Bob's store is just like what Modell's use to be . Except they don't sell sporting equipment. Only cloth for man and woman and kid's. Speakers as well as boots . It's a Big store , the people who work there are nice . They have changing rooms and clean bathroom you can ues . The store is in Suffolk County on Sunrise Highway on the wright hand side of the road . Depending on witch direction you are coming from . I have been going to Bob's store for manny years. You can also join there club for free. They give you coupons . 10 dollars off every time you visit the store . For the next time you come in , or more . . . . . . .

Went in for men's shoes . Size 12 must be popular they had almost none. The lady at check out was very nice.

I went into the store to purchase shoes. I saw a sign that said $10 off a purchase of $50 or more. The worker and manager said that the sign is for tomorrow. When I said that the sign shouldn’t be there then, the manager said that is our policy. Totally unacceptable. I will go back there tomorrow to see what the story is then. Buyer beware!!!

Barely any she's help. Trying to find a price on things, you need special glasses to see the fine print. Price is used to be displayed at the top of each display. Good luck with that. They mentioned the discount but don't tell you what the price is. Went to buy jeans,BOGO 50% off, problem was, one pair of jeans is $76. Sorry but that's a bit ridiculous. Probably won't be going back anytime soon. It's as if brick and mortar stores are pushing you to online stores. What a shame because I used to like to go into a store and see what I was purchasing before I purchased it.

Bob’s is my favorite place to shop for sneakers. They have a wide selection which helps me find something different. They also have a great selection for clothes. But it’s their sneakers that are what I buy the most.

No air conditioning in store. Management should be written up to OSHA. Staff fought through the ridiculous heat and were very helpful. Hope it's fixed soon for the employees sake

I had a pleasure shopping here. Wasn't too crowded. I had some issues signing for the membership on the website but Kayla took the time to walk me through it at the register and complete my purchase. She was very patient, professional and a great example of what you want in an employee.
