Macy's, with its abundant choices, turned my visit into a memorable and enjoyable shopping adventure.

Shoe shopping for my daughter's homecoming was soooo easy. Within the first few minutes found the perfect shoe, and it was exactly the same situation for last years homecoming. They carry a great variety. The price point is a little high, but for a special occasion it's worth it. This year we were lucky to get a shoe on sale.

Just went an hour ago because I saw jewelry on sale. A worker was helping someone already so I waited behind them until they were done. Then I said “excuse me sorry, is this on sale like how these are on sale?” She then said “yeah they are on sale but I don’t think they’re gonna be $20.” (I checked online and it was in fact $20) I said okay thank you. As I’m turning to walk, she then says “yeah I’m helping a customer” I found that very rude because no you’re not. I waited for you to be done and then I asked you. And also, are you insinuating I wouldn’t afford it if it wasn’t $20? I didn’t get her name but she’s an older white lady with glasses and grey hair so watch out.

I bought a dress for a wedding, it fell apart. The stitching on the leg slit came undone and the fabric just started tearing, probably 3/4”. This was 3 days after purchase. I have a picture from the dressing room where you can see the issue prior to purchase; I just wasn’t looking for any loose stitching because why would there be any issue with a new dress? I asked if I could exchange it and the woman kind of gave me attitude and said “we don’t know if you ripped it?” Ok, first of all, why would I spend $100 on a dress to rip it, I’m not THAT mentally ill, and secondly, if you can’t stand by construction of a garment within 72 hours of purchase, I’m never buying anything from this store again. Catch me at Nordstrom, they’d never do this to me.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Do you expect every customer to have to come in to the store to be attended.. because over the phone we have stayed on hold for 5-10-40 minutes waiting for someone to speak to. Might as well take the phone number down. You have lost a future customer.

Just like any other Macy's out there, good things to see, good for shopping, but this store at this location is always pretty empty, so you would have a lot of room to walk around and see everything.

I genuinely hate this store. There is no staff around to help you, the store is disorganized and both over and understocked at the same time. When I did speak to someone for help it felt like I was annoying them. Don't go here unless you want an overpriced jacket that's already out of season.
