Unfortunately, this is the second " 911 victims fund " claim that I've had to process with PW. While my family and I were dealing with life altering news, one thing I did not have to divert my attention to, was my claim. I reached out to Parker Waichman about three years ago regarding the Zantac litigation case after my mother had died due to a sudden cancer diagnosis. They were very professional in getting my case in the works, however, after three years of waiting and being told that it would be appealed after the judge's decision, it in fact was not appealed and my case was closed. I feel like after waiting three years to hear anything only to be told that my case was suddenly closed, I was and still am very disappointed that despite fighting for me, the outcome was not the one I desired.
