Excellent customer service! Bob and John were so helpful with the process of choosing our hot tubs. We are very pleased and love both our spas! Delivery was smooth and impressive. Bob was always available for questions. I would recommend Backyard Fun Store to anyone who is in the market.

We were so happy with our experience purchasing and having our hot tub delivered. A large purchase like this when you don’t know a lot about a lot can be stressful but the guys at the BYFS made it stress free and easy. I was told to make sure, when you buy a hot tub, to REALLY research the dealer, how they sell and if/how they stand by their product. All previous reviews of them really checked out. Pressure free and informative shopping in-store, and excellent, friendly communication up to and during delivery. Love that they include delivery with their really amazing crane thing plus of course a cover, cover lifter, stairs and starter chemicals. They were happy to help educate this hot tub newbie too on do’s and don’t’s Now I have not even set up my hot tub yet, but the owner told me that should we have ANY problems, their site is set up with a chat function that connects to his and his wife’s cell phones and they are happy to help through the weekend even though they’re closed Sunday. That’s service! Thanks guys for making our hot tub dreams come true!

Great place to buy a hot tub. No pushy salesmen, they asked a fair number of questions themselves pointed us to the best fit for our needs (and it was not the highest price on the floor!). Delivery was great - our location was tricky but they maneuvered it into place! Would buy from them again!

If you are in the market for a quality hot tub I would highly recommend using The Backyard Fun Store LLC. Bob took the time to educate my wife and I and helped us pick just the right hot tub! His staff was super helpful as well! The day of the install was a breeze and Bob made himself available when the power was installed and even took a few calls past 7:00PM to make sure everything was perfect! We had a great experience at the backyard fun store. We were greated right away by John. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing, was that they had so little inventory on the floor. We will definitely be calling John in the near future!

We purchased our hot tub spa back in May 2023. It is now August 24th 2023 and we’re STILL waiting for our broken headrest to be fixed/taken care of. We called them to let them know our problem that same week of delivery. We feel like our issue is being dismissed! We call and we’re told to come get another headset and see if it fits. We’ve tried that a few times now driving from NJ to DE just to get home and it’s not working. We just want someone to come out and see/fix our issue especially since it’s under warranty and this issue has been the case since day one!. Yes we do get to enjoy the other seats in the tub but we want to not have to sit in all but one seat!. The principle of integrity is to stand behind your product. This problem should have BEEN addressed and done with! I held off a while now from writing this review. But I believe this needs to be known and considered for future purchasers and maybe it will help The Backyard Funstore’s customer service team. Yup I Am Disappointed in them!
