Wonderful management and staff. Nice outdoor sit down area. Pets welcome. Designated outdoor area for your dogs to do their business. Great rates on their rooms

Room smells of mold and humidity must have been under water recently. If at all I would definitely ask for a second floor room

We were here one night and was offered a first floor room when my husband asked if one available. The room was very dark and felt stuffy. TV was a problem but desk clerk came right over to help. I would say the management is working to improve this property but it's not there yet. The helpfulness of the staff made it a bit better but I'd stay away from the ground floor rooms..I met a spider after it bit me! Desk clerk concerned and asked us to call if it turned out to need any treatment.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is an old Days Inn that hasn't been updated about 15-20 years. The bathroom was dirty (with an old towel hanging in the shower and women's dirty underwear left behind the toilet), the furniture in the room was old and really out of date and the paint on the wall was peeling. Service was non-existent. Definitely go somewhere else!

We stayed here one night for a wedding in the area. The room was dated but large and very clean. No stale cigarette smoke. We only interacted with the woman at the front desk, and she was lovely to deal with. No problems with the tv, noise or anything else. We were able to bring our dog for a nominal fee, which was great. Plenty of hot water too. I used to live in O.S. and it was great to smell the salt air again!

I love it here, honestly! Every room that I had was clean; no filthy carpeting, no smells….The flooring was hardwood. Jackie at the front desk, and Rick, are an absolute pleasure and always fun to engage with!
