I was disappointed with my stay all the way around. In the first room I was given, the heat did not work in March in NY. Changed rooms, then no washcloths. The walls are paper thin in this hotel so you will hear everything going on in the rooms next to you. I never slept well despite a decent mattress. Traveler beware. Spend a little more $ and choose another hotel in the area.

Our room was literally slanted. Like the floor was so slanted it was like walking down a hill from one side of the room to the other. It had a weird smell in it. Like tons of male perfume to mask cigarette scent. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. The area it's located is extremely sketchy and unsafe. The sheets were also stained. We left and didn't sleep here mostly because our room was slanted. I feel like this is very unsafe to stay here with how slanted and uneven our room was. The pictures they shown online are definitely not what you get. Extremely outdated. I wonder how old that comfortable on that bed was?? Do not waste your money here

Horrible! Cigarette burns on the comforter. Rug was dirty I never took my slides off. The curtains are hanging by a thread. The heat didn’t work. The best thing was the TV.

Rooms have very comfortable beds the sheets all looked very new and clean the carpets didn’t smell and looked clean the bathroom looks like it was cleaned properly. Some of the rooms are more damaged than others tho Do not hang outside your car or even stand by it to make a phone call or to even smoke a cigarette detectives will pull up on you every time and try and convict you of something for standing just there they do tend to bother the hotel guests threw out the day

You get what you pay for. Its in a sketchy neighborhood but the rooms are nice, clean, and the bed is comfortable For sure good for a dude or a couple for a few nights if you are going to be away from the area or just asleep.

This hotel is good if you’re just looking to sleep. No amenities, continental breakfast is TRASH! TV’s and remotes in rooms barely work. Lighting is too bright and not good. Plus side, room does come with a fridge and microwave. Rooms are clean however! Proceed with caution.

The tv didn’t work and then refused to switch me and my husbands room. Key cards didn’t work we tried several different options sadly still to no avail. We had to get the front desk to open the door every time we left. And sadly I left my family heirlooms white gold chain there we called back a couple of days later and they said they will contact us and never did so we recently called back and they swear it wasn’t there without contacting housecleaning or a lost and found !!!! Basically freaking crooks DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOURSAKE, DODGE THIS BULLET YOU’D BE HAPPY YOU DID!!!😢😢🤬🤬

This hotel was perfect for the price and served its purpose. The room was clean, smelled bleach in bathrooms & jacuzzi. I'm a clean freak so I checked everything, under the sheets, mattress...etc.The room even came with a convenient mini fridge & microwave. I think the breakfast could be a little more variety like muffins and bagels. But the hotel was not booked for its breakfast. I needed a last minute arrangement due to a medical issue. She was very accommodating and friendly. I'm staying there again soon. I already booked it!!

Most horrible place. My sister and her daughter booked a non smoking room and was given a room smelling of smoke and with cigarette buds on the sheets. When asked to change the room no one was helpful. She was given the run around. In fact the front desk person asked that she be understanding to him as he had no more rooms and could not find a new one, sayung she should just stay or leave with no refund! DO NOT book this place. You will waste your money, and energy on a team that has no customer service. Absolutely horrible experience.

It's not Residence Inn by Hilton or Springhill by Marriott - breakfast was very limited, no amenities (like pool or fitnessfacilities), very small window in the room but clean and overall not bad. Location isn't very good if you want to enjoy it but a lot of stores nearby. I got very good service and support on Front desk and it was great.

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! Mold dirty and bugs!! The staff is rude and not accommodating at all!! One of staff was outside our window at 4 am smoking and louder than normal. Couldn't sleep people running the halls slamming doors! No smoking room smelled like smoke so bad your eyes itch!! Plus staff smoking right below your room doesn't help!! You people that own this should be embarrassed and ashamed!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We checked in at the front desk and they gave us our room keys. We walked up to our room and noticed the door was propped open. We entered the room hesitantly and checked the room to make sure no one else was in there. Once inside, we found a used crack pipe behind one of the lamps. The surfaces of the room were covered in brown sticky residue and there were roaches. Without putting our stuff down, we immediately went back to the front desk to let the employee know what was going on. His attitude was very nonchalant as if this was something he has had to deal with before. He wrapped the pipe up in a tissue and said he would take a picture of it to send to his boss. (Surprise surprise...he never did) He then proceeded to say “this room is good though” and started to leave. We told him we did not feel comfortable staying because, after multiple times of trying, the door had issues locking and unlocking as if it had been broken into. On top of that, the room was obviously not clean. We found roaches on the floor. Since the door was open when we arrived we had no way of knowing who had been in there after housekeeping. We did not feel safe staying in that room and asked if we could have a different room. He told us he had no other rooms to give us and that the one we had was already the best room. We called the customer service line that night to see if they would accommodate us and have our reservation transferred to another Days Inn. They told us to call in the morning which did not help our current situation. We went back to the front desk and dropped off our room key letting the employee know we would not be staying. We asked if there was anything he could do about refunding us and he rudely said “No, you already checked in. You stayed”. Rather than argue with him, we decided to leave and had to travel 3 hours back home which was over $100 in gas round trip. The next morning we called the Days Inn customer service line for a second time and they were very unapologetic about the situation and brushed us off. The representative told us that someone would follow up with us about a refund and no one from Days Inn got in contact or even attempted to get in contact with us. Because of that, I filed a complaint with the BBB with plenty of photographic evidence of course. When the establishment finally responded they called me a liar without providing proof that supported their own claim AND still refused to refund my money. We will be suing them in small claims court. Moral of the story. DO NOT BOOK HERE unless you like crack addicts, rude employees, and roach infestations.

It’s cheap that was the attraction, rooms smell like old cigarettes and weed. Neighborhood is questionable. Cheap tho

Absolutely disgusting! Bodily fluids on the comforters, bugs in the room, something dripping down the walls, stains all over the carpets. I was traveling with family and their rooms were even worse. Staff did not care! Literally shrugged their shoulders and walked away.

Flat and simple this place is a total dump and Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their good name on the side of the building. The room was terrible. Dirty carpet, drapes hanging off the curtain rod, cigarette burns on the blanket and comforter, old decrepit pillows and suspicious stains on the walls and pictures. It reminded me of the typical "cheater's haven". Thank God we only needed one night for a sleepover but I really should have asked for a refund. My wife tried to call for an earlier check-in and waited 45 minutes with the phone ringing with no answer. We are Club Wyndham owners and called them to see if they could get through....they also couldn't! I think Wyndham should read some of these reviews and either renovate it or get rid of it!

Oof this place is pretty rough. The people working were nice enough, but it’s an old, ill-cared-for hotel on a side street. The non-smoking rooms smell like old smoke, the hair driers don’t work, the walls are so thin you’ll wake up from other neighbors alarms. Highly overpriced considering the faded state of the place, if it were $50/night I’ve had better expectations.

The room and service was great especially a employee by the name of Patel. Unfortunately there was work being done to the stairwells "during the day" that would wake me up. The issue was as a guest I should have been made aware of these things before checking in. There is also a industrial warehouse 300ft from my room that would do some work at 11pm at night "hotel can't control" but very annoying.

Very friendly staff, rooms are extremely clean, doesn't have a shady atmosphere like other hotels in the area. Austin will make you feel at home 🏡

The room was dirty. We We were repeatedly awoken after midnight by blasting music in the next room. Night manager went to the room both times but the music only got turned off for a brief time, then went back up. It was rocking the walls. We were on a brief trip and just needed a place for a restful night's sleep. THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE! We would never recommend staying here or go back ever again. Stay away.

Upon arrival, the agent at the counter was having an issue with another customer. I should have known in that moment that was a sign. Unfortunately, within 15 minutes of checking in I had to request a change in room due to the bathroom plumbing not working properly, AC not working well and the uncleanliness of the room. No rooms were available so I inform the person at the check in counter to cancel my reservation since we will not be able to stay overnight due to these issues. Two days later I was charged the full reservation that I never used. The pictures on the site are not an accurate portrayal of this location. This location is a poor representation of the Wyndham brand.

🙅🏾‍♀️We, me and my grown daughter "will never stay here again when we travel back down again!" They did accommodate us by allowing us to check in an hour and a half earlier. Since we did a Friday to Sunday stay. We experienced the noise of the kids cutting through once the near by school let out. Not worth being charged over three hundred dollars! 🙅🏾‍♀️ Website have one price of two hundred and something. The office made us pay a different higher price. Three hundred and something almost four hundred dollars. The room had a smell like urine. I'm not sure if it was the carpet. Had to spray my bath and body works into carpet. Because just spraying it in the room air didn't last. Therefore we was being hit with the smell every time we re-,entered the room. 🤦🏾‍♀️ No hangers in closet. Continental breakfast I believe was told to be a bag one. Probably a tiny muffin and juice or granola bar. Toilet seat was loose. Toilet paper had a little left on the roll so there was a new one sitting in the bathroom for us to change ourselves. 🤷🏾‍♀️ The refrigerator in the room wasn't on. Finally got it working didn't start getting cold until hour's later. 💁🏽‍♀️ Nowhere to plug our Roku in where it would be able to reach tv. There wasn't but two plugs by tv, therefore there wasn't anywhere to plug it in next to it. The tv had a sign on it please do not move monitor. 🤔 “Wish I could give them zero stars!”

Very convenient location and the people in charge were very nice. Had a Non smoking room and the place was very clean and nice. Hesitated because of some the reviews but seems like they are trying to do everything right.

It was cozy and private, the male staff was pleasant but the female staff had said she knew me in front of a woman after I had another woman there the week before...that wasn't nice...over all it was comfy and it was close to things to eat, strong drinks, gas stations and supermarket...

The room was definitely not a good experience and owner WAS NOT helpful in any way . Tv didn’t work. No lamp in the room. , other people’s food in the fridge and fridge to was warm / didn’t work and when asked f where the cir machine was , I was told it is BROKE and has to be repaired . My husband was feeling ill and after we checked in an hour prior I had gone to front desk and said I had to check out because I was taking my husband to the emergency room at the hospital , didn’t even give me my money back or even offer another nights stay , tried to call and got nowhere even Wyndham was not at all helpful and honestly can’t believe they have their brand on this particular divy , no tell motel . Hey WYNDHAM you can do much better than that place
