Our move to Harbourside Sono followed our downsize from a home in nearby Wilton. We are elated with our apartment. We have felt taken care of and welcomed from our very first visit. Josephine and Sam have worked hard to ensure that our move was as seamless as possible. Their availability and professionalism is unmatched! The building is kept exceptionally clean. The entire staff is pleasant and extremely competent. Gustavo consistently puts in extra effort to ensure that our apartment and all the amenities are functioning smoothly. It’s hard to express how very grateful we are to have found this gem in Norwalk!

A wonderful new apartment building! Very nice units, parking, location, and amenities! A few minutes walk from the railroad station, the interstate highway, and an amazingly large number of restaurants representing a wide range of cuisines. Of course it's nice to live so close to the water. The units I toured have huge windows, nice balconies, gorgeous kitchens and bathrooms. A special thanks to Sam for answering all my questions and making apartment hunting so pleasant and easy.

Sam, the leasing agent was polite, courteous. He provided detailed information about the units and amenities.

The apartment building was very nice with modern amenities. The apartments also are a lot bigger than they seem with tall ceilings. The staff was very responsive and Samuel answered all my questions and was very friendly.

The spacious and well-distributed units allowed me to furnish freely without feeling cramped. Safety is a top priority, and the property management team, led by Sam and Josephine, exceeded expectations with their helpfulness throughout the process. Maintenance concerns are efficiently handled by Gustavo, who is both quick and communicative. I highly recommend Harbourside SoNo for a delightful and hassle-free living experience. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will admit that Sam welcomed me with a friendly smile and offered me a drink, which made me feel welcome. Sam gave me a tour and explained what Harbourside SONO provides, which I enjoyed hearing. Before going, I called, and even though they did not have any apartment available to rent, he did offer me an apartment to see and have an idea of it. That right there made me, as a “customer,” feel valued, and from the moment I walked in, the entire building was spotless and organized. Thank you again, Sam, Nicolas Luna.

I am hopeful to be a resident at Harbourside in the next few months. Sam gave me a thorough tour and was very personable. It felt like a place I would love to live in. Looking forward to seeing if I can get the right apt for my budget.

Harbourside used to be a really nice place to live before BH management took over. Now it’s a prison. We are being treated like children and get in trouble for everything. Parking is a disaster. People don’t clean up after their dogs it’s disgusting. Management hands out fines for nearly everything they can make money on. While the prices continue to rise this place is constantly going down hill.

I had such a great experience meeting with Josephine today to talk about the residences - she was welcoming, hospitable and thorough! I’m really looking forward to next steps and hopefully (fingers crossed!) becoming a resident very soon. Thanks again for your help and showing me this hidden gem.

Josephine and Sam provided EXCEPTIONAL service throughout my mother's moving process. They were professional, responsive and accommodating! Harbourside offers a sense of community and is very inclusive and diverse. The residents are very friendly. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Gustavo also provides exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond! Thank you, Josephine, Sam and Gustavo, for making this process so seamless!!

I have stayed in 4 apartments. (3 in central Florida, and 1 in Connecticut) Harbourside Sono was the most positive experience I have had. When I called to schedule a tour Josephine had explained the pricing/availability (including low-income units). During the tour, she was able to show me a unit and then spoke with a resident who was leaving to get me in when I needed to. The management is exceptional. Josephine and Sam are happy to help with any problem, and Gustavo was an A+ maintenance manager. When I had to break my lease early due to a family-related event, the team went out of their way to list and rent my unit immediately so I didn't owe an extra month of rent. Pros: - Kept clean - Felt safe with the security measures - The units are so new and nice. The layout of my 1BR allowed me to fit so much in a small space - In walking distance to many restaurants, AMC movies and shopping centers - They had mini shopping carts which were very helpful for move-in & getting groceries from your car to the apartment - Packages were organized in a mail room Cons: - I worked late nights so would end up parking at the top of the garage. A lot of the lower spaces are reserved - One elevator seemed to always be down, but the other always worked - I did have to pay a small cleaning fee when I left even though I had cleaned the apartment. (to the best of my ability) Overall a very positive experience. The prices are a bit expensive but you get what you pay for.
