I
used
to
eat
at
this
bagel
store
every
week
after
my
haircut
and
pay
by
debit
card
but
2
weeks
ago
I
called
in
a
order
for
an
egg
sandwich
over
the
phone.
Once
I
got
there
I
went
to
pay
and
they
told
me
it’s
cash
only
the
credit
card
machine
doesn’t
work
today.
I
then
said
that
I
am
sorry
I
am
in
a
rush
and
I
don’t
have
cash
on
me.
They
did
not
give
me
an
alternative
option
so
I
had
to
leave.
They
should
have
told
there
customers
who
call
in
an
order
on
the
phone
that
it’s
cash
only
so
they
are
prepared
or
at
least
have
signs
hanging
in
the
bagel
store.
They
did
not
do
any
of
these
things.
Today
I
went
in
there
and
then
tried
placing
my
order.
While
in
the
middle
of
placing
my
order
the
owner
came
from
off
the
grill
and
told
the
person
taking
my
order
that
he
is
not
serving
me
and
I
am
not
welcome
there.
I
asked
why
and
he
was
very
rude
and
extremely
disrespectful
he
made
it
clear
that
the
customer
is
never
right.
I
can’t
believe
the
amount
of
disrespect
I
encountered
and
how
wrong
this
person
was
for
doing
something
like
this.
His
shop
inconvenienced
me
and
did
not
tell
me
when
I
placed
my
order
on
the
phone
that
it
was
cash
only
for
that
day.
I
used
give
my
business
to
them
each
week
and
only
paid
with
a
card
but
because
he
did
something
wrong
and
did
not
provide
any
knowledge
of
it
being
cash
only
when
I
ordered
by
phone
and
there
not
being
anything
in
the
store
indicating
it
being
cash
only
that
day
he
thinks
it
is
okay
for
him
to
tell
his
workers
they
are
not
serving
me
and
tell
me
that
he
refuses
to
serve
me
and
I
am
not
welcome
there
and
if
that
isn’t
worse
enough
he
was
extremely
rude
and
very
disrespectful.
