Pretty neat social play area for kids!! You can book the entire place for special occasions and includes alcoholic beverages for adults, juices and smoothies for kids and small variety of hot food. The hot food was decent, they served meatballs and pasta. The kids play area is a decent size with toys and slides. Parking is plentiful due to being located inside a complex.

**updated in response to Jenni's & Marc's comment. We reached out to them 3 days after the event via email, not a whole month after the event. Regardless of when, doubt that they'd have met us half way. They simply asked for more feedback... There was no resolution. We recently hosted our daughter’s 1st birthday party at Social Playhaus in June. I was on the fence about leaving a negative review but after following up with Marc and Jenni and being very disappointed with our experience, I found it necessary to give others insight. We were really excited to host our daughter’s birthday party at Social Playhaus because of what they had to offer — not only was there a play area for the children but there was also an area for the adults to socialize, drink and eat. Despite this, there were several areas where Marc & Jenni fell short. Prior to the event, Marc had reached out to me via email to let me know that he’d be calling me the week of 5/23 or early the following week to discuss details. After sending 2 emails and still not hearing back from him, I decided to call him myself to try to hash out the details. I guess that was the first red flag… We went with their platinum party package (starts at $2500 + 20% admin fee). Their platinum package includes extra themed decor, themed decor and tableware on children’s. Food and drinks are additional. We spent about $4300. We went with ice cream theme for our celebration. The “extra” themed decor… was lacking. Besides the ice cream plates I had requested for for the children’s table, the only other ice cream decor were some balloons on the photo wall. I thought the balloon garlands were done well. But other than that, there didn't seem to be much thought or effort put into the "theme decor" The ice cream plate taped over the donut board showed minimal effort at best. With their package, you’ll receive cupcakes for each child. The cupcake frosting was hard, an indication that they were not fresh. My friend had made some cupcake toppers for the cupcakes. We had to really push hard to get the toppers in. Another one of my guest told me that when she accidentally dropped the cupcake in the parking lot, the frosting didn’t even change form! Included in the package, you’ll also receive a donut board with 2 dozen assorted donuts - the donuts also didn’t look very appetizing. A guest told me they tasted stale. I later found out from Jenni that the donuts are from Tim Horton's, not a local bakery, not made in house but Tim Horton's! Please, if you decide to go with Social Playhaus for your event and paying that much, ask for better donuts, you and your guests deserve better! The party favors that were placed on the children’s tables were sunglasses that looked like they were leftovers from a previous party. They kept falling apart whenever the kids tried to put them on. My mom was desperately trying to just put pieces of the sunglasses back on for my daughter. A few of our guests did not get to eat the chicken francese and eggplant parm because the trays weren't replenished in a timely manner, they had thought the food had run out. We had high expectations when we chose Social Playhaus as the venue to host our daughter’s first birthday celebration. Sadly, what was expected wasn't delivered. And what we paid certainly did not match the quality of the desserts/decor/favors we received. After speaking to Jenni, she offered to comp our tickets to a future events of theirs. But with all due respect and honesty, after our experience, why would we want to come back? There were aspects of the party that felt like they wanted to spend as little as possible… such as dum dum pops at the dessert table. Jenni said if I had said something during the event then they would have been able to remedy the situation then… but how can you expect us to hash out details DURING the event while we are attending to guests or our kids? Are you really going to replace the cupcakes and donuts with fresh ones? Put some more decorations on the donut boards? Put out new favors during the event?

We have enjoyed several free play days here and just had a private event for my son’s Wild One birthday. Everyone who works here including the owners are wonderful, kind, and extremely dedicated. I am so happy to have had the ability to introduce this space to family and friends. I wish this business nothing but success. My oldest is already asking when we can go back to play, friends are raving about the beer selections, and are planning their own return visits.

We had such a great experience at Social Play Haus. My daughter got invited to a party there and it was awesome. The staff had exceptional customer service, the hostess was very friendly and the décor was breath taking. One can tell that the owner took their time to actually think this concept through. They cater to children with disabilities as well as mainstream children. It is a place where nonworking/working parents can bring their children to play and they can also enjoy themselves by having some drinks with friends or have a work meeting. They have staff to monitor the children while you have a peaceful lunch/meeting/drink. Yes! They have beer/wine. The location is very large as well with little private rooms for meetings or relaxation. We had a great time and would definitely come back again! :)

I took my children here for the first time and was quite disappointed at how they dealt with irresponsible parents. They promote “kind vibes only” but do nothing about kids that aren’t kind. There were a few boys that were dumping all the toys on purpose repeating “mess it all up,” snatching toys from other kids, bumping into others without apologizing, in short misbehaving the whole time. The moms were sitting outside sipping on their coffee doing nothing about it. So I asked them to control their children since they are too rowdy. They pretended they didn’t hear me. I wonder if they thought their children were so entitled to do anything they wanted since they paid to get into this place. Anyways, since they didn’t care to listen to other moms who were using the place, I think the employees there should have stepped in. Those boys were clearly very loud and in everyone’s ways (playing quite dangerously too—jumping off of structures). I think they need to implement more rules so everyone can happily and safely share the facility. Other than that, they have nice set of toys (mostly wooden toys), pretend-play areas, and a playground set. Food was quite nice too.

This place delivered!!! They did an excellent job from beginning to end. The decorations, food & theme was perfect! Yes, lack of communication was a little annoying however we're all busy people and have a lot going on. The staff was attentive and super friendly.I would definitely have another party here :)

We had my daughters first birthday party at Social Play Haus. Everything was excellent. The entire facility was new and clean. The team working was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the bar which serves coffee drinks and alcohol was a big hit with the adults. Oh yeah and the kids had a blast too. Excellent place to have a birthday party. Fun for everyone! Highly recommended.

Marc and his team at Social Play Haus far exceeded my expectations. Everything was done to our taste. We were lucky enough to celebrate our son‘s first birthday party here in April. Their staff is very accommodating and the entire event was flawless. After searching for so long for a place where both kids and adults can enjoy themselves, we ran into social play haus. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

What can I say that will convey what an amazing place this is!! Marc and Jenny go above and beyond throwing the best birthday party, we celebrated my twins first birthday and they took my winter Onderland idea and made it even better than my dreams. The food was amazing, the bar/cafe a huge hit with our guests. The play space was used non stop by our little guests, they LOVED IT. And we’ll the adults enjoyed being able to relax and know their kids were in a safe space. Our favors were the hot chocolate bombs made in house and again they went with our theme with little snowflakes. I just could go on and on about how great Social Play Haus is, but you MUST go and see for yourself!

PHENOMENAL service! I hosted my son's 1st birthday party at Social Play Haus. Marc and his team are amazing at ideating and making your vision come to life. We did an Encanto - Antonio Safari theme - it was just magical. They handled every aspect of the party from decorating, organizing team, food, entertainment vendors. On the day of the staff was so attentive, friendly, hands on. I was able to enjoy and absorb in my son birthday party because I had an amazing team who had my back. My guests wouldn't stop raving about the how great the venue was, food, drinks. THANK YOU MARC and team for the phenomenal work you do! You made Liam's 1st birthday so magical.

I couldn’t attend my initial reservation due to illness they were so easy to reschedule with. My child absolutely loves this place and didn’t want to go home. The food was okay, I wanted more from the drinks but all in all definitely a great place!

Just went to a 1st birthday party with my 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 year olds and it was an amazing party. My husband I remarked that it was more fun than many weddings we went to. The play space has so much for the kids to do and stay occupied. The food and drinks were fabulous for all ages and the staff was first rate, professional and terrific with children and adults alike. The decor is welcoming and appealing for all ages. Highly recommend!!

Attended a birthday party here. Nice decorations. Play area is so cute with dress up clothes, lots of Lovery or Melissa & Doug-like wooden toys. They have alcohol!

If you need a private venue that caters to all your needs, book at Social Play Haus! They have a huge space for indoor and outdoor activities and celebrations, big or small. We were lucky enough to book this venue for our baby shower—Marc and Jenny and the rest of the Social Play Haus staff were the absolute BEST. They made all the arrangements to go along with the theme we wanted, served delicious food and drinks (following safety precautions due to the pandemic), and made sure everything went on smoothly the entire event! Highly recommend! 🤍

I had my daughter’s first birthday party at the Social Play Haus and it was PERFECT!! We had the 3 hour catered event with over 50 adults and 10 children of all ages. Everyone had such a great time! We received so many compliments on the atmosphere and food, and the best part is that Marc and team thought of every single detail to make it so easy for us!! From the amazing decor matching my Pinterest vision to ordering the cake and even having a signature drink, they truly made the planning and execution so easy. I would HIGHLY recommend the Social Play Haus for anyone planning future events - you are in great hands here!

I was invited here for the first time for a kid’s birthday party & I was blown away by how cute this venue is. The decorations were adorable, the venue is spacious, decorations for the party were cute and the overall decor of the venue was cute. I love the concept of this venue where the kids play area is in the back and the front area for adults where they can have their own space but still be able to see their kids having a blast! Great place overall and I would totally recommend this space to friends and families.
