We have been using this UPS store since it opened and have always found the employees to be super helpful and nice! The store has held packages for us when we were out of town and they have helped me ship tons of presents to my family in California. I rarely leave a review but these guys are really out of the ordinary with great customer service...a rarity these days.

I purchased a group of 7 antique Paris porcelain plates at an online auction which were shipped from this store. I asked if they could double box and do a good job packing. Unfortunately, the store did a poor job packing the plates and one was cracked in half when it arrived in Delaware. The plates were packed horizontally stacked together rather than being on their sides. The two boxes were of the same height and the plate broke from being compressed. Also they didn't use any peanuts between the two boxes. I'm lucky only one plate broke. I suggest if you have antiques to ship do the packing yourself or find another store.

Jenny is the absolute best! She always makes sure my packages are sealed and I have all my right stuff. The team here makes life easier, I can just roll in and Juan will help me print and get any paperwork I need. Diana’s team is my favorite ❤️

We have been a customer of this UPS store since it opened. We have never had any problems. The staff are professional and (very) patient. They go that extra mile to make sure that one's needs are met. Great communication such as receiving a text message whenever a package arrives for us at their store,. We have used many of their services - packaging, shipping, copying and even shredding a large amount of documents. I know how difficult it can be in dealing with the type of customers who are demanding and complaining. I have seen first hand that the staff will patiently service those customers. 5 Stars service.

The UPS Store in East Hampton has helped tremendously. I can always count from Notary Services to shipping and even my blueprints. Staff is always friendly and willing to help even with a rush print job. I will continue to visit this store.
