If I could give this office a -4 I would. I go in for a pre surgical test 630am waited 3 hours after we were told walk ins would be seen promptly as there was nothing but walk ins at the time. Was given a cup to give a urine sample to bring home saying just drop it off tomorrow you’ll be in and out. I arrive the next day to drop the sample. Politely ask excuse me I’m here to drop this sample I was told I’d be in and out. For the next 10 mins I was told that I was rude for the way I came across. It’s either this employee was having a bad day or doesn’t know what rudeness is. My voice never got above a 1 out of 10 in volume yet somehow I was screaming. Definitely need to work on customer service. Or find a different job where you don’t need to deal with people.

The people are extremely disrespectful and rude from the front desk (who is never there) to the phlebotomists. Poorly ran and managed- I would never recommend this blood mill to anyone.

Terrible experience, I arrived at 6:45 am without an appointment, I checked, after 2 hours of waiting and observing that people come and go and never call a name, I ask the young woman and as soon as I started asking the question and she answered me In a very indecent and arrogant way, I even thought that she is the owner of the lab. In the end, it lasted 2:18 minutes and I decided to leave without having any sample taken, if they are only going to have patients by appointment, just don't do the checkup, period.

Rude and unacceptable behavior of staff. I was supposed to get a blood test for cortisol which is supposed to be taken at 8 AM. They completely disregard walkins and I waited for over an hour and didn’t get my blood drawn. I was starting to fall asleep from waiting so long in their uncomfortable chairs in the waiting area. Ended up walking out and went to Labcorp which the wait time there was less than 15 minutes and exceptional phlebotomists and customer service. Will no longer be doing business with Quest in the future. If you don’t have an appointment, do NOT waste your time. Go to Labcorp.

OMG avoid this place like the plague! My wife went here yesterday for a simple blood draw. She is thin and her veins are easy to find. A child could stick her properly. The blood draw was painful. My wife knew the phlebotomist went too deep. By the time my wife left in the elevator she was shocked to see blood dripping all down her arm! They had to bandage her back up for all the bleeding due to the hematoma. So instead of a simple blood draw, she now has a hematoma with all the pain and bruising at the site. Yes - a hematoma - look it up - totally unnecessary! Never go to this place. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Messing up appointments and poor customer service is one thing and is of course inexcusable. Doing bodily harm to a patient due to incompetence is another thing entirely!

Contrary to the bad reviews, I had a wonderful experience. Definitely make an appointment, it helps! I brought my Dad and he has very small veins, Cindy used a small butterfly needle. She was amazing… very nice, friendly & professional.

Awful service, I've signed in as walking, selected waiting in my car and waiting for a "TEXT" that I've never received juts to come inside to get told to sign in again because someone called my name and I wasn't there...after an hour and a half of wait time. Hello... I've selected: " wait in my car". Please review your guidelines for customer to reply by text or phone call.

After reading all these bad reviews, I came here expecting the worst. It was far from that, I was a walk-in I was in and out and on my way home in 15 minutes, maybe less. The lady who drew my blood was very friendly as well. All in all great experience.

Its so disgusting to know that you are suppose to trust certain companies, Here at babylon they do not take anyone without appointments on Saturdays I made a appointment for monday (today) i walk in on time security guard or what ever he is, says rudely to me Ma’m and points to his face, first and for most i dont speak signe language, no type of good morning nothing i advise i have a appointment and if they have a mask as a curtesy for clients and Say NO! You must go and get one point of story very rude personal I will No longer iníciate any relations with Quest i will advise this to my doctors

Nicest people on the planet all work in this one location!! Everything was easy and great parking. Don’t go anywhere else!! It’s worth the little extra driving time. Make sure you make an appointment. If you are not sure how to make one ask someone to help you. It’s important to have an appointment

I made an appointment at 1130 checked in via txt message and was called in less then 5 mins. I have hard veins to find, the first guy did a great gentle job But could not get the vein. Liz came in and found it and took my blood. Both employees who I encountered were fantastic. Thanks Liz

I brought my daughter in at 7/28 for blood work, they did not have baby needles. They called and I rescheduled 8/14, they still did not have baby needles. Was told someone (Liz) would call again, and it’s now 8/30 and I have not received a call and I explained I went back to work in September as I am a teacher. I am beyond frustrated with quests lack of needles as well as the fact that I came in 2x and couldn’t get blood work for my daughter because they couldn’t reach out to me BEFOREHAND to let me know they did not have the proper basic supplies a company needs to take blood from all people.

You cannot speak to anyone over the phone and the automated system refuses to understand what I say. This is ridiculous.

Made an appointment & got a confirmation code, showed up and there was no record of my appointment! Was told I had to be a walk in. There were about 20 walk ins waiting! I left!!! REDICULOUS!!! 😡

The women staff were lovely... place was very clean. In and out in 5 minutes!!

Waited over 3 weeks for my results. Impossible to get in touch with a human voice on the telephone. Would not recommend this place.

For everyone's information. The employees are misleading the customers. They continually walk into the waiting room and say there are no walk-in appointments to lessen their workload. When you use the kiosk it asks if you're a walk-in or already have an appointment. When you select walk-in it makes the appointment for you. I was here last week and they pulled the same thing, not knowing their scam, I left. Today I was not leaving without service. Sure enough, I received text messages about my appointment and when I should check in. Checked in and was called within 5 minutes.

My son's appointment was 8:30am we got there at 8:15, long story short they move my son's appointment to 12:30, he'll past out without eating til 12:30.. the lady was extremely rude during this process 😤, I will not recommend this QUEST Diagnostics to anyone!

I would give it a zero if I could displace is a disgrace I waited over an hour and no one was in there there was one patient in the back and that was it and I waited and I waited and I waited girls come in with their children I didn’t know workers could bring the children into work this place is a disgrace I walked out I will go to Northwell health before I ever go back to quest they stink

We bring our kids here to get their bloodwork done yearly. We had previously taken out 3yr old (then 1yr old at the time) to this place in Lindenhurst on wellwood & sunrise for her first bloodwork, they poked her twice with no success and then proceeded to blame us for it. We tried here afterwards and were in and out. Even now in her disagreeable 3s, they've been very patient and quick. Recently took our 1 yr old as walk-in, they told us what time to come back, then was in and out with no problems. Great place to take your kids to get their bloodwork. Thank you! Edit June 2022: Took my youngest in recently (age 2 now) for bloodwork, still had a good experience. Staff/Phlebotomist was very gentle and patient with my daughter. Made appointment online and we were in and out of there with no issues. Still highly recommended for kids. Thank you!

I’ve been here twice for myself this month and once for my toddler for blood work. We never made an appointment and we’ve been seen within 10 minutes of signing in each time. Staff was very friendly and helpful where my doctor was not.

Took a day off of work, there are no Quests near me so I drove a few hours to get to this one near where I grew up so I could get blood work done for insurance for my job. They lost the sample. They didn't tell me they lost the sample. They just uploaded a blank report to my job so I found out from my job. So that was cool.

I have been to this location before, was able to walk in without an appointment. Very friendly maybe waited 5 minutes. Went there today door is locked a sign that said knock. Knocked a few times finally someone came to the door. She seemed extremely annoyed asked if I had an appointment I said no, she shut the door came back with a slip of paper and said come back at this time. So rude

I received a call this morning that they had an earlier appointment but I wanted to stick with my 1pm. I needed to ask a question before I went there with my 1 year old daughter. I called that same number that left me a voicemail and no one picks up and says the vm has not been set up yet to call back. So I call the number for the office and first off, too many prompts and once I get to where I need to it says they can't transfer me and to try again later. I call back to try any other option pressing different numbers and all lead to a machine and further prompts. I just need to ask a question and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone for the past half hour.

I took my 90 year old grandmother to an appt my father had scheduled for her but they did not have the appt. Nicole who was so kind, took my grandmother for her bloodwork anyway. She was so gentle and sweet to her. She even had her laughing. I will never forget how kind Nicole was. Thank you for doing your job so well!

The nurse that did my blood work at this location was so sweet. She made my experience so much better. I struggle with blood work and she put me at ease. I will be returning to this location for future blood work. I went early in the morning (6:30 am) and I only had to wait for 25 minutes. I did not make an appointment on the website because there was no availability, so I decided to go early and walk in without an appointment. The nurse at the entrance took my temperature and signed me into their waiting list system. I gave them my phone number and waited in my car for 25 minutes (without an appointment). The people that had appointments went in first, and then they called the walk-ins. Overall, I had a great experience.

I make an appointment, I'm taken immediately after scanning the QR code on my phone and I'm in and out in 5 minutes, every single time I've gone, which is every two months

Second time I've made an appointment for my two-year-old daughter and they can't draw her blood because they don't have the materials for it!! They don't call you to cancel. They wait for one to arrive to give you notice. Very badly!!
