Horrible experience. This was my favorite place to go before COVID-19 so I was so excited to go back. The music is always good and the atmosphere is great I just am so upset with the service we received. We had a party of 7, at the entrance we were asked do we want bottle service OR spend minimum $50 a person. We told them we wanted the $50 per person(honestly we would have spent more then that per person because food and drinks cmon!) At the table the girl asked me again what we wanted to do, AGAIN I told her we wanted to do the per person because we wanted to get our individual drink of choice and food. She told me we have to do two bottles minimum to get the $400, when I looked around the room I didn’t see anyone else with bottle service. Again she told me to do the bottle service and again I told her we did not want to. After about 15 min of back in forth I realized just to get bottle just to because I was so thirsty and wanted a drink. I just don’t think it is right to push bottle service when multiple times I told her I did not want to. I wasn’t even drunk because I had nothing before the club. She made it seem like I HAD NO CHOICE. Ruined our night we will not be returning

This place made me feel super uncomfortable and really embarrassed because of my religion. It’s 2022 and for me to be leaving a review like this is sad, bouncers super rude and would not allow me to enter the club due to my religious head covering. I had 3 bouncers laugh at me and the manger practically about to get physical and throw me out, I’m being honest if I wasn’t allowed in yesterday they probably would’ve seen a law suit from, on top we booked a table and have a $1000 deposit. Even after entering all I got was dirty looks this is totally unacceptable and I will not drop this matter here because today me tomorrow someone else.

if i could give -⭐️ i would. was trying to celebrate birthday on a friday night, it was my first time here since i heard so much good things about the place i wanted to try it but i waited in line for 40 minutes. guys were allowed to go in fast only the girls were outside freezing. they asked for ticket and we said we were just going to the bar and we didn’t need tickets for that. when we got to the front they asked for tickets and didn’t let us in. there was a ton of people waiting yet inside it was empty. i saw a guy/server slide tickets to a random guy through the corn maze when there’s tons of people waiting. if i need to have connections inside to get in then theres not much luck. if u want to celebrate ur birthday or just enjoy yourself i recommend anywhere else but here.

Nice place! Nice atmosphere! Nice upgrade from where they started! Music was good! Big screen tvs and 3 levels of entertainment. They drinks were very disappointing. I paid NYC price for Tito’s liquor and Red Bull. The only top shelf liquor I noticed was henessey and Jack Daniels. I would pre-game before coming again. Prices are too high as well.

First atmosphere is great for a night out. Especially with a big group of people. Business tactics are terrible at best. Purchased a hookah at the beginning of the night, and after 5 mins, when I stepped away, someone came up to my wife saying he was going to switch the hookah. She said it was fine as is, but he changed it anyway and charged me twice. 3 mins later, someone asked to switch the hookah again. This was between 10:15-10:27. Wanted to charge me $90 for what was supposed to be $30 hookah. We also got kicked off of a table because "the reservation was here". Me and my wife were at the club for another hour because we mainly came to dance. No reservation ever came.

club makes money but only have 2 bartenders for hundreds of people take 30 minutes get a drink. and drinks are water , save ur money

Before I used to had fun at Barcode. But now everything it’s a mess. Yesterday we went for the Halloween event and it was the worst event of my life. They let people with online tickets go inside first, we were there for more than one hour & people just came with their online tickets & in one minute barcode staff let them in. This is ridiculous! We were there for so long that when we were able to enter they charge us $50. The worst part of this is that they opened only the front space of Barcode, can you imagine ? Almost 3,000 people in that small space.. literally this was a mess. Also, they make you sign a form that says release of liability which if something happen to you you won’t be able to sue them.. I realized why after.. the hookahs and the bottles were on top of my hair & staff were pushing everyone to pass with hookahs or bottles. Next time you gotta say that this event will have a limited amount of people. The only reason I went there is because barcode is supposed to be big.

Had such an amazing experience at barcode this past weekend!!! I celebrated my college graduation here, was able to easily book a big section the day of. All the staff was super friendly and attentive. Idalia was our main waitress and she was absolutely great, very attentive, helpful, quick, and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to book a section here. Dj always on point too! Love it. So much fun. Will be back soon.

It’s super expensive and the place was super dead and super packed it’s weird. We got there before 11pm and left at 12:30 to try and give it a chance. The hookah also really sucked. I paid $30 for a refill and you could barley taste flavor. I asked the hookah guy if he could give us a new one and he took a few hits and said it’s better now when it wasn’t. Oh and be ready to wait almost an hour for you’re drinks.

Haven’t been here since before corona and it really has changed a lot! The atmosphere is excellent but service is horrendous. Minimum of 50$ per person at a table plus a $20 cover for guys. Chose to just hang around at first as I remembered it being a club type is place and when we got inside their was 1 single bar with 2 bartenders, a lot of tables and a pool instead of a dance floor. It wasn’t very crowded so decided to buy drinks, 25 minutes later and a 93$ (4 Coronas + 3 mix drinks) non itemized bill later we decided on a table , we were sat all the way in the corner next to security and waited 40 minutes before deciding to leave as nobody even approached us, didn’t even see anybody else getting help either just got asked if I wanted a hookah like 5 times. Overpriced and bad service would definitely not recommend.

They renovated the place and completely got rid of the dance floor. Mostly taken up by chairs for hookah and a giant pool and stage (dumb idea). Three shots costed $40 dollars the prices are ridiculous and it costs another $40 just to get in OR more depending on the security guards at the front. Waste of time don’t even bother going. Mostly older people there now. Rude staff

I enjoyed this place very much. I went for Angie Martinez BBQ. It was very hot that day but I got a spot right near the fan and it was perfect. The food is great. I had a simple Cheeseburger but it was delicious. I loved the atmosphere. I will definitely be going back again

Venue and atmosphere is great but the SERVICE is horrible!! Didn’t have a waitress take our order until 40 minutes later. After we placed our order we didn’t receive it for another 40 minutes. Waitress didn’t write order down which resulted in receiving the wrong order. Wings were warm (runners were running back in forth trying to figure out table orders). We never received our CORRECT drinks. I asked waitress what drink it was and she did not know stated “it’s the cocktail you ordered”. They charged my card $70 dollars even though I received the wrong order and other stuff was added to my bill. Did not receive an itemized receipt. The waitress was not professional at all under pressure. The HOOKAH staff was amazing! The waitresses should take notes from them.

Andrea is the best waiter I have never met someone so nice. So kind best customer service I’ve seen in years. If you ever come to this club ask for her. Her personality is so catching she dances and never stops smiling. She is the definition of great customer service.

The bartender did not want to give me water and once he gave me the water he demanded a tip for tap water, after I already spent hundreds of dollars on drinks. Terrible customer service, will not come back.

Andrea s such a great waitress! Her energy is amazing! She made sure we have a good time! Our table was clean she kept coming back to make sure we didn’t need anything the device was amazing. I recommend her to be your waitress!

Paid $1600 for a section and bottles. Section is for 12 people max. They had another random group of 12 people join the section that was already crowded. We expressed how we felt about the situation to have them kick us out and push one of my friends to the ground. Terrible service. Would not recommend paying for a table at this facility. Our unfinished bottles were left behind for the other random group to enjoy. Do not go to barcode.

I love that they have an indoor pool but the staff was not very attentive. Even after we ordered bottles all they seem to care about was selling us more bottles and advising us that if we did not buy another bottle we will be losing our table. The DJs they hire are top of the line and a lot of hot women here.

Everybody knows BarCode for the over the top production value. The venue is large and very nice, the A/V and lighting system is top of the line and frequently upgraded. The food/drinks/hookah are solid. But the one thing that blows me away is the incredible hospitality. The staff, everybody from valet to security to bartenders and servers, treat every customer with respect and professionalism. I think this is the reason why the vibes are always so good here.

I came here for a night out with one of my girls and we had a great time… until we didn’t. There was another man who kept trying to talk to me and I told him I have a boyfriend and to leave me alone. He didn’t handle that well and started going off on me yelling and saying to have my man come to fight him. We told the bouncers to have the man leave because the club was closing and we were scared to go outside alone or to still have him hanging around when we left to our car. The bouncer did absolutely nothing about it and let the man continue to yell at me and my friend. As a woman, it sucks to not have that protection in these types of environments. Do not come here because the bouncers simply don’t care enough to do their job in keeping us women safe. We most definitely will not be back.

The experience was great, the grand opening was spectacular and they really did a great job with the ambiance! Bottle service was top notch and our server Andreina was top tier! I’d recommend a visit if you’re looking for a night out filled with good music and great vibes!

Friend went to barcode, very clearly male and bouncer acknowledges it, but because ID has him listed as female (biologically) he was checked by a woman. This is very transphobic and not a welcoming environment at all.

Absolutely horrible experience with their management. The Egyptian manager was screaming into one of our faces over an issue that they did not want to resolve and arguing for over ten minutes. You would think they care about their customers that are paying bottle service but clearly only care about the money instead. They did not want to reverse a transaction because there was a mistake we made on it. They tell you they can’t reverse it but they actually can just in case this happens to someone else. Will not be coming back and telling others not to as well.

I went here for Halloween 10/29 I waited almost 5 hours outside in the cold even when I purchased tickets ahead of time. Now I had to take off from work because I am still sick. Avoid this place ! I am telling you it is terrible!

The service is HORRIBLE, we were seated immediately and not serviced until 40 minutes later. Our waitress charged us for things we didn’t get and gave us a non itemized $68 bill. The only good things about this place was the hookah crew and DJ.

Definitely worth going to! Especially on days that they are having events. Melanie should definitely be your go-to bottle girl to attend you! She definitely gave me and my group the attention every bottle girl should give to their clients. She always made sure we had everything we needed, and her vibe was a good one to be around with. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve given this place lesser stars.

My friends and I got bottle service last night and the prices were reasonable, music was good and such a great atmosphere. Juan Pablo was our server and he was very attentive, friendly and overall a great server. Highly recommend.

my first time in barcode on friday for the mora concert, my friends and i had a great time excellent service our waiter was a dominican man i think his name is david he never let our glasses be empty he was always very attentive to We laughed a lot with him. we will definitely come back.

David was 10/10. He was very attentive, I didn’t have to refill my own cup at all last night. Best service hands down goes to David!

This place is the worst, the music isn’t great there isn’t even a dance floor and they put water and ice in your shots so they taste super gross. The drinks are expensive, a waste of money. Never coming back

So I attended an event at BarCode that was partnered with Power 105.1. The venue was HOTTTTT, their was only 1 waitress for 12 tables. I never received my food I ordered 2 drinks and only received 1. All in all I would never attended another ticketed event again these organizations. People that I came with didn't received there for until an hour later. Their was only 2 bartender at 1 bar.

Pamela serviced me for my 27th birthday!!! She accommodated us to a spacious area in the VIP section!!!!!

Love the atmosphere at barcode. Me and my friends had a great time. The service was excellent. Our host Valentina was such a delight to us! She was able to get us a section by the pool and helped us out. She was attentive, quick with the bottle service and kept checking up on us to make sure we were okay.
