    My “crispy” chicken sandwich came more raw than crispy, like i know it was late at night but the disrespect y’all have to not make it a good sandwich , I’ll keep ordering food from y’all tho , but like ugh extremely disrespectful and disgusting, I should sue y’all for that , what if I got any disease or something 🤔

    Horrible!!! Ever time I go there, something is always wrong with the order. Plus, they make you wait forever on the number parking spots. Yesterday I ordered the new bacon smoke house burguer and I got this one on the picture, I'll never go back there again, Burguer King is right down the block.

    The manager here should learn how to teach their employees some customer service skills. Everyone walks around like they hate life and that you’re bothering them for ordering food. If you hate working at McDonald’s so much, then go get a different job. No one is forcing you to be there!!!!!

    Typical McDonald's food and beverages. Clean restaurant. Very busy drive thru. Kiosk and counter service was good. Bathrooms are code locked. Enough parking available.

    How this mcdonald hasn’t gotten completely new management and fired all their employees is beyond me. I have never gone there and had a pleasant experience. I’ve either gotten attitude, dirty looks and EVERY.. i mean EVERY time i go they have some sort of problem either they’re not serving something or they only take cash and at this point it is just ridiculous. I know it’s not the end of the world but when I am wasting gas to travel through and get something it is annoying and this has happened way too many times to not alert all other potential customers.

    Went through the drive-through ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese large fry large drink when I got to the register to pay they didn’t even have my order in the computer or ready they send me to the waiting line to and when I get my order and got it home they still messed up. They gave me a quarter pounder instead of a double and I ask for barbecue sauce, no sauce in the bag burger looked rust. Fries were cold. Only thing that came good out of this meal was the apple pies in the soda.

    Best fries ever. It is always fresh and the price is good. We did not even know about a coupon but the drive through lady suggested it and saves us about 7 dollars.

    I just pulled up at 10:57 AM asking for the two for six breakfast sandwiches. There was nobody on the line except me. But the person who was supposed take my order waited until exactly 11 AM to answer and would not give me the two for six deal. Literally changed the menu in front of my eyes. I understand that 10:57 am is cutting it tight, but where is the courtesy?

    Whenever I am on break or after work, I pull up to the drive thru to get myself a quick meal. Oddly enough I usually get exceptional service and fresh. I have yet to be wronged by this McDonald's every time I stop by during 11am and 11pm. I will visit them more often when I am hungry on my breaks!

    Staff is very nice and accommodating. Place is large inside with lots of tables to sit at, also pretty clean. Food was hot and tasted like it should. Would come to this McDonalds again.

    Store has two drive through lanes, I was sitting in the outside lane for 5 minutes before an employee who happened to be walking in the parking lot came up and told me that lane is closed. I said oh maybe it would be helpful to put a sign or something up to say that he just stared at me and walked away. There’s no way in that lot to turn around to get to the open lane so drove down the street to the next McDonald’s.

    Odrered apple pies and mcflurry via the Drive through. Was told that there was only 1 left and the mcflurry machine was broken. When I went to pay and thr window they had no apple pies for me and I was told that I could wait until the next batch was done. Needless to say I left without anything even though I Drove 10 mins to get their. Word of advice find out what they have avaliable before wasting time driving there.

    Terrible I keep paying for sauces and never get them and the manager had the nerve to tell me “ leave a note for my Uber eats driver “ am no it’s on my receipt you need to have a talk with your employees .

    Very poor service sign says 24 hours but the workers do not want to work I went to the drive-through first they told me they’re not excepting card only cash I said OK then they said they’re only excepting card not cash I said I have both no they said the system is down If you’re dead lazy to work at a job you should not work there.

    Can't take a order if their life dependent on it. It took 3 trips to the window to get it right. No pickles, no ketchup, no mc mystery thing, means just that, it was on the receipt too. It's work.

    ORDERED A BIG MAC, RECIEVED A BIG RAT! THEY THROW RODENTS IN THE FRYOLATER MACHINE AND THINK IT IS FUNNY AND LAUGHABLE TO SERVE AFOREMENTIONED RODENTIA TO ITS CUSTOMERS! This McDonalds is notorious for serving squirrel, rat and even guinea pigs. I HAVE ALREADY FILED A RAT REPORT TO THE NYS DEPT OF HEALTH! DISGUSTING!

    Really annoyed. First the person on the mic at the ordering machine took forever before acknowledging me while I. Watched 2 other cars order and leave. Then my order was not ready so I had to wait. But worse part is I get home to find no fries or drink. I only ordered a kid meal and a burger meal. My burger meal has no fries or drink.

    Short and simple: I’ve been going here for years and maybe 5/100 times they get the order right. They always fix it after I go in but the point is FAST FOOD I’m not tryna spend 30 minutes at McDonald’s on my break as I just did. They need a Chick-fil-A system of taking orders so it can be more accurate than someone remembering while filling sodas then hurrying back to the register to input the order. These are minimum wage workers. The inefficiency falls on the owner - they don’t get paid to think.

    They always forget things in you order so make sure to check before you leave so you don't have to come back. When busy staff never seems to know what's going on. As well as forgetting things they mess up as well.

    l I just wanted to say the young black gentleman who usually works nights on weekends around 1 AM (he’s tall and sometimes wears a denim jacket) he’s so fast and efficient he definitely needs a raise every time I come which is usually Saturday night the line is usually extremely long but he’s always kept his composure from what I can see definitely deserves some time of reward!!

    I placed my order at the drive through and my order was incorrect. The manager went out of his way to fix it and resolve the mistake. I was very happy with the way this McDonald manager treated me as a valued customer.

    Says they serve dinner until 5 but won’t serve you anything but breakfast after 4:30a, and make you wait too long for it on top of it. Bummed for the food and the wait.
