Taste good, can't find a better fast food burger.

Stopped off at this place after leaving Home Depot and ordered a burger n fries n a shake... place was clean. The bathroom was clean n the burger was tasty with all the fixings were fresh. Fries I was told change everyday from different local potato farms. Service was on point...

One of the worst five guys I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if the people working tonight are pissed or this is how it is regularly but my partner and I came here to celebrate national burger day and had the worst burgers and milkshake. They barely put any of the sauces I requested. My burger was dry as all hell. My partner ordered a strawberry and Oreo milkshake and they used a regular drink cup not the standard milkshake cup and didn’t even fill it up. It also tasted like hot garbage. So disappointed. Will not be returning to this location.

I don't get the list. All the way gets you everything on the list and a few things from the other list. What exactly is extra after you order it all the way?

Great place for a great burger!! A bit on the pricy side for burgers, but well well worth it!! Fries portions are enormous, free refill, free toppings and a killer shake!!

I usually never have an issue at this establishment, but tonight when I got home with my order, there was a huge piece of hard plastic inside my burger. I bit into my burger and the plastic jammed into my front tooth and now I have to go see a emergency dentist. This is so dangerous had a child consumed this burger with the plastic inside. Now I’ve wasted $40 and money to go see a dentist due to the negligence of this establishment.

Ordered Cajun Seasoned fries 🍟 took a while I respect that offered Peanuts 🥜 on side by the wait area as you wait for your order , fries were fresh warm delicious 😋 Thank you for feeding me , I eventually look to come back for my fries craving , the do offer burgers , milkshakes , fountain drinks , Ample parking by neighboring parking lot of Home Depot

Worst fast food chain I have ever been to, the cheese burger, vegetable burger and employees are terrible. The local deli can make a better cheeseburger then that. I can’t believe people pay 11$ for a burger that has no taste. That burger isn’t even worth 3 dollars. I am never going back again.

Good lunch spot…. Fries were not crispy. Everything else including service was wonderful. Pleasant staff.

My first time trying 5 guys from here and 1st time I ever had five guys and omg it was disgusting to look at. They could of at least gave me alittle bit more salad just to make it look good. Worse part is the cheese is just “I can’t explain” I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with my order. Never again I’m sorry

Woman cashier swindler. I recently arrived in New York, so I don’t speak English well, the cashier of today decided to take advantage of this. She showed on the cash register that it was $ 23.25 from me, I gave her $ 24 and went to wait for the order, then I saw that the check cost the order by $ 10 less. I did not return to explain something because I gave it in cash. Although maybe it would be a good English practice for me 😊

Smh! 5 guys is my favorite place. But shame on this place. I spend 45$ for 3 burgers 🍔 they where burned. Taste nasty. Gay manager came and tried to change it for me. But the second one was naster. . They forget to put the myo ketchup, and everything on it.

Not a burger fan but they really amazed me. 😍 I ordered hotdogs and the pan-fried taste bought up well! Not to mention the homemade french fries and the free peanut. 😋

The service is welcoming. The atmosphere is mostly orderly, but at times, it requires sweeping due to napkins and grease/slippery floors. The food is always delicious. I visit this location twice weekly and am happy once I leave.

Really good, honest (and not micro-sized as in the competition ...), freely baked on request, with a whole range of additives FOR FREE (!!!), also giving a chance to those who do not want so many calories or simply cannot eat bread - you can order a hamburger with all the toppings but… wrapped in lettuce leaves !!! Of course, I will not even mention the delicious peanuts waiting for self service customers in big bags - no one limits - you take as much as you eat…! In addition, it is clean, tidy and relatively quickly!

Great burgers and service!! Lots of French Fries with any size order and the people that work there are great!! Only downside is it's all over priced!! So be prepared to spend a little more than you probably anticipated.

The cashier was very unwelcoming, and she looked angry. Also, the burgers were very grassy, and the strawberry milkshake was disgusting. Not going back to this location ever. Bad food and really bad service, I feel bad because I used to like a lot this location.

Five Guys will Not make my burger 🍔 any other way but Well Done. I usually have my burgers rare or medium rare. This is totally unacceptable for me. The French fries 🍟 were delicious & in a great quantity. That's it & we'll never be back to Five Guys again unless they make my burger my way!!

For fast food it was the most delicious burger I've had in a while. Had the little bacon cheeseburger with some fixings. It was perfection. Wonderfully courteous staff who did well to follow sanitary precautions. Crossing my fingers for my next visit and hope the great service that day wasn't a fluke.

I’ve only ordered through delivery but definitely not the best Five Guys. Very cheap on the fries, they barely reach the top let alone an over flow like every other Five Guys. Also, the burgers are always over cooked and tasteless. Most disappointing Five Guys.

Food is good, but when you from this place through Uber eats order takes forever to prepare and wrap up. Two times I order there and my food came after 2 hours, need to work on that.

Every time i order, i order for myself. One burger and fries. I’ve ordered over 6 times and l’m always missing something on my burger. I even tested you guys, putting less than 4 things and you guys still can’t form a burger. This is upsetting.

Great burger like home grilled. French fried were awesome. They even give you peanuts while you wait.

I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles, and onions. I also ordered a sweetened green tea for my drink. When I received my order, there was no lettuce, and they put tomatoes, which i did not order. They also gave me a lemonade instead of green tea. I don't understand how they could have messed up my order if everything was written on the receipt. Disappointed. Should of gone to McD.

I asked for all the way but NO pickles and NO mustard and extra mushrooms, the burger have both! Make extra sure in your order to check if u don't want something in your burger I'm allergic to pickles so I have to throw my burger and just realized when I get work

Not bad food, the place has a lot of seating most of the time. Shake shack is better overall though but five guys is worth trying for the first time. Burgers are okay and fries were solid

Very good. Facility looked clean, quick service, correct order and the person at the register was patient. I'm a fan or burger joints and this spot is one of my favorites. The 🍔's were outstanding and the loaded bag of 🍟 were great. The 🌭 hit the spot too.

The food was good. We bought 3 burgers 🍔 and one hot dog 🌭 with bacon 🥓, 4 fries 🍟 and drinks.. and it was about $120😬 The spicy fries were good, worth trying. And they do give A LOT of fries!! My only complaint is that the food is super greasy. But other than that it was good. But expensive 🤑

Great burgers. The fries for some reason seeed different. Not sure if it's the way they were cut or if they were overcooked. The chairs for the disabled are right under the air vents, so those people were freezing. Overall good though.

Food is good and it’s rarely crowded. Prices have been increasing the past few years but still worth it. There’s plenty of people working but it seems like they have their hands tied with online orders so don’t expect your food to be quick even if the place looks empty

This place is always on point. Food is always good. Only thing is that it could be a little messy in there. Tables need to be cleaned more often and the soda machine too. Otherwise this place is always serving good food. Parking is easy. Always friendly.

I don't usually post reviews. I went with my family to have a nice time and enjoy the food but the cashier who served us had a very bad attitude, no professionalism, very rude. They prepared the food badly just because she didn't like us. I could even say she was racist.
