Friendly staff. The bagels are perfect. And we appreciate all the dairy free cream cheese options! Great place to go!

Be warned their prices are not what they adverise. I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese on a roll prices showed (5.50 each) with 2 small coffees (no price shown). And the total came to $17.75 including tax. Now you are going to tell me that the small coffees are arpund $3.00 each. If this was Starbucks which are known for high price products i would believe that. But a local bagel shop. Something is not right.

I went to this local bagel shop today for the first time. What drew me in was that on the Happycow website I was informed there are vegan cream cheeses available. I made sure to call beforehand to see which options they had for the day which the owner advised me is the best thing to do. I happily ordered veggie cream cheese over the phone and it was ready as soon as I got there. There is plenty of parking around as it's close to a corner and again when I went there was no long wait times. The owner was very friendly and even encouraged me to take pictures of the vegan options so I can note them for later. I actually really liked the veggie option since it tasted so fresh but I will definitely be returning to try more!

First time we buy bagels from this place,didn't want to drive so we used uber eats.Bagels were tasty and fresh,one of us is vegan so toffuti cream cheese was perfect.French toast bagels was a surprise with maple syrup and sugar.

Great food. Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing. They also sell Mexican food, which is delicious. We tried their tostadas, flautas, tacos and enchiladas. Everything was amazing

I ordered a pick up order at 6:05 am I leave for work at 6:40am they said it would take 20 minutes to prepare. At 6:29 am they cancelled my order leaving me without food for my 12 hour shift. This left me disappointed hungry and unhappy.

They have gluten-free bagels , this was the first time in years I have a egg sandwich from a deli and it was amazing.

There’s a reason why this place only has 3.8 stars. The customer service here is very poor. They don’t complete customer’s orders correctly even when you REPEAT yourself more than once. Then, after they mess up your order, the young woman worker at the cash register, that you unfortunately have to deal with, will have a disrespectful attitude. She screamed at me, called me “bro” and told me to leave, as if I would be back there anyway. Very unprofessional. Not to mention they rudely speak in another language in front of customers, assuming they don’t understand what they’re saying. I used to be a regular when the gentleman served at the front. But now, family and I will advise people NEVER to come here.

Came here for the 1st time, had a sausage egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel and it was unbelievably delicious, and waited like 5 mins as well (wasn’t busy but still fast). The coffee also was so good, definitely when I’m in the area will be stopping here more often for breakfast

Eddy at Babylon bagel was the absolute best. The atmosphere (other customers and staff) is very friendly and the bagels were delicious. After having bagels, my husband and I were struggling to help my grandmother in the car and Eddy saw and came out to help which was so unnecessary and sweet! Will be making this our regular bagel spot

Idk how they manage to make simple breakfast sandwiches taste so good but they do! They make the best BEC! We love coming here when we get a chance. My husband loves the spicy home fries and my son loves the mini bagels.

No longer does vegan bagels if that was something that was offered before. Was told by staff that none of the bagels are vegan. Edit: You should really inform your staff of this if that is true because you lost a customer today due to the misinformation they gave me

I was visiting my brother and Googled bagel store near me and Babylon Bagel came up. I walked there in the morning and was greeted by a Very Friendly worker up front and then met the owner who was equally as nice. I ordered a few bagels with specialty cream cheeses. I'm originally from Smithtown but moved away decades ago and now live in NH. These bagels are better than anything I remember! The second morning I went, I told him that I was from out of town and going home today and he made a special package up for me to take home. WOW!!! Can't wait to go back to LI and visit my brother and Babylon Bagel!!

Wow, this place is amazing, if you haven't tried it , do it. Had turkey with pesto and grilled chicken sandwiches. Also chicken vegi soup ,bagel and potato salad. Everything was sooo good . And we bought a gift. Loved it

Could be the worst bagel store on Long Island. Bagels stink (sesame bagel with 2 sesame seeds???), and service is equally bad. Been here twice. First time messed up my order multiple times. Second time asked for light butter and bagel was doused in grease and butter, so much so it went through the wrapping and brown bag. Avoid at all costs to save yourself the headache

Fabulous bagels and a wide variety of cream cheeses including multiple dairy free options! Their coffee is amazing, my favorite is the dark roast.... Staff is friendly and competent :) love this place so much I come from the town over where we have 3 bagel stores!!!

This is the cutest bagel place ever. The bagels are delicious, the owner of the store is so nice, when you walk in it feels very welcoming and everything they have is so good. Very homey feel and they have such a variety of items you have so many options. Ranging from vegan cream cheese to gluten free bagels they really are the best

This is one of the best little bagel place in Babylon fresh flavored cream cheese spreads great assortment of bagels nice fresh coffee. The owner is a very nice hard-working man. When in the area stop in You won't regret it.
