I don’t know what the other reviewers see in this place. The coffee is so so but the pathetic excuse for an outdoor patio combined with the reheated FOUR day old bland vegetarian breakfast burrito and the less than friendly attitude of one of the employees made for a real disappointing experience

Coffee was great and so we're the muffins. Fresh and fluffy. Loved the wooden tables. My only big complaint and reason for not making this a prime choice to visit and sit is the seats. HORRIBLE uncomfortable seats. They are designed for super skinny people. I'm not obese but have a few extra pounds and the sides of the seats have these bars that dig into you. Unless you are a waief thin there is no way anyone can be comfy sitting for more than a few minutes with bars. The couch in the front is also bad quality for sitting. The armrest is wobbly to the point I thought it was going to fall off and there is no back support. Who can drink coffee Ina reclined laying down position. Fix the seats and this place would get five stars.

Not just coffee. Clean place with multiple drinks including Kombucha tea coffee. Nice bakery items, staple. Breakfast burrito is a good addition. Great flavor additions including lavender which is growing in popularity. They even have a compost bin for paper towels and tea bags. A great local space to sit and enjoy your brews or do some work. I will return.

Use real chai tea for their chai, have coast kombucha on tap, homemade food (burrito was so good - were out of the avocado egg salad so I'll be back for that next time! I got the dirty chai with oat milk and love that it's not loaded with syrup. Their coffee looks great too definitely happy I found this spot for between work meetings!

This review is late because I've definitely ordered from here plenty of times! I think it's great that their cold beverages dont have straws, but instead have plastic lids to sip out of (#savetheturtles). One of my favorite drinks is this Lavendar Latte in the photo made with lavendar plant (not syrup!). The Dirty Vanilla Chai is also really yummy. Back in May, they used green cups for Mental Health Awareness month. Super cool. The food is prepared fresh everyday - Try the breakfast burrito (you wont regret it). I will definitely keep spreading the word about Pipeline. I love everything about this place!

The bubble or foam is very consistent. The texture is silky. This cappuccino was made with oat milk which is a better milk for cappuccino because of its big content. If you come here for service, you can look else where. But the barista surely got skills.

Great coffee, muffins and breakfast sandwiches. If you want great coffee that a chain place can never deliver, go to Pipeline. The quality of their coffee is top notch. You can only get coffee at a place like this that brews it with care for the customers.

Was disappointed with the Lavender latte I had today. I know they moved to a new space recently, but it’s still something I didn’t like - they used single-use plastic to mix my latte, which if they do for every latte is VERY wasteful. Aside from that, the latte didn’t have much flavor at all, and was too light for my liking. They also use off the shelf Chobani oat milk, which is fine but brands like Califia or Oatly tend to have better flavor in my opinion, and if you’re paying an up charge I feel as though more premium oat milk should be used. Not happy with my trip today.
