Having a terrible time collecting my money that is owed to me. I payed her $199.63 for the shingle vaccine shot that she should have told me wasn't covered but told me after the fact. in addition Aetna insurance company sent her a check for the shingle shot vaccine in March 3, 2021 and she refuses to reimburse me for the shingle shot. Mind you they sent her $162.63 for the shingle shot and she's keeping it. I will report her. Stay away from her.

The staff (young girls) in the office are extremely rude and distribute inaccurate information. I called to set an appointment with Adebukola, gave my insurance information as the receptionist repeatedly stated that my insurance was not active. When it WAS. (This office has tried charging me in the past when my insurance WAS active) She then told me they weren’t taking appointments and hung up on me. I called back with my insurance provider ON THE LINE to tell this office that it IS active. The girls were rudely hanging up the phone on me, didn’t want to give names out as I tried asking for a supervisor then eventually stated that there is something wrong with their computer system. I put in a complaint with my insurance provider about this incident. They were unprofessional and like another person stated on their review I’m sure that this doctor is NOT aware of how her receptionists treat her clients. So I know I am not the only person who has experienced this. I did like her as my doctor until her staff completely turned me off and will be a huge downfall in her office. TERRIBLE customer service.

I have been a patient here for more than 4 years. The office is always clean, staff are polite and respectful and the NP is awesome, knowledge with great bedside manners. I can't speak highly enough of this place.

Received a phone call from the friendly staff first thing in the morning properly directing me to my appt with Nurse Practitioner Adebukola. NP Adebukola definitely answered all my medical questions and concerns in depth and didn’t make me feel rushed at all.

Worst doctor ever Dr Adebukola Adeniran she has a nasty attitude with patients my experience was horrible the way she treated me plus she had no idea of what she was doing I also waited for so long for her to see me she didn’t want to help me at all she don’t know what professional is. What a shame for the medical field all doctors have my respect!

First time using telemedicine and I must honestly say I feel it was very thorough. My NP ms. Adeniran was fantastic! She listened to my problems and concerns and did not rush me at all so I had a chance to ask all my concerns . She prescribed the perfect medicines for me to get rid of a sinus infection which saved my Xmas ! Thank you to this office and if I feel bad again I will definitely use instead of the germs ER ! Have a blessed holiday season everyone !

From beginning to finish it was a good experience. Called was greeted by a friendly voice who set up an appointment a hour later . Was taken right away when I arrived. They did a Covid and flu test thankfully both negative. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional.

Nurse Adebukola is one of the best practitioners I have dealt with so far. She is very thorough and will walk you through everything ensuring to keep you involved. She makes sure to treat you as a human not just a patient. Highly recommend!

I went in for a physical and the staff was great and helpful. The health care provider, Adebukola Adeniran, took her time to get to know my medical history, I didn’t feel rushed, she was patient, kind and thorough. The office was clean and not crowded which made it pleasant with zero wait time.

Great, professional service, clean, neat establishment! Friendly NP. However in my experience as an employee as an MA, Practice MGR, and as a patient, I understand that front desk/phone manner can make or break a practice. Professional service is diminished once overshadowed by rude and hostile treatment over the phone. All of which I experienced from a staff memeber who was reluctant to provide her name and finally blurted out "Daisy" after being asked 3 times. I am not sure if NP Bukola is aware of how her staff treats her patients when she is not present.

NP Adebukola is the most caring doctor I have ever been to. She takes the time to listen and is very knowledgeable. Her staff is lovely as well and the wait time is very reasonable. I highly recommend NP Ade!

Honestly the best doctor experience I have ever had. It doesn’t make you feel like your dealing with a normal doctor. She talks and treats you like a normal person which for me is the best thing ever on top of being a great doctor to begin with! So happy I found her!
