I’ve
only
had
one
other
bad
experience
and
that
was
years
ago.
Until
today…
I’m
used
to
the
guest
service
of
a
wash-cut-blow
dry
taking
up
to
a
couple
hours.
Today
it
took
3
hours…at
what
point
is
a
“Learning
Leader”
supposed
to
step
in
and
show
that
customer
service/a
customer’s
time
is
a
priority?
🚩The
first
red
flag
was
after
washing
when
***
said
“It’s
so
much
easier
to
wrap
the
towel
on
our
mannequins,”
as
I
walked
back
to
the
chair
with
a
wet
mess
of
hair
&
towel.
🚩Then
after
the
student
cut
my
hair
(a
simple
trim),
the
learning
leader
pointed
out
how
it
was
slanted.
🚩Them
came
the
blow
drying
incident…this
student
acted
and
may
have
even
mentioned
how
she
had
never
blow
dried
before
(other
than
her
mannequin).
She
was
totally
uncomfortable,
had
really
bad
technique,
and
mentioned
she
had
no
idea
what
she
was
doing.
I
wanted
to
just
take
the
dryer
and
do
it
myself.
Not
to
mention
she
had
no
interest
in
showing
me
the
products
or
recommending
anything.
I’m
always
open
to
that
stuff.
Sell
me
something.
By
the
end
of
this
horrifically
long
experience,
I
had
2
students
and
a
Learning
Leader
untangling
a
round
brush
stuck
in
my
hair
while
the
4
of
us
fake
smiled,
pretending
it
wasn’t
a
complete
mess
of
a
moment.
I
felt
bad
that
I
didn’t
leave
a
tip
but
I
spent
that
tip
renewing
my
parking
spot
and
buying
a
pint
at
Katie
O’Byrnes
to
calm
myself
down
afterwards.
