Great atmosphere, good coffee -- a great okay to relax or work away from home for a few minutes.

Easily one of my favorite coffee shops I’ve ever been to. Had the pleasure of stopping in today on my way to work, and was not disappointed! Got a red eye which was perfect, and was met with such great customer service. Safe to say I found a new place for my morning coffee!

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it was the worst coffee I ever had. I got an iced americano and an iced mocha. The mocha was… a cup of milk? I never had an iced mocha come out to be the color white. Immediately threw it out. And the americano the barista used ice cubes to cool it down and then put the water in after so it was very very watered down. The ambiance is beautiful but will not be back.

A really decent coffee shop!!! The latte is really good and creamy! The atmosphere is really quiet and peaceful! Love coming here to have a cup of coffee in the afternoon! Bonus: free parking behind the shop!!

I ordered a latte and blueberry muffin. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the barista and the cozy atmosphere. The muffin was freshly baked. I will be coming again.

I’ve been on the hunt to find a new local favorite and I think this spot might be it - today was my first time at One Spring which might be too early to leave a review but I couldn’t help myself. The barista was so sweet and kind! He took the time to make my “iced vanilla oat latte” while making conversation about some of the new menu updates that are soon to come. I was sooo pleasantly surprised when I took my first sip, as the coffee was so ?? creamy and yum. I’m looking forward to being back soon! The overall atmosphere of the shop is certainly very quiet as other reviews have mentioned but I feel like that’s very helpful when one is trying to sit down and just focus on getting some work done. Interior is so cute, so clean and overall just a very calming vibe. It definitely gave me more Brooklyn/NYC vibes which I love for a local small shop in LI. First impression says this will definitely be a top 5 in terms of local coffee spots. I wish them the best of luck as the owner certainly seemed very passionate and excited about the future of their shop. I look forward to giving it a second go :)

This is a cute, quiet, welcoming coffee shop with excellent espresso drinks and friendly, accommodating staff. It became my daily go-to spot for morning caffeine during my recent weeklong stay in Syosset. Highly recommend!

Best coffee shop I've been to in a while! And I love my coffee! My friend and I got a wonderful cold brew and muffins. We were greeted by a very nice girl named Cassandra who made us feel very comfortable and even played some Amy Winehouse for us after I told her I loved to sing Amy! Will definitely be back when we're in Long Island. :) -Brittany <3

Great little local find, witt good coffee. They were a little low on some things when we visited, but we'd be back!

So the past month my mother and I have been trying to check out this place since we are coffee enthusiasts. The past three Sundays we have gone and they have not been open as per hours mentioned. Anyways, today we finally went and it was open!!! I ordered a lavender, coconut milk latte and my mom ordered a small americano. Both of our drinks cost $10 and tasted like coffee flavored tea! There was another customer inside and he asked the “barista”, “where did you get trained for this?” And she replied, “the boss sent us to the city for one day, he doesn’t really care”. The ambiance and atmosphere is really nice, don’t get me wrong BUT to get gross tasteless coffee for $10 was extremely disappointing. We did order a small chocolate from a Brooklyn vendor which cost $5 and that was good. In addition, there’s no pride in their work. I won’t be going back and won’t be recommending this place to anyone. Go across the street to the other bakery. Update: I never said you did NOT open but I went at 8:30AM on a Sunday (as per the business hours posted) and you were not open at this time. The last time I tried to go we went after 10AM.

Really nice ambiance. My latte and muffin were really tasty. Barista provided amazing customer service. He gave me some great suggestions on ways to customize my latte.

Absolutely fantastic and unique drinks, pastries and service! The barista who was working when I visited did a fantastic job of making conversation as well as my drink, and she was cute. Nicely decorated remote little shop that’s perfect to relax and have a chat. Safe to say, I will be visiting again.

Had a delicious lavander latte and the owner is so nice. This place is super clean and was tasteful decorated and coffee was amazing. Next time you're in Syosset treat yourself so a delicious cup of coffee. 💜💜💜

I recently visited One Spring Coffee Shop, a quiet spot tucked away near the station. It was a pleasant experience and the prices were reasonable. A visit to this place will definitely be worth your time if you want a quiet, relaxing place to work while enjoying a cup of coffee.

Such a cute café with lots of space for studying and playing board games! I’ve gotten the vanilla latte a few times and it doesn’t disappoint. Ajey also provided amazing service, highly recommend stopping in!

My daughter and I were looking for a true coffee shop barista experience in Syosset. Dunkin' donuts is fine but when you're looking for a real gourmet cup it's hard to come by in the area. However with the opening of One spring, we thought we'd give it a try. Very cute interior with a quiet Brooklyn vibe. They could use a little music in the background but it's a sweet little spot. The manager or owner Ahjay was training someone new and they were very personable. They didn't have a lot of milks to offer with the coffee however my iced latte was very nice and my daughter had an iced chai. I hope they do well because we certainly need a coffee shop like this in town.

This place was awful. Over priced and poor quality. Both the coffee and espresso was watery and tasteless. I'm okay with paying a bit more money for good coffee but this was downright bad. I recommend 711 coffee over this, which is really saying something!

I found this place on google maps and never been before even though it’s a short walk from where I live. Went to try it out and do some work for the afternoon. the first hour or so was fine, interior of the place is pretty clean and new & I got a iced lavender latte which tasted pretty good. There was only one young girl working at the cashier ; business seemed kind of slow and there was no music playing. There were two other people doing work but then left, so I was alone for a bit, then the owner came in and he kind of rudely nodded towards my direction while talking to the cashier because I was sitting there for a while and doing work??! Then he sat at the table right next to me , I felt uncomfortable because I felt like he was looking at whatever I was doing on my laptop and was kind of hinting towards me to leave since I was the only customer left there. I read some of the other lower reviews about this happening to them too before coming, and felt weird after that so I left. Not quite sure if I will be coming back after that experience
