I have been a long-time shopper at this particular store and I am surprised by how downhill it has gone. For starters the store is disgusting. I was walking into the building and was hit by an overwhelming odor of something rotting. The lord only knows what that was. Management is even more disgusting. Not helpful at all and the man I spoke to about a coupon issue seemed to be very uninterested. I used to go to a checkout line and be greeted with happy cashiers and now they look miserable and overworked. Apart from all of this, they never have anything in stock and when they do the prices have increased. I am VERY disappointed with this store. Not what it used to be. Shame

NOW 3 STARS The store does not give much in the way of rewards dollars any more. Frustrating considering their prices are going up with inflation!! Common guys!! Big Aisles. Self checkout is excellent. Dedicated Friendly employees. Meat selection is not cut here.

This specific location was dirty and smelt bad. Really needs to be completely revamped. You're better off going to Lidl right next door.

The deli is especially terrible and understaffed. I waited 23 minutes tonight for the one deli worker to help the two customers in front of me, who each only ordered 3 items. This was shortly after 7 pm, when you'd hope the store is staffed for after-work shoppers. Otherwise, the store is generally clean and decently stocked

I ordered 2 cases of chicken for my fathers repass. It was horrible. The chicken was soaked in old grease and you could taste the horrible grease. I spent $99.99 DOLLARS. I called the next day 2xs and they hung up on me. Refused to let me speak to management. What a horrible experience 😞 never again will I ever order from them.

Placed a pick up order. The app told us to let them know when we were there and we did and they would come out. My fiancé had to go inside because they never came out and the employee said they were “calling and calling” but I never received a call. After he got the groceries, I received a call (so I know they had the correct number) they forgot our frozen food and what did we want to do. I called back to let them know we’d come back to pick it up and wanted assurance they would be ready with the food because of the wait before and the guy on the phone was rude and said “we’re trying our best” and hung up on me. Overall bad experience I’ll order pick up from one of the other million groceries stores that do it next time.

Ya you pay more for items than say Aldis. That's the price you pay for being able to shop after 9pm. But hey always support local charities like BCBA.

Very disappointed picked up a callah bread for rosh hashannah diner on Sunday and when we cut into the bread it was all moldy and gross on the bottom. The date on the bread was 10/2. When i called to advise the bakery dept the girl erica who answers was not very accommodating or even seemed to care. She said "well, what would you like us to do?" Not how complaints should be handled. Wont shop there again

The last few times I've been here I've had to wait on line for 15 minutes to get to the cashier. This place is severely understaffed and prices are much higher than the surrounding grocery stores. If you have unlimited time and unlimited money their selection is good. I would not recommend coming here if you can find what you need elsewhere.

I was in the store the other day and me and my mom got attacked by your robot Marty not once not twice but three times! We where looking at the chicken and we turn around and Marty was on top of us and I couldn’t move because Marty was on my shoes! The second time is when we where in the oil aisle/lane and Marty was stoped bc of a caution alert so me and my mom went around Marty and all the sudden Marty started moving when we where right in-front of it. And the last time is when me and my mom was checking out Marty was there and started coming our way and stoped and looked at us. I now have a new fear unlocked and it is robots thanks to your robot Marty!

I just wanted to throw a little Thanks around. The young man named Tom working in the deli section slicing cold cuts was very polite, had patience and sliced deli meats perfectly! The next generation can learn something from him!

I go here frequently out of convenience, not choice. These cupcakes were so cute but terrible tasting. The blue icing took 2 days to get off my hands.

This store is always clean nice people and always able to find what I need.

I love to shop at Stop and Shop. But lately, they have been low on some things.

Store looks big, but ...limited variety, a limited number of brands, and not stocked well. It is clean though, a pharmacy with friendly and helpful staff, relatively small variety of meat and chicken products, small bakery..good place to get some last minute things. Ŕ50th f6or small shopping

There wasn't a line to get into the store, but there was a very long line to check out. We were surprised by how quickly it moved & our wait time was maybe 10 minutes.

Nice small store, good selection

The self checkout line was extremely long so I waited to be checked out. My cashier was friendly and helpful. I don't shop there often so not familiar with items sold there.

I was running late, forgot my loyalty card, ran in without a cart & never did self checkout In 10 minutes, a man gave me his cart, and the manager used his discount for me & helped me navigate checkout. Couldn't have been treated better! And, the store is spotless 🥳

once again the self checkout at this store is a joke....5 out of 6 of them are credit only and the only one taking cash there is a custome there with 100 items who ultimately uses a credit card, when i complained to the employee they said none of the machines had cash due to everybody getting cash back on friday, then i complained again again and magically the same employee opened a second cash register, so it became quite obvious she wasnt telling the truth and it has become the policy of this store to only accept cash on a limited basis...very bad job by this store to do this and i will definately have to find another place to shop because of this discriminatory policy

Clean, friendly staff, frozen food section not so great hashbrowns were a block and could not separate so had been thawed and refrozen.

Had everything I needed, very friendly staff found me a cart when I needed one, and the person corralling the carts in the parking lot was friendly as well!

Carrie's just about anything you need. Store is huge & clean, well stocked. Help is all around if needed, fast checkout. A little bit pricey but sales are good.

My experience at the pharmacy at this location was amazing. Laura went above and beyond to get my prescriptions transferred over when my new doctors office didn't care enough to correct their own mistake. Laura spent a lot of time on the phone locating and arranging for it to be transferred for me. You don't see that type of work ethic and customer service often enough these days.

Sunday is a tough day to shop for produce. other than that, everything was fine.

Just ok. They do have decent sales & prices in general. I like their go rewards program. What I really dislike is their lack of stock. Especially when they don't have sale items. This one is definitely better than the one on rt 109.

My go-to happy place! They keep the shelves well-stocked and the whole place clean.

Not my usual shopping place, but its pretty clean and staff very helpful. St. Patrick's Day specials are not too shabby.
