A new Chipotle in Deer Park has some heavy competition including from another older Chipotle in the nearby Tanger outlets. Food: 3.5 / 5 - The food is pretty good but the meat portions are not as much as Guac Time. It's on par with Limon. I had the steak burrito bowl and some of the steak was chewy and I had to discard it. Service: 4 / 5 - No issues. Nothing impressive. The wait wasn't long at about 3PM on a Sunday. Mobile ordering worked really well. My order was on the bookshelf when I got there. Cleanliness: 4 / 5 - The place is brand new as of this writing so it should be very clean. The bathroom was not dirty but messy. Nobody is keeping up with it during the day. Atmosphere: 4/5 - The atmosphere is pretty nice. There's a table seating section in the back. Lots of natural light. The air conditioning was working good. Value 3/5: LImon is cheaper. Guac Time is more money but they give you more meat. Parking: 4/5 - They did a nice job with the lot but it's got a tiny footprint. There seems to be a pickup lane -- which is not a drive-thru but rather you just pull in and grab your stuff if you mobile ordered. Overall: 4 / 5 - It's a new place so it's probably at it's peak now. Let's see if they can keep it run right. So far so good.

Place is a joke. Constantly messing up orders. Leaving things out. I mean come on already. Who's in charge of this place. Ever since this place came to Deer Park they have managed to mess up every single time I ordered. It's a shame because I like chipotle. Unfortunately when you hire a bunch of children. As your workers who don't want to be there and can't seem to get the order correct ever. You destroy a brand name you work so hard to achieve. The one at Tanger is the best. Might as well close this one down. Because after they messed up my order the 10 time I will not be returning. I'll stick with the first one of Deer Park. Because I've never had a problem once. Maybe it now makes sense why they have such a low rating.... very disappointed ☹️

This Chipotle is absolutely horrible Don't go here go to the one in Tanger. Staff is terrible every time you ask them for something they huff and puff workstation was disgusting, foods were mixed in with one another would rate it half a star if I could

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Absolutely worst chipotle in New York. Food is undercooked, rice was grainy and over lemoned. Employees are extremely inexperienced. Save yourself before you get food poisoning

It's a good new Chipotle. The food was fresh. In terms of Chipotle's food quality I believe the meats can be fatty sometimes. Everything could be a tad bit hot before even adding sauces. They could use some new salsa's. For atmosphere they need to have better tables. The high tops are too much. The Coca-Cola is always great at Chipotle.

Have been to many chipotles and know what to expect. This one i’ve tried a few times in hopes they were working out some growing pains. this chipotle is still the skimpiest with the meat, the rice tastes off, the portions of everything is significantly smaller. it just isn’t what i expect compared to others. the location is so convenient but i’ll still go out of my way to the other ones as to not waste my $ here anymore for disappointment.

Not a fan of this location. Was expecting more since it's a new location. My gauc literally was super oxidized. I mean brown and clumpy. I even asked for a different one and they literally brought me the same thing. I got a quesadilla and the edges were burnt and dry.

The music is too loud, the chicken is dry, the brown rice is undercooked. The staff is friendly. The worst is they don't have guest wifi or cellular service. I have my work laptop I can't get on. I won't be back.
