A quiet setting to reflect on our amazing, thriving, beautiful and most forgiving planet

Normally, I tend to write my reviews with a bit of tongue-in-cheek fun tone. But this is an important monument honoring those lost at sea while engage in a dangerous and not highly paid profession. I admire and respect those who work the seas and put in a lot of hours fishing. If you’ve never seen Perfect Storm- do so immediately. It’s an incredible film that accurately portrays the life of fisherman and the people who love them. Anyway, great little park in cape may. It’s free, easy to get to and a beautiful place to sit and read and look out at the bay.

Cape May has much history and lots of attractions. Night life, day activity for all age ranges. The fisherman memorial does exactly that, its peaceful and brings you back to what once was. Thumbs up. So much information not enough time..
