    The front receptionist Sarah is beyond rude. I called and asked to speak to a manager, who she claimed was unavailable, and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. That is no way to treat a patient. I will no longer give this location my business. People working in health care should have compassion and patience. I will make sure to tell family and friends not to visit this location. You should train your staff better.

    I have been going to this location for years. Not anymore!! I scheduled an appointment, And I have children and daycare was late. I got to my 9am appointment at 9:13am and they refused to see me. Oh and they take walk-ins so I’m not sure how turning me away was appropriate. I was the only person in the store besides the 2 workers. Said there was no manager to speak to and the girl at the front desk was very rude. Front desk girl very rude and low functioning(Sarah). I recommend going to a different location.

    Horrible service and unreliable. Went for my 8 year old son. Everything was ok... the exam, the picking out frames ...all good until it was order time. They say the main office in Texas has a delay. I call customer service and customer service in Texas says its not the Texas office it's the store itself. Been going back and forth. No update. No direct answer. They don't pick up the phone at this location... EVER. When speaking to customer service, they say the reached out to the store. And someone from the store will call back. Nope no one calls. All I wanted was an answer. My son struggles to see the board in school and squints to see it. Makes no sense. Very disappointed with VisionWorks.

    They don’t let customers know that they have a 10 minute window. I was 12 minutes late due to having to bring my newborn and I was told to reschedule. I understand that I was late but they should clarify that somewhere in their description. I paid a ride there for no reason.

    Went to visit today and worker acknowledged insurance coverage and then failed to honor it then denied saying it. Poor customer service. Left without getting glasses and was charged co-payment when there should have been none.

    I ordered two glasses, one pair was incorrect. The women called me to discuss prior to reordering, after conversation in the store. I called twice placed on hold over 20 minutes spoke with the call center. Still have not heard from anyone from the facility. I will not be going back again. Poor customer service. As of today two days later three phone calls, total time on hold close to one hour. Still no call back from the center. Very sad i have to go in person to get this fixed

    I had a great experience at Visionworks. Jan went out of her way to accommodate me and fix my current glasses. She also helped me pick out new frames and explained the pricing to me. I'll be going back for my son's eye exam soon.

    The customer service here is superb. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile, and friendly interaction from Erin. I received assistance from Sue, the Optician who helped me make the best decision for the eyeglasses I chose. She was very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and explained how the frames should complement my face. I am very pleased. I will be back and will tell others about the excellent service and large selections of glasses to choose from.

    If you ever have any concerns about going her to find the perfect glasses for you, I assure you that the staff has your back. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and they take the time to assure that all your demands are met. Sue really blew me away with how unbelievably phenomenal she was. I spent hours looking for glasses I believe would fit me but in an instant she helped me pick out glasses that not only am I madly in love with but also fit my facial features. With 35 years of experience, Sue knows what she is talking about and told me factors that were important in picking out my glasses that I didn’t even think like the lens thickness, thickness of the frames, the shape of the glasses and on how a lighter color on the inside the frames would give a better glow to my skin. I can’t wait to come back to get new glasses because I know I am in good hands!

    Receptionists are not friendly and not accomodating, they do not care about the customers at all, I made an appointment specifically for contact lens eye exam for my daughter, my daughter went there without me but with my son because otherwise they will not accomodate her if she is 10 mins late, I got there 15 mins after her appointment and they did not do the contact lens eye exam, but charged our insurance and $20 from our pocket and told us they will call us back for contact lens eye exam appointment and they never did, people there have attitude, I don't know why?

    Sue was the best! She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and was very sweet and answered all of my questions. When I picked up my sunglasses, I had an issue with my vision in one eye (I have difficult eyes) and Bruce was able to figure out how to fix it by straightening the frames more and it fixed everything. He was super helpful and made sure I was happy before I left. This is the second time I’ve been here in the last two years and the staff has always been amazing. This was such a pleasant experience.

    Absolutely amazing location. I've been going to this location since I was a kid (I'm now 28). The staff is really nice, each time I call if I have a question they have the knowledge and information to provide me with an answer. They're efficient, kind and make sure that I get exactly what I need whether it be contacts or glasses. In the location itself everyone there is always happy and happy to help you. I highly recommend going to this location. Bonus: The manager and assistant manager are both gems.

    I want to express tremendous gratitude to Jan! I have been wearing contact lenses for over 20 years because I have never liked glasses for so many reasons. Thanks to Jan, I have learned to Love glasses. Jan is not only professional but clearly an expert in finding the best eyewear to meet all your needs and calm your concerns. After listening to all the reasons I avoided glasses, she knew exactly what size/shape frame would bring out my best features and minimize the effects of near sighted lenses. Jan took several measurements with the frames on my face which no one has ever done before. Now with my new glasses my eyes don’t look too small, I no longer get headaches, and they do not fall off my face. Jan, because of you, this picky customer sees the world through a different lens with even better frames!

    This place was fantastic! As soon as I walked threw the door they immediately took me in the back for the eye exam. Dr Lee was so sweet and she did a fantastic job explaining the process to me throughout the exam. After the exam when I went to look for frames the women came over to me told me what was covered by insurance and gave me some time to look alone she came to check on me after a few minutes and when I asked her opinion on frames she was eager to help. She definitely went above and beyond to help me choose and picked out many different frames for me to try on that she thought would look best on me and the best part was she was 100% honestly with her opinion and didn’t just say everything looked nice to be polite. She spent so much time with me making sure I was 100% satisfied with the frames I chose. During check out she showed me an itemized receipt and broke down all the charges and made sure I was okay with everything. I’m not sure what the woman’s name is but she was beyond fantastic. I would certainly recommend this place for their great customer service and help.

    I’ve been going to Davis vision for the last couple of years and I’m very disappointed I paid for a new pair of glasses up front in early March. I have not heard from them since I have not been able to get a hold of a person. I always wonder with their automated system which sucks. I tried finding out on their website about where my glasses are and it keeps telling me that there’s a technical difficulty, I’m a very busy person with my job and by the time I get done they’re closed just disappointing beyond belief

    My visit to the west babylon office was great. From the check in process to the exam with dr Lee to the finalization of my order with Clarissa for my two pairs of glasses went super smooth. Clarissa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of my vision needs and made sure I knew all my options based on my prescription.

    Amazing experience!!! I went to Davis Vision with my sister to pick out my new glasses. We spent roughly 35 minutes picking out frames we liked which was a struggle. Susan took a look at the frames we picked out and explained which shape and frame would suit our face and told us how and why the size and style made certain frames look good and feel comfortable on our face and why other didn’t. I never understood the mechanics of it before and she explained it so well. Afterwards she brought me and my sister more frames that she’d recommended for us and I fell in love with 2 of the 5 she picked out for me. I put on the frames and felt and saw the difference in my face because it was a shape and style I’d never go for because I thought it didn’t suit me but I was wrong. She really is an expert and you could tell she loved the process of finding people the best frames. It made me super comfortable and happy. She was such a joy!! I’d give her 10 stars if I could!
