Although they didn’t have what I needed, Allison was helpful, informative, and patient. I am so appreciative of her customer service towards me. I will make this store my first stop when selecting foot wear in the future!

No stock on several selections, no customer contact. No purchase, spent money someplace else.

Nice store. However, in comparison to other Famous Footwear locations that I have shopped the salespeople do not offer help at this location.

Stopped for a specific sneaker that they didn't have. Daughter wanted to look around and I wound up getting shoe deodorizers. Pricing wasn't great on anything I saw that I could've been interested in. I'm sure people could find a good match there..

I call before I went there to ask if they can change some shoes that I purchased in a other store they said yes the person on the phone helped with a good attitude even though my English wasn’t good I went to this store 20 minutes before closing and the girl who helped me was so nice they had the shoes ready for me I was the happiest customer that night thank you!! By the way I think the girl name was Jenna thanks
