I’m not sure who they send their x-rays out to, however this is the second time i’ve been told i’m “fine” at physician one only to see someone else and be told the opposite. today my foot was broken, last year my lung was collapsed. if you need an x-ray, you’re better off going to ANY ER, even if the wait time is 12 hours. I promise you it’s better to just wait than come here. while the staff was friendly, this isn’t okay.

The tech who took my vitals was awesome and so was the PA who attended to me. The associate who checked me in unfortunately wasn't so great. She seemed agitated when I asked her a simple question so I decided to just let it go. The front desk is the heart of any establishment, care needs to be taken to ensure the people working there make patients or clients feel welcome.

Very pleasant staff. Clean facility. The only complaint I have is the long wait when I had a scheduled appointment. (over an hour) otherwise, I would have rated it five stars.

I walked in with my 14 year old son being carried by his uncle because my son hurt his ankle. The front desk said they were taking anymore patients. Then the doctor heard what was said to me and he said absolutely not. We will see him. So very grateful to that doctor.

My appointment was at 9:45 am and I didn't get to in till 10:30 so that was frustrating but they were pretty quick once I was in and very kind and attentive to my needs. I am feeling a whole lot better and I appreciate the thoroughness and understanding of the providers.

I visited the urgent care facility and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. The staff was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and well-maintained. My medical needs were addressed efficiently, and I left feeling confident in the treatment I received. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in need of immediate medical attention.

Only good experience was meeting the STUDENT PA - she did my whole assessment, evaluated me and then the actual APRN came in and didn’t even introduce himself , came in flying telling me to take Tylenol and Motrin for an upper respiratory infection. No antibiotics no cough medicine for my cough that’s been going on for 10 days already. My throat that is swollen and can barely swallow… nothing It wasn’t till I mentioned the cough medicine that he stated “sure we can send that” hmm how about you do your own assessment as a provider and not just fly in the room and dismiss my symptoms. I could have done that myself. Thanks for nothing

From the lovely young lady at the front desk, to the young woman who initially saw me, Brie, who evaluated me, and the APRN who also evaluated me… everyone was so thorough, kind, professional and the facility was clean and neat. Was in and out within an hour plus and I was quite early for the appointment. Would recommend for non emergencies.
