Ever since moving to Long Island, I have been to multiple urgent cares (even known names within hospital systems) and this has been the best experience ever. This location meets the expectation of what medical care should be. From being able to book an appointment online or simply walking in, they are always prepare to take care of you as soon as possible. I have been here twice, and will continue going and recommending my love ones to go here. The office is super clean and the staff is always ready to assist. Thank you to the providers and staff for showing me that I can trust the health care system. I truly appreciate your work!

One of the best Walk-In clinics I've ever been to. I only went in for a rapid covid test but I needed one right away and didn't have insurance at the time. This place had the best reviews and the most reasonable prices on a rapid test so I decided to go with them. The sign in was through the website but wasn't overly complicated and didn't take too long. The doctor I saw was very helpful and actually seemed generally concerned with my well-being. I even got a follow up call a few days later. I will definitely be coming back to this facility the next time I'm in need of a doctor.

Came in January 2022 after a covid exposure at work and an RN. I was sent a bill for a covid swab stating I have no insurance which is false. Since receiving the first bill in April I have called 10 times trying to get in touch with billing, sent 7 emails, 2 messages through the patient portal and cannot get a hold of the “remote” billing department to rectify the situation. This is unacceptable and I will be reporting to the better business bureau.

I have been using LI Urgent care since they opened their doors. They are extremely thorough. It's a great place to go, if you have to work or can't get an appointment with your doctor. They will take x-rays there if you need them or give you a script if you need an MRI/ Cat Scan. I definitely recommend this facility.

Couldn't make an appointment online so I had to call them to make one. Got on the phone with one girl and she said she was going to transfer me to the front desk. I get their voice-mail. I called back again 15 minutes later and another girl answers and states she is the front desk. So I make an appointment for 1030 doesn't even ask whats wrong nothing. I get here on time and I wasn't sure if I could just walk in or if I had to wait to get a phone call. So I call and the girl who sounded like she hates her life told me that I had to wait to be called. I get a phone call and thats when they asked me whats wrong. And then they proceed to tell me there are no rooms available and that i have to wait some more. OK. Now it's almost 11am and I have not been seen. What's the point of making an appointment if you're not going to be seen on time. Front desk staff have terrible bedside manner. Get another job if you're so miserable.

I have been here plenty of times over the years. I have never really had an issue getting in, but note that 99% of the time I make an appointment in advance. I will say that their online scheduling tool is very handy. Once or twice during the height of covid I saw the schedule completely filled, so that gives a good idea that maybe you should go somewhere else. Haven’t seen it like that in a while. I’ve had PAs Matthew and Stephanie a few times and they were both very thorough in telling me what they are looking for, and in what could be bothering me. I’m sure the other PAs are also great, as well as the nurses that prep the rooms. I’m lucky to have a good urgent care in walking distance!!

08/30/2023 Update Nicole is the best! Went and got my rapid covid test yesterday, had my results in 25 minutes. The staff were great and informative.This literally is the best urgent care in Suffolk county I highly recommend.

Fantastic Location. All the doctors, nurses, staff are amazing, patient, and kind. My only go to urgent care!! (I've made the mistake of going to a different one near Farmingdale and it was horrible.) This is the only good Urgent Care on the Island.

I went with a severe cough lasting a week with a fever. I couldn't go 2 minutes without coughing. They gave me a prescription for a cough medicine and a steroid. The cough medicine did nothing. They called me 2 days later and asked how I was doing so I told them and asked for a stronger cough medicine. I was then told that the PA I saw wouldn't be in again for over 2 weeks and the PA that was there then recommended an over the counter (weaker) cough medicine. Why are you following up with me if the PA who saw me isn't available to handle this for another 2 weeks and the person that is there isn't "comfortable" handling it. Not reliable if you have a follow up issue because your PA may not be back for weeks! And no one else wants to step in. Poor management. Plus there is never an MD there anymore. Gave them 2 stars because they are nice enough and the place is clean. They just can't follow up and seem very reluctant to prescribe anything of substance.

Tried to charge me 200$ for “ After hours services “ for going on a saturday at 1pm. Which the insurance denied obviously.

I love how easy I made the appointment last minute, and the way they assist my child was amazing and fast.

Very kind and friendly. Perfect when you can't get to your primary for the emergencies that pop up.

This place is all about the money . God forbid you pull in there with an actual emergency . You will die if they don't take your insurance went there a few times never a problem . Insurance changed wouldn't even let me in the building with chest pains . This place cares nothing about people just money

Yesterday I saw PA Bassamante. I received a nebulizer treatment for my condition and handed a prednisone immediately which made me feel 100 percent better in 24 hrs. Thank you for such great care. Linda Kudrle

Not only was it super easy doing everything over the phone and waiting to get called in from the car but as soon as I walked in everyone I spoke to was really nice! They were all understanding of my situation and did try to think of every possibility that could’ve been wrong before crossing anything specific off while awaiting the results which I loved that the doctor did that she also checked my oxygen level in case I did have Covid Dr said she wanted to know that it was at a good level cause I was on my ninth day of being sick so that was a while! And she wanted to know how my breathing was since I am a smoker. I would highly recommend to anyone! I forget her name but she is an oriental woman kind of tall and really nice! Once I find out her name I will come back to the post and correct it.

I have been going here for a couple of years. They are by far the best I’ve ever been to!! I love every provider I’ve had. They have great bedside manner and very professional.

Just a great place for medical needs. Waited about 10 minutes to be seen. They are very caring and understanding. Dr Bob explained everything to me in detail. This is my new go to urgent care. Great experienced.

If you are critically relying on this place for your covid test results, warning, they may not send them to you.. I never received my results from them, their portal didn’t have the actual results that said negative. It was thanksgiving eve and I was leaving Friday so I didn’t have a choice. And the office was closed so I couldn’t call them. I even asked if I could grab printed results from them before leaving and they didn’t seem to want to and assured me they were sending right away. I had to run to farmingville for an urgent care that was open til 11 or 12 that night. Just be mindful when you go to insist on getting results in hand before you leave.

I was impressed with the way they handle their patient load. The system in place seems very efficient. I love filling out all the paperwork before you even go in, and the fact that you can see your place in line is helpful. The employees are courteous and professional, and the PA I had was great- took time with me, listened and answered my questions.

I have been going to this urgent care for a few years now. I’ve always had the best experiences. The staff, including doctors, assistants and receptionists are not only very professional but also caring and they take their time to pay attention to your needs. They are also very patient and organized. They always make you feel safe.

Went to get Covid test to be cleared to return to work. Took 4 days for appointment which is fine. Went to get test and they refused to do a test because I was positive within 10 days. Nowhere did they state this during the appointment process. I wasted 4 days assuming I could get tested and now it will be another 4 days before I can get an appointment anywhere else. Their defense? Cdc says 10 days. Shows how up to date these “medical professionals” are. CDC changed the policy yesterday. Good thing they stay up to date with medical policy. Is this who you want to trust for medical practice? Not me. Last time I go here. Don’t make the same mistake. Find alternative choice before wasting a penny with them.

I have been going to li urgent care in west Babylon for over four years now . It has always been a good experience for me. The pa s drs and nurses have always been very competent And have diagnosed my problem correctly Very friendly staff too. Today’s visit went well although I had to wait a long time in my car due to the Covid pandemic . I tested positive thirteen days ago and in spite of hospital infusion antibody treatment developed the beginnings of pneumonia in my left lung seen in a chest X-ray taken today. I have complete confidence in li urgent care staff and highly recommend them . They are always very thorough

Been here a few times already, great doctors / staff . The system how you get and setup an appointment even if for walk in is nice an easy - no need to stand in line or sit in waiting room, fill out all from from car on your phone ..m then in and out quick and everyone I met there so far has been nice and helpful. Thank you . Not looking forward to next visit as not looking to get hurt or ill again but when I do then this will be the place I visit to get help for sure.

I’ve been here multiple times. They have a great system that works beautifully. You can schedule an appointment online. You wait in your car and they call in when it’s time for your appointment. everybody is very professional and nice. I would say this urgent care is super efficient.

The staff was kind and courteous. The P.A. Christine listened to the situation I had with my insurance and took it into account while treating me, and even called in another P.A. to take a second look. In this particular instance they needed to refer me to a specialist, only out of being cautious, which I totally appreciate. I felt like she went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning in the event I ever need to go to an urgent care again.
