place is greedy beyond belief. owners are also rude. Alexander T in particular will call you uneducated in facebook comments. if you’re from NYC please avoid at all costs. i took a tour and honestly at this price just get a house or go to New Jersey. Long Island is becoming inhabitable because of the greedy pandemic prices.

I’ve lived at Overbay for a year now and really love it. Its very spacious, clean, and quiet. They allow pets as well which is a big plus! It’s right down the block from main st, which is a nice place to walk around. The property manager Jake is a pleasure to work with and will always get back to you if any issue comes up. I’d continue to rent here if I didn’t have to move closer to the city. I highly recommend it!

Couldn’t be happier with Overbay! One of the best decisions I’ve made. You can’t beat walking into the great village of Port Jeff to eat at great restaurants and bars while enjoying the beautiful views of the harbor. The grounds are very well kept and management couldn’t be nicer. Nothing but good things to say about it!

We lived in Overbay apartments for a year starting August 2022 until July end, 2023 and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartments are modern and spacious with top notch appliances. We needed an accessible apartment and to our surprise, we found that the master bathroom in our 2BR aparment was threshold free. The layout of the shower was also thoughtfully organized keeping accessibility in mind. The community is conveniently located, right across from the bay and walking distance from the town center, which has many activities ongoing during summer months. Jake, the property manager, is caring and always ready to step in and help where possible. If we weren't relocating to DC, we would have stayed put.

Really beautiful new apartment complex in Port Jeff. Amazing community and really stunning property. Glad to see our village is keeping its small town charm while also scaling with purpose.

Great location within walking distance of several popular bars and restaurants (Highly recommend PJ Harbour Club and PJ Lobster House). Spacious apartment with beautiful views of Port Jefferson Harbor. Everyone who lives in the neighborhood is super friendly!

We rented here for 2 years. Very nice boutique pet friendly apartment building with nice size apartments. Building manager Jake is great to work with as is Lou. Fantastic location blocks from downtown Port Jeff. Not many amenities but the bagels and coffee every weekday is a nice touch.

I toured the apartment very recently. The complex is still under construction and I was told that they would be ready for move in by the end of June 2021. The apartment itself was nice, but what I don't understand is how they can have 30+ 5 star reviews when nobody has lived there yet. Some of these reviews are even 3+ months old! They haven't completed construction yet. It's a shame because I was seriously considering living here until I saw these reviews and now it makes me question the management's ethics that they're willing to post fake reviews. How can these reviews talk about the community being so nice when there's nobody living there?
