just
turned
77
and
decided
to
work
one
on
one
with
a
personal
trainer.
I
decided
to
join
pump
fitness
and
I'm
so
glad
I
did
because
I
met
one
awesome
trainer
Janene.
I
thought
I
was
strong,
but
her
work
outs
are
challenging
to
say
the
least.
That's
okay
though,
because
I've
realized
that
I
have
never
pushed
myself
and
with
her
help
I
am
becoming
stronger.
In
our
sessions
Janene
not
only
tells
me
what
to
do,
she
tells
me
why
I
should.
LOL,
I
have
always
been
that
person
that
has
to
know
why.....that's
what
works
for
me.
I
never
thought,
at
my
age,
I
would
say
how
much
I
look
forward
to
a
work
out.
Not
only
is
Janene
knowledgeable,
she's
funny
and
just
nice
to
talk
to.
I
always
come
away
from
a
session
having
learned
something
that
really
resonates
with
me.
I
will
recommend
pump
fitness
and
Janene
at
every
chance
I
get.
