I went to 6 other bridal dress stores before finally saying “Yes” at Lotus bridal! I booked my appointment with Lexi after having several brides recommend her- and they were so right! I honestly wasn’t expecting to find my dress since I had been to 6 other stores with no luck. But Lexi was SO kind, attentive, and she really understood my vision. She honestly felt like another friend helping me try on dresses! She let me walk around the store with her to see all the dresses as she pointed me in the right direction in terms of style, cut, etc. The 3rd dress I tried on was the one! She had her manager come over and help me with some customizations requests that I had and they made the process so smooth and fun. AND!!! when I mentioned to her my vision for a veil, the first one she pulled and put on me fit my idea perfectly! She even took time to show me the veil that goes with my dress online, but the one she pulled for me was even better. I said Yes to the dress (& veil) at Lotus yesterday thanks to Lexi! Can’t recommend the store & her enough! Also- every girl who was there the same time as me said Yes to a dress! It was such a fantastic experience!

Tara was the BEST! Loved everything about shopping for my dress here. From the staff to the selection and quality of dresses, I'm so so happy I found Lotus. Super accommodating, Tara practically read my mind for what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Almost disappointed that I can't go try on more dresses there since I said YES!! Guess I'll just have to wait till it comes in!

I said yes to my dream wedding dress at Lotus Bridal! 😁 After not finding a dress at other bridal salons, I came to Lotus optimistically after reading the rave reviews from other brides. I have been passing by Lotus Bridal everyday on my way home from work and always thought it looked like a beautiful store -- I was so excited to finally have the opportunity to go look for myself. My appointment was with Lexi who made the experience so truly wonderful and memorable! Lexi was so kind, patient, and above all, she made me feel so comfortable. I came in with inspiration photos and she took the time to go through each one with me, allowing me to explain what I was looking for. Lexi totally understood the look I wanted and pulled dresses that embodied the style I was going for. She was so easy to talk to and I really enjoyed getting to know her during my appointment as well! When I found my Maggie Sottero dream dress, Lexi placed a beautiful veil on my head and showed me what the full look would look like. My parents and I were overcome with emotion and I knew this was the dress for me! Lexi also made incredible suggestions about small ways to customize my dress exactly to my liking. I am so thankful I had the opportunity to work with Lexi and benefit from all of her expertise. I had a wonderful experience at Lotus Bridal in Mineola. All my recently married friends have gone to Lotus and highly recommended them. This was the first wedding dress appointment I made and I’m glad to say the last! I said yes to the dress! Brooke was the best. I had selected a couple of dresses and styles I was looking into, and Brooke knew immediately what other styles to grab that would fit my vision. We also had fun and tried on some ballgown/princess dresses to have fun and appease my mom. I was at first a little skeptical whether I would find my dress at my first appointment at my first salon, but I did! There are so many dresses and styles to choose from. I really felt like I had that one-on-one wedding dress shopping experience. I was not rushed, and I stayed pretty much within budget. I couldn’t be happier!

I went shopping for wedding gowns yesterday for the first time and had an amazing experience at Lotus Bridal! I went in having an idea of what i wanted so that was very helpful- but my bridal consultant Tara was so amazing! I fell in love with the first one i tried on, and Tara put me in multiple dresses that were also my vibe to make absolute sure the one i loved was the one. She was so patient and sweet and my entire experience was so special!

So far I have had a great experience with Lotus Bridal! Aenlly was my consultant and she was so helpful and had the patience of a saint. She was the perfect blend of helpful when you needed it and hands off when you wanted to do your own thing. I picked dresses off of their look book online and came in twice to try on. The second time I found my dress and I am extremely happy with it. They have all sorts of price ranges and are respectful of your preferences. They have a huge selection! Thank you Lotus bridal for an excellent experience. I will update this review after my dress has come in and I use them for alterations as well.

Words cannot express how lovely the experience of finding my dream dress at Lotus Bridal was! I came in not expecting to find the “one”. I tried on 20+ dresses before this, and came in expecting to leave empty handed. Boy was I wrong! Kiki was an absolute gem! She listened to what styles I didn’t like and which ones I did, and pulled out the most gorgeous gowns. When I found a dress I really liked, she brought out a bouquet and veil, and it helped me envision my wedding day. She also helped me customize different elements of my dress that truly made it become perfect. The dress I loved had thinner straps, which I wasn’t a fan of , but she showed me how it could have thicker ones added! She helped me customize my dream dress and I am so grateful. Brides, you will not be disappointed when you visit Lotus Bridal! It is such a welcoming atmosphere and has the warmest people! I cannot thank Kiki enough! I had a great experience at Lotus! Nikolette helped me and was so patient and professional! She went above and beyond to find me my dream dress. I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted going in but she was able to hone in on what styles I liked and narrow it down until we found the perfect dress! I absolutely would recommend her to anyone searching for a wedding dress!
