Well
it's
cute
and
a
decent
selection
of
goodies.
Now,
I
am
a
baker
and
so
is
my
cousin
and
neither
of
us
would
visit
this
bakery
again.
First
offense:
a
custard
fruit
tart.
Don't
buy
it.
It's
not
custard.
It's
not
even
cooked.
We
both
think
it's
instant.
Definitely
no
egg
yolks
in
it.
It's
not
even
a
vanilla
pudding,
nor
a
pastry
cream.
Actually
it's
very
plain,
flavorless,
and
slightly
gritty.
Honestly,
we
can't
place
what
the
filling
is.
And
surprise..
It
also
has
a
chocolate
layer
over
the
crust
under
the
custard.
(Whyyy???)
My
cousin
also
suspects
the
crust
is
a
cookie
dough
instead
of
a
tart
pastry
dough.
5
of
us
were
super
disappointed
on
this
one.
I
also
was
craving
a
sponge
strawberry
jelly
roll.
Skip
that
one
also
unless
you
like
jelly
by
the
cupful.
Ratios
are
off.
The
smear
of
jelly
is
in
excessive
blobs.
Also,
I
am
not
sure
why
trays
of
baked
goods
were
out
on
the
counters
while
staff
was
walking
back
and
forth
past
them
where
hair
could
easily
fall
upon
them.
So
that
being
said,
Italian
cookies
were
standard.
Breads
and
other
goodies
might
be
ok
here,
but
I
won't
be
back
to
find
out.
Personally,
I
like
a
bakery
that
is
consistent
across
the
board.
