The team here really puts the “Professional” in Professional Physical Therapy. They are extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and wildly efficient. To say that I am satisfied with my experience is an understatement. I broke my ankle this past year, and within 24 hours of calling the office, I was able to get an appointment. Upon arrival to my appointment, I was met with a welcoming attitude, and brilliant staff. They even gave me items to bring home, so I can continue my therapy on my own time. Within just a few weeks time, I’ve made strides with my recovery. Christina, Alex, Christina, & Michelle are miracle workers! God forbid I ever need physical therapy again, but if I do, I will definitely come back here!

Professional PT on Carman’s Road in Massapequa is wonderful! I’m so glad I changed to this facility during my recovery from a rare injury and surgery. Christina is very knowledgeable, she listens to your concerns, and she offers helpful advice to ensure you progress. The facility is clean and spacious, and her PT assistants are kind and great to work with as well. I highly recommend this location. I switched to here 7 weeks after my surgery because I was needing more individualized and intensive care, and I’m so thankful I made the switch.

This is my third time coming here. The first was last year for my shoulder. Then a few months ago for my neck and now I’m back for my shoulder. I love it here. The physical therapist are great and so are the aids. They are very attentive and helpful with the exercises and really help me with range of motion in my shoulder. I highly recommend them. Alexandria at the front desk is very friendly as well. Amy gives a great massage too!!!

Getting PT at Professional Physical Therapy for my lower back and so far it has been a great experience. Christina is amazing at what she does, she is very knowledgeable at her craft and within a few days I was feeling better. The staff is attentive and pleasant always making you feel comfortable. The place is well kept and clean. It has been a great experience and I look forward to my appointments because I feel like I am in good hands. If you need PT for any reason, this is the place to go.

I have been going to Christina and her team for a few weeks now at PT Professional for a rotator cuff (shoulder) injury. The whole team is so knowledgeable, always works with my crazy schedule and I have seen such improvement with my mobility and pain level decreasing week over week. I would highly recommend Christina and her whole practice.

Sajal is absolutely the best OT. She is kind, patient and cares deeply about her patients. She kept in touch with my surgeon and formulated a plan of care and provided me with the best exercises to complete my recovery. I highly recommend Sajal and Professional PT. Top notch facility too.
