Great, homey little Vietnamese restaurant. Servers are friendly. All the bobas are amazing, we got mango as a tea and honeydew melon as a smoothy. Lemon chicken skewers were a bit under seasoned for my taste, the beef onion skewers on the other hand were exceptional. The pho is pretty great but there was noticably less meat in it then the last time we ordered it. Bidenomics at work I suppose. Over all this spot is worth a visit

The broth is clean and flavorful. But there is a huge difference in the amount of meat compared to before. I couldn’t find tendon in my pho and a very small amount of brisket is torn and spread out to make it look a lot. The restaurant is clean and their pho is pretty good!

I ate here with my parents for the first time a few weeks ago. Very friendly waitress. The food was delicious. I had fried egg rolls, wonton soup, and beef with onion rice plate. Parking can be a little challenging but it's worth it!

Not in a great part of town. Had the pork, spring roll, shrimp combo vermicelli. Had this many times. It was ok. One shrimp not marinated. Spring roll was good. Liked the roast pork. Nice pieces, not too fatty. Service was good, but it was not busy and seemed like one guy serving. They do serve beer and wine which is a plus, but they were out of 4 of 6 beer selections. So good, but not great.

All throughout high school, I ate Vietnamese food, and Pho Saigon hits the spot. Passing by, and needed a hot bowl of pho to feed my freezing soul. Debated between this place and two other locations, and I am so glad we ate here tonight. When you walk in, you will see at least 20 tables, and on this particular Friday night they were buzzing with business. Also thankfully they close late, for this area at least. Hot tea is available which is a BIG WIN in my book. Tonight, I ordered the #11: pho with brisket and tendon ($13.99 pre-tax/tip). Everyone, even the non-asians loved their Vietnamese noodle soups. There is a little parking lot available on the same side of the street as the restaurant. Thank goodness this legitimate place exists!

Simply the best Vietnamese in Springfield. The #9 soup will heal your soul and cold. Shaking beef and spring rolls are superb.

I have been coming here my whole life. It is a small hole in the wall restaurant that houses the best phó I’ve ever eaten. Good customer service, and delicious food with a warm atmosphere. What more could you want?

I've never had Vietnamese food until this day and I really enjoyed it. There's a young woman who works there who even though the place was packed and there was people waiting was very friendly to us and was very attentive. Normally these days when people are stressed out at work you get completely ignored are you find workers on their phones. There was none of that business going on. Their service was really good and the food was amazing. I told my wife that when were passing through we should stop by just pick up a drink from this place. They're lime lemonade tea is really good. I can't wait to go back.

One of the best and most authentic pho places I've ever visited. Their shaved beef is very good - the hot broth cooked the beef very well and you can tell the beef is really fresh and high quality.

I loved the food here. It was delicious and satisfying. I got an extra large Pho Dac Biet. The Spring Rolls came with peanut sauce. I liked the peanut sauce because it was the thick, pasty kind.

The food is a bit expensive, but it is acceptable. I haven't tried the noodle soup, but it is quite large. The fried spring rolls were not good, and the pork chop rice was not tasty, and the rice was cold. I think noodle soup should be delicious. After all, who doesn’t love Vietnamese noodle soup! lol

On our drive home from Cape Cod to Buffalo, this was a quick lunch stop. Service was excellent, efficient and quick, and extremely friendly. Food was delicious. The establishment appeared to be well-frequented by a diverse clientele. We would love to come back.

Let me just say the coconut limeade is THE BEST on a hot summer day! Waitress was so sweet and even with a quite a few customers and being only one she still always checked in while still managing phone + take out orders! Soup was delicious and savory. Very good prices and good variety menu! Authentic all the way!

#9 Pho was delicious along with the spring rolls but our waitress made the visit really fantastic. She noticed my friend was cold and offered her hot tea without us even asking. Will definitely stop by again next time we are in the area.
