They are carrying great products and still recognizing medical patients and discounts. There are All these Full rec dispenserys popping up. We'll They didn't want to see my medical card?Then I had to push to get a 10% discount, They say we are a Full rec dispenser and really don't recognize medical patients?But they give first responders 20%off?They would not have a Full rec dispenserys if it wasn't for us medical patients fight. Good promotions! Friendly and helpful staff... Products in New Jersey could be held to a Higher Standard, just saying... I have been very happy with this place though, for sure! Gr8 sevice and promotions! Usually in and out in 10-20 minutes.

I’m bias because this is in my neighborhood so, I love the convenience of being able to make a run 5 minutes from home. Besides the parking lot looking like trash, the inside is clean and they are quick. The bathrooms are clean as well.

The sad thing is I didn’t take his name. I went to purchase a particular product. He recommended a different one and explained why. Sounded like he knew something so I went with his recommendation. He was spot on! Not only did I make a good purchase but learned something as well. I will be back and hopefully I will see him again. Super experience. You can say “that is the weed talking” and be correct!

Ordered online to pick up in store: Pros: Website is set up nice, design is clean and it’s very organized and easy to shop. Has tons of filter options so you can really just get to the options of what you want/are looking for (if you know what you like), but has plenty of options if you just like to shop around. Employees are really nice and helpful although only asked a few question. The pick up process was easy and quick. Cons: Would really like if they had pictures of the flower and actual products not just the packaging but I usually know what I want so I’m not too upset about it. I couldn’t pay ahead online kinda took away from the convenience of ordering ahead (maybe bc I checked out as a guest not really sure). They never updated the system to say my order was ready so I showed up an hour and a half later to go get it and it indeed was ready but I never got the notification, online it said 20min until it was ready so I grabbed food and was like the heck. Then after I checked out and leave the store do I get the notification that it was ready. That actually upset me because it probably was ready the whole time and I was just waiting.

Bad. I placed an order at 9:30 in the morning and received immediate confirmation of receipt, which said I would receive another notice when it was ready. I called six hours later and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I called two hours after that and I was told "sorry -- we're busy." They never got to it by closing time and they routinely wipe out all orders at the end of the day!!! Management says they appreciate online orders, but I would have been better off just going and standing in line. When I called the following day I was told that they sometimes have a "glitch." Really? Adding insult to injury, they had sold out of the product I wanted. These clowns need to put down the product and focus on the business.

Cj. R was good she just went to get my purchase and sign me up for the points program. The older lady that was scanning your license was also helping people on the Kiosk. But they need more help on the floor. This was our first time here and the older lady couldn't help as much. Because she was scanning people in and it was getting crowded and no one else was on the floor to help. I would've brought more but I wasn't for sure what I wanted. And the other people that was with me didn't buy anything because they wanted to know how the system work and more information. I'll look on line to see thing a little better.
