I have been a patient of Dr Peck at Babylon Dental for more than 25 years and being dental phobic cannot say enough of the calm gentle pain free approach he and the entire staff provide. I recently started seeing Dr Knackel for treatment and I am so happy with his work as well.Erica is great as well, so knowledgeable! The entire staff are always courteous and professional and treat everyone with respect.I must give a personal shout out to Patricia and her supervisor Mary in patient accounts. Their customer service is outstanding! Patricia has the utmost patience and explains everything in detail leaving no question unanswered. Over the years I have referred many friends and family to Babylon Dental and would never consider going anywhere else. I am a Registered Nurse and so appreciate them for maintaining a modern immaculate facility that is Covid compliant as well. Thank you again!

Babylon Dental Care is an amazing practice! I had an issue with my teeth and they took me immediately. Their friendly and compassionate staff walked me through each step and in a matter of a week I had that tooth extracted and my flipper ready for every day use! You can’t even tell I have it in! The office is spotless and they even have Netflix! How cool is that! You’re welcomed as soon as you walk in and they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Golo and Dr. Knakal took such good care of me and I would recommend them to anyone! The office is so convenient and literally across the street from my home so it doesn’t get better than that! At Babylon Dental Care, “care” is given from arrival to check out. I was anxious; it had been a few years since my last filling. From the moment I walked into the exam room, Karen comforted me. She explained the process, answered my questions and talked with me to keep me calm. Dr. Wrann was excellent! I did not have any pain before, during or after the procedure. So happy! Thank you to a truly great team! As a follow-up, I broke a molar and needed a crown. I was terrified! I called in the morning, received a prompt call back and was scheduled to be seen later that afternoon. I was scheduled for an exam and procedure. A patient care coordinator called me prior to my appointment to tell me about my out of pocket cost. That help alleviate some stress. Upon arrival, Day was welcoming and comforting. She explained all of the steps of this process. Dr. Wrann was, again, excellent. He reiterated what Day told me, asked me if I had any questions and checked in with me periodically throughout the procedure. They are both so kind. The entire procedure was painless! I'm pain free 24+ hours later, too! Many thanks again to this great team!

I had another very positive experience at Babylon Dental Care - West Babylon. I booked my appointment through Jo (Patchogue office I think) who is so personable it’s a pleasure to call. I was taken on time. Doctor’s assistant Josh and newcomer Stephanie worked diligently to get my X-rays done as I tend to gag. Ultimately it was Stephanie who got the X-ray. She’ll be a great addition to the practice. I then met the very nice Dr. Golo who explained my X-rays to me in a detailed and patient manner. No drama. No hard sell. Just information. Checkout was straightforward. This is an excellent dental office. Thank you.

The hygienists are great as are the dentists but it seems like there is always a problem with my bill and refunds if one is owed. It seems like I always get the run around when I question them about refunds or services covered by my insurance. Everything with them is an "estimate " and then when the actual EOB comes in and you question it no one can give an answer for the overpayment. Also they always ask you to pay the "estimated price" before the service. And they refund you. No other dental company does that. And if you're owed a refund they tell you they will credit you rather than return your money. Absurd. Their billing/insurance dept has a lot of flaws and a lot to be desired.

What a great practice! Drs Knackle and Wran were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, answered all questions, and most importantly, was successful in putting in my implants (when previous dentist said it couldn’t be done) so that my bottom denture would finally stay in. One other thing….honest! When I went in for a consult, the amount included a realign. Turns out I didn’t need it and item was taken off bill. I would not have known the difference if not told it wasn’t done. To say I am very happy with them is an understatement. Highly recommend.

I went there during covid as my dentist was shut down by the pandemic. They really do everything they can to make you feel good about your experience. Melanie who cleans my teeth as well is wonderful and does a great job everything by the time I leave I don't want to go. Excellent place for dental work. They go above and beyond.

I can not say enough great things about NANCY! I have recently had many visits to the dentist over the past two months, which of course could make anyone feel anxious, but every time I finish an appointment and meet with Nancy after to discuss payment/insurance/scheduling - she has always been so comforting, so accommodating, and so informative! From having to plan multiple appointments at once to explaining my insurance coverage in detail to also just being a friendly face - she is the best of the best! Thank you Nancy for all that you do!!!!

I don't like the way they bill their patients. They will bill you what they think it would cost and then any money owed, you'll have to chase them. I got a procedure done that was covered by my insurance, yet they still made me pay for it. Why can't they just call my insurance and get the correct amount? Now I have to wait a month to get my refund from them. Are you kidding me! Other dental offices don't do this. It's suspect.. keep track of what you are paying and what they owe you. It's ashame because the dentists are great there.

The Services that I received at Babylon Dental were very good. Especially my hygienist who was very helpful and professional. The contacts with the staff were very good. However, I have one big complaint. They stopped working with my insurance company but did not tell me. Instead, they said, “after insurance your cost would be over $430 per cleaning and x-rays”. If it was in network, it would have been at least half that. I felt deceived regarding the cost, particularly because I was overcharged for past services. As a result of the way in which I was treated regarding costs, I decided to switch dentists and the entire cost was covered by insurance.

Babylon Dental Care is the best place for family, friends and anyone out there looking for a great dental work. They are extremely professional at any type of dental procedures, everyone is so kind and respectful. I have been coming to this place for almost five years if is not more, and I have to say that my hygienist " Fran Cesca Piera" "She is the BEST". She is so professional and friendly and there is no doubt in my mind that everyone else is too.... I highly recommend this place 100% Best of the Best....

I love Babylon dental care. Doctor Baker is doing my braces and it has been such a wonderful experience. Today I went in to see Doctor Pogoda and was assisted by Victoria. I was a bit nervous, but they made me feel very comfortable every step of the way, and it was completely painless. I was in and out in 30 mins. Nicole was also very sweet while billing me out. Dr. Gaynes took me in for an emergency appointment when no dentist was open . I had severe tooth pain due to an infection and although he couldn't do a root canal on me he recommended another dentist and now I am back with Dr. Gaynes for fillings/regular cleanings. He was so understanding, caring, super professional and just an all around good guy. He told me everything i needed to know. The whole staff is so friendly and lets me know what i am paying for right away and super upfront which i appreciated being in a service industry myself. Ive been to many dentists for many procedures due to a car accident at a young age so it really says a lot. They will now be my forever dentist !

Such a wonderful clean welcoming atmosphere. Our hygienist was Paige. Highly recommended her. She is super sweet, professional and caring. She is the best hygienist i know. I went for a cleaning after many years and i was so nervous. She kept me feeling so comfortable and engaged in a conversation that i did not even feel a pinch of pain. This is without a doubt the best dental office I have ever been in. I have been to many over the years. Everyone there treats you like they have known you for years. All are friendly, caring, understanding and knowledgeable. This includes the entire staff from the time you enter until you leave. Absolutely the best.

I've been going to babylon dental for over 15 years and not once did I ever have any doubts about switching to another dental group! Every single person in this office is extremely nice, professional and welcoming. From the receptionist in the front waiting room, to the hygienist, the dentist and the check-out receptionist, are all wonderful! Every person has always made me feel welcomed and always make it their mission to make sure I endure no anxiety and no discomfort!! And I have severe anxiety! The hygienist who took excellent care of me is named Jen. She was so wonderful and caring, that I will make the effort to have my future appointments made with her! Everyone in this office makes such a huge difference in my experience, hence the reason why I've always gone to this group and so far I will continue to go to them!!

I recently moved down to Georgia this past year. Before I moved, I have been going to Babylon Dental Care for over 10 years and they always go above and beyond. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They also always explain what work they will be doing in great detail so you are well informed. In general, I am skeptical about dentists since my first dentist was money hungry and did a lot of unnecessary work on my teeth. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to do anything at BDC. The work they have done on my teeth have lasted years unlike the work done by my previous dentist. I recently did an initial visit with a dentist in GA. During the visit, they told me I needed to do +$650 of work. I have gastric issues, so I figured it could be possible, but something didnt feel right. I literally traveled all the way to NY from GA to get the "necessary" work done because I wanted it to be done by someone I trusted. When Dr. Gaynes reviewed my xrays and my teeth and told me that my teeth were fine and that I didnt need to do any work. He showed me my xrays and described my teeth in detail and explained what the other dentist may have been thinking. He also told me that he knows someone that can recommend dentists in my area and said that he would try and get a list by the end of the week. I'm not in a rush to find a dentist, but I truly appreciated their urgency in helping me find someone close to me. I was also able to schedule an appointment with the hygienist (Maggie) on the same day and she did a great job with my teeth. Honestly, I feel that BDC really cares about their patients, and will do anything to accommodate and make them feel comfortable. They really go above and beyond and I feel comfort knowing I can always go back to them.

Dr. John Wrann and his assistant Ryan were great and had nice bed side manner. The biller Patricia was also very helpful and patient answering my questions about my new health insurance. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Babylon Dental Care, starting with walking through the door. Dana, the greeter was extremely kind and helpful in getting me checked in, and then a genuine goodbye when I left. This was my first dentist appointment in many years, and I had a lot of anxiety going into my first appointment. My hygienist Maggie quickly soothed that anxiety. She was so personable and knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the process, laying out all of the options I had very clearly and without pressure, even offering little tools like stress balls, headphones, or pillows to ease the process. For someone with anxiety, all of these things help a lot, so I was so grateful for her patience and understanding. She worked with me the most during my appointment, and I truly am so grateful because, bottom line, I was scared. But she may it a great experience getting my health back on track. Dr Rann was great! Quickly getting to the point like I asked, and offering his expertise, though still seeming interested in me as a person. And on the way out my financial checkout person was wonderful (I'm sorry, I forgot your name!), Helping me secure my discount plan, and schedule future appointments, all with a smile. It can't be understated how simple kindness can make a appointment, which to people with anxiety like me can be a deep fear, a great experience. Pair that with professionalism and expertise, like Babylon Dental does, and you have a winner!

I’ve been going to this practice for just about 20 years now and as far as dentists and quality people go, you will find no better. They make you feel extremely comfortable and treat you as family. EVERYONE in the office from the staff to All the Dr.s and hygienist’s ( Jessica) are great and make it a point to go the extra yard for all the patients. Showing up to Babylon Dental Care I immediately felt comfortable with a greeting at the door. I had Maggie as a dental hygienist which provided me with a tour of the office before I was sat down. Throughout the entire visit Maggie made sure the number one priority was keeping me comfortable, offering numbing gel, stress balls, music etc.. I walked out with a thorough teeth cleaning, x-rays, a plan and confidence in the practice I'd chosen. A big note is that Maggie made sure that I was aware and comfortable with the cost of services before being sent up front. Thank you to the Babylon Dental Staff, I'll be seeing you in 6 months!

Been coming here for almost 20 years, back when they were on Route 109. Today was a hygiene visit and Melanie was her usual efficient, professional and friendly self. Highly recommend this facility for all your dental needs - from sleep apnea appliances to dental needs and even the zoom teeth whitening- the dentists and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable!! I came in for an adjustment on my mouth guard and inquired about the teeth whitening program and they juggled their schedule and squeezed me in right then and there to have it done!!! Honest Dentists ! my child has not had one cavity since going here. The whole staff is wonderful with kids also they do not turn away special needs kids. They have patience and kindness that is rare. They go out of there way to make your child feel happy at the dentist. It's hard to find a honest dentist very grateful.

What can I say? Well, From my first phone call with Jo, the staff at Babylon Dental had gone above and beyond with customer service. They were polite, courteous and professional. Jenn at the front desk was very sweet and assisted with my check in and also getting new patient forms to my husband as he will also be going there. My first meeting was with the hygienist, Paige who again, made sure I was comfortable with my experience. I met with the dentist Dr. Golo who took time to review my situation and planned a consultation with me so he could give me his undivided attention. Then, I met with the check out receptionist Roseann, who was extremely nice and worked with me on future appointments. Highly recommended!

Dr.Peck is absolutely the best along with the entire staff. I have been to many dental practices and had some terrible experiences. But the care I have received here from Dr.Peck and his staff is way above average. If you are looking for a doctor who is going to treat you and your issues like family don't walk run to this practice. You will thank them just as I am doing here.

Everyone at Babylon Dental has been absolutely amazing! From Dr. Golo to all the hygienists and staff, they make you feel so at easy. Even during the payment process, they speak to you with such kindness and compassion. I highly recommend going and giving them a try.

I’ll give the second star because they USED to be a good dentist to deal with. Now they take no insurance which is what they always seemed to pride themselves on in the past. I am not the only person who has noticed. My wife was charged a ridiculous amount and they are constantly try to upsell. Place is like a factory now and in my opinion going downhill. They hounded me for $30 dollars when they already charged me for my cleaning, why didn’t you include that extra $30 in the first place and it wouldn’t have been an issue instead of sending me emails and phone calls saying this is your last notice meanwhile I got no notice and I was going to be put into collections. I took my teeth elsewhere. Updated: One star due to response. Maybe you have the wrong person in your response. My one cleaning was over or close too $200 I paid that then they wanted $35 more. I have the email. Secondly, they charged my wife $406 for a cleaning and x-rays. Also didn’t take insurance. Oh and mind you that I had four options of insurances and I called them and asked them what is the best option and they told me the one I chose. And what do ya know they don’t take it.

I had my teeth cleaned and Maggie was excellent! I felt relaxed and very comfortable with minimal pain. I usually hate going to the dentist but she made the experience so much easier. Very grateful for her professionalism.

I just left the West Babylon office and cannot be more impressed. Embarrassingly, I have not been to a dentist in far too many years and was beyond nervous for today. From the start, they got back to me immediately after my inquiry and set me up for an appointment quickly. They set everything up with my insurance before I even got there and I did not have to wait long at all when I arrived. I worked with Eugenia today who was absolutely incredible and made me feel so at ease. My forever fear of the dentist just disappeared.
