I recently took a private class with Jenine to learn about building out a thoughtful business plan. I was impressed by how thorough Jenine was in explaining all of the steps needed to make sure that my plan was complete and realistic. I would have spent months figuring this out on my own—and likely would have missed some important details. But thanks to Jenine's class, everything was organized in an easily digestible way. I also took a group manufacturing class at NYJDI that gave me an insider's look at what it takes to get started in the jewelry world. I have been in the jewelry for many years and I always wanted to take a drawing class. The dream came to reality when I took the rendering class at New York Jewelry Design Institute. The class did not only gave me the insights to jewelry technical drawing, but also the next steps to continue pursuing my dreams in the Jewelry world. In addition to taking the class Jenine goes the extra mile to advice and walk close with you on your next steps of your journey. I love the fact that the school stays focused on teaching the essential classes of jewelry design, and keeps close relationships with students and alumni. There is a great sense of community present in the school. I highly recommend the New York Jewelry Design Institute.

Thankful for Jenine’s knowledge and helpfulness. I took the 3design software course. I had no experience in 3D designing, and she made the classes very easy to understand. She’s a wonderful person to work with and to have as a teacher. I highly recommend taking her courses!

I took CAD design classes with Jenine, and I couldn't have asked for a better teacher. Jenine has a well organized plan for each class and her teaching approach emphasizes on developing the ability to think in 3D. As a student who constantly interrupted with questions and changed subjects, I was amazed by Jenine's ability to handle it all. She answered my questions with expertise and guided me back on track whenever needed, showcasing her experience and creativity. I was truly impressed by her knowledge and patience. Additionally, since I took the class during a visit to the city, I required flexibility in my schedule, and Jenine was more than accommodating and generous with her time. It was evident that she genuinely cared about her students and their success. On top of Janine’s jewelry oriented expertise, her business- go getter approach was inspiring to me. I enjoyed every moment spent with Jenine, and I highly recommend NYJDI to anyone interested in jewelry design.

How could I put into words how magnificent this experience was?! Jenine is one of the most talented, enthusiastic and warm teachers that I have ever had. Her ability to adapt and mold her classes to match her students needs is impeccable. Jenine was able to offer a custom version of her Rapid Rendering course to meet my agenda. Not only did I feel supported, encouraged and consistently engaged but I walked in not knowing how to draw a circle and left feeling like an artist. If I could give NYJDI more than five stars I would.

Jenine is an excellent teacher and mentor, I took the understanding CAD class and I really enjoyed it. I learnt so many new skills that are so useful in understanding design. I would recommend to anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge of design.
