After a disastrous episode with a competitor (with a similar name). I called Mr. Jay!! I’ve purchased many appliances from them over the years but their website didn’t show the A/C I needed. I was told they DID have items so I rushed over & dealt with Bill. He was very positive & professional, putting us at ease. I’ve had so many bad delivery experiences in the last couple of years but Mr. Jay did the right thing!! We are now happy… & COOL!!

Mr. Jay is an exceptional appliances store. I purchased two air conditioners with installation and all was done beautifully. Kim the sales person is especially kind, helpful and super professional. Highly recommended!

We brought Thermador fridge, stove, dishwasher, hood and a sharp build in microwave from Kim. We have moved into our new house for two months, Thermador fridge was repaired 5-6 times, compressor/computer needed to be change, thanks god it is still under warranty! Now we have been dealing with broken Microwave for over a month, have been speaking to Sue and Kim and haven't get any results. I asked to speak to service manager on 09/28, no one ever returned my call or email. I was told by Kim not to text her because it has nothing to do with her. I guess services is not part of Mr. Jay Appliance's focus, it's the "sales". Once you paid, it got nothing to do with her.

So far we love our new stove and refrigerator. I dealt with Kim at Mr. Jays Appliances/Royal Green and she handled everything. Although we had never experienced needing insurance for a delivery, for the first time in the 25 years we lived here my building management insisted I needed it and wouldn't let Mr. Jays go ahead with their delivery. So Kim handled everything and we got the paperwork done and they came back the next day and delivered the refrigerator at first and then a short time later the installer came with the stove. They used Louie from Eagle Installer and he was very pleasant and efficient and we really appreciated how he handled everything. All the guys were great. And they really come when they say they will so there is little waiting. I can't wait to get things in order and cook and fill the fridge. Thanks, Mr. Jay Appliances.

Excellent service, great prices. Walked in looking for a specific model and all the units they had in stock were spoken for by other clients. They knew they had another shipment coming in and deliveries way past that date so I was able to get a new fridge less than 24 hours later. That was great because our existing fridge was broken. Saved us big time. We have family that have used Mr Jay for decades and now we have added ourselves to the list to buy all of our appliances from them. Special shoutout to Susan who went out of her way to help us out of a major jam. Thank You!!!!!

I was lied to about the coverage on my contract. The young man recommended leveling my refrigerator I asked him to go on and do so he refused to do so because of my floor I even said I’m giving you permission to do that now and he still did not so basically there was nothing accomplished that I really wanted except for the alignment of my refrigerator door it was nothing else that was done and I do not care for the company or its representatives to return to my home .He gave me his card to call him directly, which not have benefit me at all. If the Techs are not going to do the work they should not be given the contracts. People are paying for a service they are not getting. How many more people have missed out on the service they should have gotten?

Mr Jay is excellent and Barbara is a the bast sales person I have ever worked with. She is honest NOT pushy and truly had our best interest as a priority. She goes above and beyond and got a refrigerator that pc richards said was not possible . The price was hundreds of dollars less. The delivery was on time and perfect well organized and professional. I am so thankful I went back to the best tried and true appliance store on Long Island. MR. Jays is the best and I highly recommend you pay a visit to Barbara Weiss if you need any appliance!

I am disappointed with the service at Mr. Jay's. Although the staff is more professional than the sales people at PC Richards, the follow up is very poor. They had a contractor do construction and electrical work that wasn't completed. The contractor and Mr. Jay's do not reply to repeated phone calls. You cannot even send an email through their website, it doesn't offer a "Contact Us" option. Regrettably, Joe
