Love all the locations but come here the most. Great staff, great food, good time! They’re super quick and as a Muslim I have a hard time finding places with no cross contamination esp in diners. I’ve never found meat in my eggs, and always enjoy the drinks. The food is delish, even their vegetarian burgers for lunch! And of course you can’t not go to Brownstones and not get the infamous French toast bites. Love this place

Wonderful as always, and definitely my favorite breakfast/brunch spot! It's always so hard to decide what to order. I love their stuffed French toast, especially the strawberry filled one, and the eggs Benedict are always perfect. The little French toast bites are always wonderful on the side. Highly recommend! ❤️❤️

Great place for breakfast! Very friendly and professional staff. The place is clean. The food that I ordered was good. My eggs Benedict was a little overdone and a very friendly waitress noticed it and brought a replacement right away!

Let's be honest if you haven't heard of “Brownstones” by now your probably living under a rock somewhere. The buzz I've heard from people in and out of the food game has been amazing. Well, my curiosity finally got the best of me today so I dropped in there for breakfast. The place was packed when I walked which is a good thing. I mean with this many people here the buzz can't be wrong. I was seated quickly by the hostess and my server “Nick” a friendly fellow appeared promptly on the scene. I informed “Nick” that I was a newbie and he took time out to go over some menu items with me. I decided to order an “Avocado BLT Benedict” with a “Caramel Macchiato.” The coffee and food were great so I asked “Nick” what else he recommended and he suggested their famous “French Toast Bites.” The French toast bites with fruit were as equally delicious as the meal. It's kind of cool when the service is just as good as the food because it makes the whole experience better. In conclusion, I say, I'm glad I checked it out and I think whoever reads this and drops in will be pleased as well.

We go here regularly and it's always delicious! My favourite is the French toast bites, which you can't really get anywhere else. The savoury food (eggs, breakfast burritos etc) is yummy too. There can be a wait, especially on Sunday mornings when the place is packed, but it's never too long.

This is the 2nd location on Long Island I’ve visited and I stand by my words: This is my absolute favorite breakfast place! Everyone is so friendly, the food is delicious, overall it’s a great experience!! I will definitely be back for more and I plan to try much more from the menu. If you haven’t already, give it a try you won’t be disappointed :)

No bad reviews at Brownstones... How could there be? The place is clean, the service is great, the food is well prepared, what else is there. Oh yeah, the servers are pleasantly sweet and always there to see all is going well. And they have some cool food selections too. Lastly I asked to have eggs prepared medium well and they came just that way, amazing how easy yet impossible to get at most places, but not at Brownstones they got it right! Made the smoked salmon Benedict so delish! Maybe you might wonder how the fried tater tots go with these classy dishes but they are pretty good so who knows?

The restaurant is clean. Service is great! Food is great but it could be a little hotter. It's a great experience overall. I got the Start Your Day breakfast and added cinnamon roll pancakes. Yummy!

Phenomenal breakfast place. The ambiance... the servers....the food was amazing. Been here twice and equally as pleased both times. Actually If I can find a negative, it's the lack of parking. Had to park in the street. It's valentines day and we quickly assumed there would be a wait,however, seated immediately. Served immediately. Bill was 10 under our guess (we always guess the bill)

Parking in lot fills up fast. Customers line up on the side of parking lot with children so drive slow. Staff is nice, service is good. They service regular breakfast foods like pancake & waffles as well as burgers. Portions are good size. Prices are average. Staff is good with children & they have high chairs. Credit cards accepted.

So delicious! Came here with a dear friend and enjoyed the experience. Service and food were great. Definitely hop on the yelp waiting list when you’re within 2-3 miles of Brownstones. The parking lot is small so plan your parking accordingly.

Everything is good here! Best place to have brunch. Silverware was polished, and table really clean. Details make the difference. The food delicious and an excellent server. We love this place ❤️

My husband got the Gatsby and I got the bite size French toast. Their home fries were really good. The gingerbread coffee was yummy as well as the eggnog. There is usually a long wait. I joined the line on google. When I got there, I checked in but there was still 30 min on the waitlist. However, the waitress seated us right away. That was very nice. Our meal totaled $48: this included a 25% tip, 2 drinks and 2 entrees. Not bad at all! Such a breath of fresh air to be treated with kindness during the holidays.

The first time here, the service was good, the food was good, and Cafe latte on point, Would recommend cozy atmosphere 👌

Went here with my wife and daughter yesterday. The place looks great, it's clean, the hospitality and service were well above average. The food came quickly and the food was literally PERFECT. BY FAR the best burger I have eaten on Long Island, PERIOD. my wife's avocado toast was beautiful and my daughters crepes were amazing. Excellent unique meals made with love ♥️ I wish there was a couple coffee options. The coffee was very much like a cup from the diner.... Don't get me wrong, I enjoy diner coffee, however this place is named Brownstone's coffee. I would expect a bold coffee option.

I love this breakfast spot. I recommend the BLT Benedict breakfast and the chicken and waffles. The chicken was seasoned and fried crispy. The staff was very friendly 😊

My favorite breakfast place on the South Shore! Always packed and the food and coffee never disappoints!

I’ve been here a few times and the food is always good, but the real reason I keep coming back is the coffee. They have one of the best caramel macchiatos I’ve ever had. The only downside is that this location gets SUPER busy and the wait can sometimes be almost an hour.

Always a pleasure to dine in this establishment. The food is good, great menu selections and the staff is friendly. Service is always timely. They also have a family breakfast feast for $55 which is great for last minute family gatherings.

Brownstone never fails! Even though they are busy, they have consistently had great service. Their menu has a balanced selection of sweet and savory. Their coffee and espresso drinks are delicious.

Food was good. I prefer their breakfast over lunch. Only reason I didn't give them a five. Also French fries should always be crispy.

Good brunch/diner style place with plenty of staff. The Mimosa was tasty and the healthy options (like avocado on toast) were delicious and still filling. The kids menu was standard fare (chicken and fries etc) and was way too big, but takeaway boxes were an option so it wasn't wasted. The coffee was probably the only disappointment: espresso based options were available but it think it was an automatic push-button machine rather than a traditional espresso machine.

I went with a friend for brunch and we had been put ourselves the wait list, knowing it's a pretty busy place. When we got there, we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very nice and the food was amazing as always!
